Head of Customer Success and Implementation

Open·Netherlands

The company Open is building the AI that answers when it matters most — the complete customer communication engine that leading enterprises trust for their hardest, highest-stakes conversations. If you live in Europe, there's a good chance our AI has already helped you. Companies like MoneyGram, Mollie, TicketSwap, Viva.com, More.com, Trunkrs, and FareHarbor (a Booking.com company) rely on Open to handle millions of customer interactions — at a 77% average automation rate and 99%+ accuracy, priced on outcomes rather than seats. We're backed by Y Combinator, Pioneer Fund, and Spacetime, and we focus on large enterprises with the most sophisticated support needs. The role It begins hands-on and grows into a team you will build and lead. In your first months you are the implementation team; within a year, you are leading one. What you'll do Own implementation personally — take enterprise customers from signed contract to live production in collaboration with our customer engineering team: scoping each deployment, designing integrations with their helpdesk and workflows (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk, and more), and getting their AI agents resolving real conversations. Get customers live, and to value — a kickoff call is not success; a customer automating at scale in production and renewing because the ROI is undeniable is. You will own go-live as the metric that matters and clear every blocker between signature and success. Navigate complex enterprise cycles — partner closely with sales and engineering through long, high-stakes deals with many stakeholders, security reviews, data migrations, and legacy systems, keeping business and technical stakeholders aligned from pre-sales scoping to post-sales expansion. Build the playbook, then the team — codify what works into a repeatable implementation methodology, then hire and lead the Customer Success and Implementation team across Europe, coaching them to the bar you have set. Be the voice of the customer — turn what you learn on the front line into sharper onboarding, a better product, and stronger retention, working directly with our founders and engineers, who talk to customers every day. Requirements What you'll bring 8–10+ years in customer success, implementation, professional services, or solutions and onboarding leadership at an enterprise B2B SaaS company, with genuine depth in technical implementation. A track record of personally leading complex enterprise deployments end to end — integrations, APIs, data migrations, and getting customers into live production. The ability to operate as a player-coach: hands-on delivering today, hiring and building a team tomorrow. Experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales and deployment cycles, and managing senior stakeholders on both the customer and internal sides. Fluency with CRM and support tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) and the modern AI tools your team will build on. Based in Western Europe — ideally Germany, the United Kingdom, or the Netherlands — able to work across CET business hours and to travel to customers when it counts. Even better You've built a Customer Success or Implementation function from the early stage, not just joined a mature one. Domain experience in AI, customer experience, fintech, or enterprise support operations. You've carried or directly influenced retention and expansion targets. Benefits Our values Trust — we earn trust through consistency and care: we listen fully, communicate clearly, and honor our commitments. Customer Devotion — we put real people at the heart of every decision, learn their goals, and shape solutions that genuinely help them grow. Pride in the Craft — we treat our work as something worth doing beautifully; details matter, and we refine until it feels lasting. Purposeful Momentum — we move quickly but never chaotically: with clarity, intention, and optimism, treating challenges as chances to grow. Community & Care — we're at our best when we support each other as whole human beings, celebrating milestones and respecting boundaries. What we offer We want our benefits to reflect our values, and offer the following to full-time employees: Flexible paid time off Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family Parental leave Fertility and family-building benefits Top-tier work equipment and home-office setup These benefits are further detailed in Open's policies and are subject to change, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Open's equity plans subject to the terms of those plans and policies.

Pre-Sales Engineer

Open·Netherlands

About Open Open is building an AI-native customer experience platform that helps companies automate and manage customer communication across chat, email, WhatsApp, and voice. Our customers include fast-growing technology companies and global enterprises across fintech, commerce, logistics, travel, and other industries. We are looking for a strong Pre-Sales Engineer who can work closely with our commercial team and prospective customers to turn complex requirements into clear, technically credible solutions. The Role As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Open, you will sit between Sales, Product, Engineering, and the customer. Your job is to deeply understand a prospect's technical environment, workflows, integrations, security requirements, and business objectives, then design and demonstrate how Open can solve them. You will be heavily involved in enterprise sales cycles, from the first technical discovery call through solution design, demos, pilots, security reviews, and handoff to implementation. This is not a role where you simply give standard product demos. You should be comfortable understanding complex systems, APIs, enterprise software, AI agents, telephony, workflows, and customer support infrastructure. Responsibilities Join enterprise sales calls and lead technical discovery with prospects. Understand the customer's existing architecture, systems, workflows, integrations, and operational requirements. Design proposed Open solutions around each customer's use case. Build highly customized demos and proof of concepts for strategic opportunities. Configure AI agents, workflows, integrations, APIs, and automations for demos and pilots. Explain Open's architecture, AI stack, integrations, security model, infrastructure, and data flows to technical stakeholders. Work with customer engineering, security, IT, operations, and procurement teams. Answer technical questions during RFPs, security reviews, vendor assessments, and procurement processes. Work with Open's engineering and product teams when a deal requires new functionality or deeper technical validation. Help define technical scope and success criteria for pilots and proof of concepts. Identify technical risks early in the sales process and help resolve them before they block a deal. Support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Genesys, ServiceNow, CRMs, ERPs, payment platforms, and internal APIs. Help customers understand how Open can interact with their backend systems through APIs, MCP, webhooks, workflows, and custom integrations. Demonstrate AI voice, email, chat, WhatsApp, workflow automation, and agentic use cases. Create reusable technical documentation, demo environments, architectures, and solution patterns for the sales team. Provide structured feedback from prospects to Product and Engineering. Ensure a clean technical handoff from Sales to the implementation and customer success teams. What Success Looks Like Within your first few months, you should be able to independently take ownership of the technical side of an enterprise opportunity. You should be able to join a discovery call, understand the customer's environment, identify the right architecture, build a compelling demo or pilot, answer technical objections, and move the customer toward deployment. Over time, you will help us make our enterprise sales process faster and more scalable by creating reusable architectures, demos, documentation, and technical sales playbooks. Who You Will Work With Account Executives and the commercial team Founders Product and engineering Implementation and customer success Customer engineering and IT teams Security, compliance, and procurement stakeholders Requirements What We Are Looking For Strong technical background and ability to understand complex software systems quickly. Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, implementation engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Strong understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, authentication, integrations, and modern SaaS architecture. Comfortable reading API documentation and testing APIs using tools such as Postman or similar tools. Ability to build lightweight integrations, scripts, or prototypes when necessary. Good understanding of AI and LLM-based systems. Comfortable explaining technical AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to run technical discovery sessions independently. Ability to understand a customer's problem and translate it into a technical architecture. Comfortable working directly with large enterprise customers. Comfortable operating in fast-moving sales cycles where requirements can change quickly. Strong ownership mentality and willingness to do whatever is necessary to move an opportunity forward. Nice to Have Experience with customer experience or customer support platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Intercom, Genesys, Talkdesk, or ServiceNow. Experience with contact centers, telephony, SIP, VoIP, or voice AI. Experience with enterprise security, SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, and data residency requirements. Experience working with regulated industries such as financial services, payments, telecommunications, or healthcare. Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud. Basic coding ability in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or a similar language. Experience building or deploying AI agents or LLM applications. The Ideal Person The ideal person is technical enough to sit with a customer's engineering team and commercial enough to understand what actually matters in a sales process. You enjoy getting into the details, building things yourself, talking to customers, and turning complicated requirements into simple solutions. You should be equally comfortable presenting to a CTO, debugging an API integration, building an AI demo, and helping an Account Executive close an enterprise deal.

Partnership Manager

AIHR·Netherlands

Do you love the thrill of closing a new partner, but also get real satisfaction from watching that relationship grow, quarter after quarter? Are you the kind of person who owns your number and knows exactly which levers to pull to hit it? Do you want a book of business that's entirely yours — no handovers, no shared credit — from the first cold outreach through every renewal after? And do you like variety, where prospecting a new market one day and coaching a partner to a better campaign the next is just part of the job? AIHR is looking for a Partnership Manager to build, own, and grow our global affiliate partnership network. About AIHR Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the world’s market leader in online training for human resources (HR) professionals. We have a global customer base spread across 140+ countries, amongst which companies like Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. It is our goal to continuously upskill and empower 1,000,000 HR Professionals. We are an international team of 100+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. As such, we strive to provide the world’s best courses and excellent support to our customers while continuously optimizing every aspect of our work. With over 30 nationalities, our team is diverse, yet we all share a few traits: we're friendly, enthusiastic, and great team players. Being a fast-growing company, working at AIHR means taking on a lot of responsibility and getting countless opportunities to develop yourself in new areas and potential to craft your own role. Role and Responsibilities As Partnership Manager, you own the growth of our affiliate partnership network end to end — a global portfolio of 50+ affiliates driving primarily single-seat e-commerce sales, with real upside to unlock B2B business through the same relationships. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role: you prospect and sign new affiliates, then you keep them. There’s no handover once a partner is onboarded — you stay their main point of contact for as long as they’re in the network. Your target is built from two connected levers, and hitting it means working both: Acquisition — bringing new, high-quality affiliates into the network through disciplined prospecting, sharp discovery conversations, and closed partnership agreements. Expansion — growing the partners already in your portfolio so their revenue contribution increases year over year, through strong onboarding, regular QBRs, and hands-on coaching on what’s working. You’ll report to the Team Lead for Channel & Strategic Partnerships, work closely with Marketing to get your partners the content and assets they need, and act as the partnership network’s advocate across the wider Sales team — helping the team use partner relationships to close business more efficiently. Acquisition — build your pipeline Prospect new affiliates across relevant regions and verticals, keeping a disciplined, consistent outbound cadence. Building pipeline is on you — it doesn’t come to you. Run discovery meetings to qualify fit, audience, and revenue potential before you invest further time in a prospect. Negotiate and close partnership agreements, converting qualified prospects into signed, revenue-generating partners. Treat new-partner acquisition as one half of your number: the more strong affiliates you sign, the more room you create to hit target. Expansion — grow your book Onboard every new affiliate quickly so they’re live and running campaigns without delay. Own the relationship for its full lifetime: there’s no handover to another team, so retention and growth are yours to protect. Run regular QBRs to ensure targets are on track, reviewing each partner against the metrics you’ve set together, and course-correcting, re-aligning, or pushing for more when needed. Drive year-over-year revenue growth per partner: your existing book is the other half of your number, and growing it matters as much as signing new logos. Coach partners on what’s converting, sharing best practices so they run better campaigns and deliver more. Cross-functional collaboration Partner with Marketing to align on the content, creative, and campaign assets your affiliates need to perform. Advise the Sales team on how to use the partnership network as a lever to help close business more efficiently. Report on pipeline, revenue, and partner health, so your manager and stakeholders always know where your numbers stand. On a typical day On a typical Monday morning, you start by working through your pipeline and CRM notes from the week before — flagging which affiliate conversations need a nudge and which QBRs are coming up. You block an hour for outbound prospecting in a market you’re trying to break into, then jump on your first discovery call of the day with a promising new prospect, walking through their audience and how a partnership with AIHR could work for both sides. The next day looks different: you’re prepping for a QBR with one of your strongest affiliates, pulling together their numbers and a couple of ideas for what could push their conversion rate up. Before the call, you sync quickly with Marketing to confirm the new co-branded assets they’ve been building are ready to share. On the call, you review targets together, agree on two concrete actions, and set a date to check back in. Not every QBR goes that smoothly — sometimes a partner’s numbers have dipped and you have to have a direct, honest conversation about what isn’t working. It’s not always the easiest part of the job, but the partners who trust you enough to hear it are usually the ones who turn things around. Later in the week you’re back in acquisition mode, following up on a negotiation with a new affiliate who’s asked for better terms — deciding what you’re willing to give, and what you’ll ask for in return. You close out the week updating your forecast and walking your manager through where acquisition and expansion numbers stand. Friday afternoon wraps with a quick team catch-up and, if you’re in the Rotterdam office, our regular Friday drinks — a good reset before the next push begins. Your Target This is a quota-carrying role. Your number is built from two levers working together: new-partner revenue from the affiliates you acquire, and growth revenue from the partners already in your book. In your first year, that means a steady flow of newly signed affiliates, every active partner on a QBR cadence, and measurable year-over-year growth across your existing portfolio. We offer Competitive, benchmarked compensation, including a commission plan tied to your target A high degree of autonomy in a vibrant, result-driven, inclusive, and international team A beautiful office right across Rotterdam Central Station (Millenniumtoren), with a satellite office in Amsterdam 26 paid holidays per year Exchange any 2 public holiday days for 2 other days of your choice Work-from-anywhere policy: up to 20 days a year working abroad Pension plan Access to the OpenUp mental health platform Personal development budget, training, and we pay for the books you read All public transport expenses covered (NS Business Card) MacBook + all other equipment you need to do your work Daily lunch prepared by a chef, weekly drinks, and fun team activities Free access to the office gym Get a taste of AIHR experience and check out our AIHR Benefits Guide! Apply for the job Are you excited to become our Partnership Manager? Then we'd love to hear from you! P.S. Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women tend to apply only when they meet 100% of them. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to consider you and see if you could be a great fit. Who you are 3+ years of experience in both partnership acquisition and partnership management, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce Comfortable owning targets AI-first mindset to drive & improve operational efficiencies A natural relationship builder — people trust you and want to keep working with you Highly organized and execution-oriented, able to manage 50–80 concurrent partner relationships without dropping the ball Commercially sharp, comfortable setting targets with partners and having direct conversations when performance needs to move A strong, clear communicator in English Available to work at least 3 days a week from our Rotterdam office Nice to have Experience with HubSpot Background in HR tech, EdTech, or SaaS industry

Senior Sales Operations (SalesOps) Manager

AIHR·Netherlands

Do you like making it easier for a Sales team to do its best work? Do you enjoy owning the details that keep deals moving, while also spotting where the process could work better? And do you get satisfaction from turning repetitive work into a simpler, smarter way of working? AIHR is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. You’ll help support more than €10 million in annual deal value, working closely with Sales leadership while owning the operational processes that move deals from opportunity to collected revenue. We are an international team of 90+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. Role and Responsibilities As our Senior Sales Operations Manager, your job is to make it easier for Sales to do great work. This is a hands-on role with a broad view of the commercial journey. You’ll work on how Sales operates, support leadership with better insight, and own processes such as the Deal Desk, vendor registration, invoicing, collections, and order-to-cash. We see those responsibilities as connected. Being close to the day-to-day work gives you the context to see where time is being lost, where a process no longer works, and where the same problem keeps coming back. We want someone who is comfortable doing the work themselves, but who does not simply accept unnecessary manual work because “that’s how we do it.” This role is a combination of keeping things moving today and making sure they work better tomorrow. Your responsibilities include: Improving how Sales works. You use data, feedback, and your understanding of the day-to-day work to identify where things can be better. That could mean redesigning a workflow, improving reporting, clarifying ownership, creating a better operating rhythm, or removing manual steps that no longer add value. Helping Sales leadership improve performance. You look beyond individual requests and help spot patterns across the Sales organization. Where are deals slowing down? What does the data tell us about why? Are we missing information in HubSpot that would help Sales, Marketing, or leadership make better decisions? You turn those observations into practical recommendations and are comfortable challenging existing ways of working when the data points somewhere else. Owning and improving the Deal Desk. When a deal needs something outside the standard process, you help move it forward. This can include approvals, documentation, commercial questions, vendor or supplier registration, procurement portals, questionnaires, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You take care of the immediate need, while also looking for patterns that could make the next request simpler. Owning order-to-cash and collections. You take responsibility for turning booked revenue into collected cash. Collections is a meaningful and hands-on part of the role: monitoring outstanding invoices, following up with customers, picking up the phone when that is the best way to resolve an issue, and working with Sales, Finance, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to clear payment blockers. You also look at the process behind the work — reducing overdue balances, improving follow-up, and finding ways to make order-to-cash more effective over time. Working AI-first. You actively use AI and automation where they can make the work more efficient or improve the quality of the outcome. That might mean analyzing patterns in Sales data, speeding up vendor registration, improving a recurring workflow, or removing repetitive administrative work. As part of RevOps, you are expected to try new approaches, keep what works, and share useful ways of working with the wider team. Connecting the dots across teams. Many commercial processes cross Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, and other parts of the business. You help create clarity around ownership, bring the right people together, and make sure decisions turn into action. You’ll work with tools including HubSpot, Gong, Atlassian, QuotaPath, Zapier, Google Workspace, and a growing set of AI tools and internal AI workflows. We do not expect you to arrive as an expert in every system. We do expect you to be comfortable learning how they fit together and questioning whether we are using them in the best way. Success in this role is not simply an empty queue or a dashboard that looks good. It is reliable day-to-day execution combined with steady improvement in how Sales operates. On a typical day On Monday morning, you start by getting a view of the commercial week ahead. You check active deals in HubSpot, outstanding operational requests, the payments inbox, and anything else that needs attention. During the RevOps stand-up with the RevOps team, you talk through priorities. An Account Executive is working on an enterprise opportunity where the customer's procurement team needs AIHR registered as a vendor. Several invoices need follow-up. You have also noticed a group of deals spending longer than expected in one stage of the pipeline. The vendor registration comes first. You use one of our existing AI workflows to help complete the documentation, gather any missing information internally, and get the process moving. While doing that, you notice that part of the information the workflow relies on is out of date. Rather than working around it, you fix the source and make sure the next registration is easier. Later, you turn to the stalled opportunities. You dig into the data, speak with the Sales team, and find that Account Executives are not consistently recording meeting outcomes. That makes it difficult to understand why certain MQLs progress while others do not. The answer may not be “Sales needs to update HubSpot more.” You look at why the information is not being captured in the first place and whether the workflow can be made easier for reps while still giving Marketing and leadership the information they need. You believe it’s easier to change a process than to change human behaviors. After lunch with colleagues in the office, you spend time on collections. Some invoices need a straightforward reminder. Others need more persistence. You follow up with customers, get on the phone where needed, and work through issues involving purchase orders, invoicing details, procurement processes, or internal ownership. This work is part of the role, not something sitting outside it. And because you are doing it yourself, you see first-hand which issues are one-offs and which ones point to something we should fix. On another day, you sit down with Sales leadership to look at commercial performance. You are not there simply to report what happened. You help interpret what is behind the numbers and what we might do differently. You also regularly connect with Neal, Head of CX & Operations, and colleagues across Business Operations. Some weeks you will spend more time on live operational work; other weeks give you more room to improve reporting, build an automation in Zapier, clean up a process in HubSpot, or work on a broader RevOps project. That balance is part of the role. By Friday, a good week means the work got done: customers were followed up, deals moved forward, Sales had the support they needed, and something in the way we operate is now a little clearer or easier than it was before. We offer A high-impact role working closely with Sales leadership and the wider Business Operations organization; The opportunity to own important commercial processes while also improving how our Sales organization works; Managing a growing deal volume of €10M+ per year across the commercial funnel; Competitive, benchmarked compensation; The opportunity to shape your own day-to-day work; Regular growth talks and support to reach your career goals; Flexible working hours & working from home arrangements; A high degree of autonomy in a vibrant, result-driven, inclusive, and international team; Access to AI tools including the latest AI models so you can automate repetitive work and improve how you operate day to day; A beautiful office right across Rotterdam Central Station (Milleniumtower) and a satellite office in Amsterdam; 26 paid holidays per year + 1 extra day for the first 5 years you work at AIHR Exchange any 2 public holiday days for 2 other days of your choice; Work from anywhere policy, where you can work abroad for 20 days in a calendar year; Pension plan; 4 Trust days per year (ad-hoc recovery days to take whenever you're overwhelmed, exhausted, or need to deal with something personal); Access to OpenUp mental health platform; Personal development budget, training, and we pay for the books you read; All public transport expenses covered (NS Business Card); MacBook + all other equipment you need to do your work; Daily lunch prepared by a chef, regular drinks, and fun team activities; Free access to the office gym. Get a taste of the AIHR experience and check out our AIHR Benefits Guide! Apply for the job Are you excited to become our Senior Sales Operations (SalesOps) Manager? Then we'd love to hear from you! We are looking to hire for this role as soon as we find an eligible candidate. P.S. Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women tend to apply only when they meet 100% of them. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to consider you and see if you could be a great fit. Who you are We are looking for someone who combines strong operational execution with commercial awareness. You are comfortable getting into the details and doing repetitive work when it needs to be done. At the same time, you tend to notice when the same issue keeps appearing and start thinking about how to remove it rather than simply processing it faster. You are likely a strong fit if you: Have solid experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or an end-to-end order-to-cash role within a B2B environment, including hands-on exposure to collections; Understand how B2B Sales processes work and can use data, operational signals, and feedback from Sales to identify where things could improve; Are comfortable owning processes such as the Deal Desk, vendor registration, invoicing, collections, and order-to-cash, even if you have not owned every one of them previously; Are confident working with CRM data, spreadsheets, reporting, and operational tools. Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, Atlassian, QuotaPath, Zapier, or Google Workspace is useful, but curiosity and the ability to learn matter more than knowing our exact stack; Communicate clearly across Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and leadership, and are comfortable raising a different point of view when you believe there is a better way forward. You do not need to match every point perfectly. What matters most is that you can combine ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the judgment to know when to execute the process and when to change it.

Can you connect the customer journey from the first marketing touch through sales conversion, revenue, retention, and product usage and explain the numbers equally clearly to an engineer, a CMO, and a CFO? AIHR is looking for a Lead Agentic Analytics Engineer to become the hands-on functional lead of our two-person Data & Analytics team. You will own the translation of cross-functional business questions into trusted metrics, governed semantic models, and decision-ready agentic analytics; set the analytical direction; and build the most critical models yourself. You are transforming raw data into governed products that drive decision-making for our business partners. About AIHR Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the global market leader in online training for HR professionals. We support customers in more than 140 countries, including organizations such as Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. Our goal is to continuously upskill and empower one million HR professionals. Today, we are an international team of more than 100 people representing over 30 nationalities. We are driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow, while staying friendly, enthusiastic, and committed to helping each other succeed. Working at AIHR means taking real responsibility, improving how we operate, and getting the freedom to develop in new areas and shape your role as the company grows. Role and Responsibilities AIHR's Data & Analytics team is part of Business Operations. You will work alongside Vahid, our Senior Data Engineer, and report to Leo, our VP of Business Operations. Our ingestion and warehouse foundation is largely established: data from systems such as HubSpot and our own LMS moves through ETL pipelines into Snowflake. Through special Projects, we are building governed semantic layers on top so the business can self-serve trusted analytics through Power BI, Metabase, and AI tools. Your role owns the step that matters most: translating a business question into a clear definition, a well-designed model, and conversational/agentic analytics that your leadership trusts. You will set the analytical architecture, dbt standards, and roadmap, while Vahid focuses on ingestion, warehouse reliability, and engineering implementation. You will both build: you will personally deliver the most critical business models, review implementations, and ensure the outputs are usable by the business. This role has no direct reports. Your colleague, Vahid, remains managed by the VP of Business Operations, while you have clear functional decision rights over metric definitions, semantic-model design, analytical quality, dbt standards, and technical priorities. It is designed for someone who wants to lead through expertise while remaining close to the work. What You'll Own Own and execute a rolling one-year Data & Analytics roadmap, balancing urgent business needs with foundational work. Guide Vahid through clear priorities, design reviews, code review, and reusable modeling patterns. Lead discovery across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to uncover the decision behind a request and translate it into agreed metric definitions, governed semantic layers, and data models that connect the full customer lifecycle. Set the analytical architecture and dbt standards; design, build, test, and document the most critical governed models yourself using SQL and dbt. Own the full-funnel measurement framework—from marketing reach, demand generation, attribution, and customer acquisition cost through lead and pipeline conversion, sales cycle, bookings, and revenue to onboarding, product adoption, expansion, renewal, churn, and customer lifetime value. Keep core recurring-revenue definitions finance-grade and reconciled while showing how upstream activity drives downstream customer outcomes. Own the logic and quality behind executive dashboards and self-service analytics across Power BI, Metabase, and AI-enabled interfaces. Present the results to senior leaders, explain every assumption, and respond constructively to challenge. Partner closely with Vahid on warehouse and pipeline requirements, resolve conflicting numbers at the source, and raise the technical quality of the team. Apply AI where it improves development speed or data access, while using sound judgment around privacy, governance, validation, and trust. A Typical Week This is a hands-on lead role. The exact balance will shift with business priorities, but you should expect roughly half your time to remain close to the data—building, reviewing, and investigating—and the rest to be split across discovery, functional leadership, and decision support. Design or improve a dbt model that connects data across HubSpot, our LMS, billing, or other source systems; write the SQL, tests, documentation, and metric logic needed to put it into production. Run discovery sessions with leaders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, or Finance to clarify the decision they need to make, challenge the requested metric, and agree on the definition. Work side by side with Vahid on source-data requirements, architecture choices, and implementation; review code and unblock delivery without handing off all of the technical work. Investigate a commercial or customer-lifecycle question, improve an executive or functional dashboard, and present the conclusion—including assumptions and limitations—to the relevant leadership team. Reprioritize the Data & Analytics roadmap, resolve competing requests, and invest in the semantic layer, governance, and reusable modeling foundations that reduce future ad hoc work. What Success Looks Like Within your first three months, you have established a clear operating model with Vahid, mapped ownership of the most important metrics, agreed the Data & Analytics roadmap, and resolved at least one material conflicting-number problem. Within six months, AIHR has a governed customer-lifecycle domain in dbt and an executive view connecting acquisition and pipeline to revenue, retention, and product usage, and has launched the first MVP of our agentic analytics platform to drive self-serve adoption. The underlying definitions are documented, reconciled where relevant, and trusted across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance. Within twelve months, two or three priority business domains are governed end to end, leadership can trace performance from acquisition through lifetime value using consistent numbers, self-service adoption is growing, and Vahid can independently implement the modeling patterns and quality standards you established. Throughout, you remain hands-on in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and analytics while setting direction, coaching through the work, and earning leadership's trust in both the numbers and the roadmap. We offer A high-impact role as the functional lead of a small Data & Analytics team, with end-to-end ownership of the semantic layer behind company-wide decisions. Competitive, benchmarked compensation. Substantial autonomy to shape your day-to-day work, with regular growth conversations and support for your career goals. Flexible working hours and work-from-home arrangements after onboarding. 26 paid holidays per year, plus one extra day for each of your first five years at AIHR. The option to exchange any two public holidays for two days of your choice. A work-from-anywhere policy that lets you work abroad for up to 20 days per calendar year. A pension plan, four Trust Days for ad hoc recovery, and access to the OpenUp mental health platform. A personal development budget, training opportunities, and the books you need to keep learning. All public-transport expenses covered through an NS Business Card, plus a MacBook and the equipment you need. A beautiful office opposite Rotterdam Central Station, a satellite office in Amsterdam, daily chef-prepared lunch, regular drinks, team activities, and free access to the office gym. Get a taste of working at AIHR in our AIHR Benefits Guide. Apply for the Job Are you excited to become our Lead Analytics Engineer? We would love to hear from you. We are aiming for a start date in December 2026 or January 2027. P.S. If this role excites you but you do not meet every point, we still encourage you to apply. We care about the evidence behind your experience and your potential to grow—not a perfect checklist. Who you are You are a hands-on technical leader: commercially sharp, calm under challenge, and confident enough to defend your numbers in any room. You also have the patience to build data foundations properly and raise the quality of the work around you. You bring 5+ years of experience across analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or business-facing analytics roles, including substantial recent hands-on analytics engineering and evidence of leading work beyond your own delivery. You have a proven track record of building semantic layers or governed dimensional models end-to-end—from business discovery and metric definition to production models and adoption—not only dashboards. You have expert SQL and data modeling skills, strong production experience with dbt, and hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable warehouse, along with a BI tool such as Power BI, Looker, Omni, or Metabase. You bring strong financial acumen, but your analytical experience extends across the full customer lifecycle. You can connect marketing acquisition and attribution, sales pipeline and conversion, revenue and unit economics, customer retention and expansion, and product adoption into one coherent model. You understand how bookings, billings, recognized revenue, cash, ARR, and NRR differ without treating financial reporting as the whole analytical problem. You have worked in a B2B SaaS, subscription, fintech, or marketplace business and have modeled several stages of the funnel spanning marketing or growth, sales, customer success and retention, and product usage—rather than specializing in only one function. You explain complex logic in plain language, push back constructively on senior stakeholders, and build trust without becoming defensive—even when you discover that your own number or assumption needs to change. You take pride in driving the analytical roadmap and architectural vision, leading technical work through architecture and code review, and mentoring experienced colleagues without relying on formal authority. You want the majority of your role to remain hands-on. You balance pragmatic execution with rigorous analysis, adapting precision levels to fit business needs and operational constraints. You are used to leveraging a broad range of AI tools to boost your productivity and know how to configure them to produce output that lives up to our quality standards and best practices Nice to Have Earlier experience in RevOps, Growth, FP&A, product analytics, or commercial analytics, ideally combined with experience in a fast-growing scale-up. Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation and attribution data, subscription or billing data, LMS or product-usage event data, Personio, or building semantic layers for AI-enabled and conversational analytics.

Embark on this thrilling adventure with us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the HR industry! Role and Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager (with Ed-tech experience), you are responsible for enabling your B2B clients to run successful learning initiatives and create a culture of learning. At AIHR, we call this role in AIHR as a Learning Consultant rather than a Customer Success Manager because your focus goes beyond account management - you act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers in designing and implementing impactful learning journeys. You manage the entire relationship: from onboarding to learning adoption, up until the renewal. Once a customer signs, you are introduced to the various important stakeholders (e.g. CHRO, Head of L&D, HR Managers). Throughout the journey, you stay in contact with your clients to advise, consult, enable, and inspire further learning and adoption of our platform. You support Growth Account Executives with the renewal and expansion of your accounts. You’ll have a mixed portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. Some clients will require an in-depth plan and continuous communication; others will just need advice on some best practices. You are successful when your client’s learners have shown improved work performance, not just when they complete a training program, and when the impact of AIHR leads them to want to continue our partnership. Ultimately, your client’s success is your success, and your goal is to develop their learners into T-shaped HR professionals. On a typical day You arrive at our beautiful office in Rotterdam or Amsterdam, grab a coffee, and after a brief chat with colleagues, you fire up your MacBook to check your calendar. You start by reviewing your portfolio in HubSpot, our single source of truth, paying close attention to the Customer Health Score to prioritize your actions for the day. Your morning includes a Quarterly Strategic Check-in with a key client, where you present a compelling story of their progress using learning and engagement data you've analyzed with the help of a custom GPT. Afterward, you have a 1-1 with your manager, Emilie, to strategize on a renewal risk within your portfolio. Later, you spend time with Dieter, one of our superstar SMEs, to plan a thought leadership session with customer HumanX. After a delicious lunch in the office with the team, you dedicate time to a new client, Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, documenting their business objectives to create their Joint Impact Plan. You then join a meeting with Jessica, our Growth Account Executive, to align on the commercial strategy for an upcoming renewal, ensuring you are working as a unified team. Before the day ends, you contribute to an internal project, sharing customer feedback about new features and improvements with the product team, including feedback you summarized by feeding call transcripts into Gemini. To wrap up the week, you join the team for a drink during our weekly activity, celebrating joint successes and getting to know new colleagues. Who you are Helping clients roll out learning initiatives successfully is nothing new for you. You’ve done this before, and you know you can do more than that. You want to be a strategic advisor and trustworthy consultant to your client, as you know that if they experience impact with AIHR’s platform, they will see massive skill development, performance improvements, and a learning culture change. Furthermore, you have: 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as a (Learning) Consultant, L&D Professional, or Customer Success Manager, specifically within the Ed-Tech or E-learning industry; A proven track record of managing a portfolio of 50+ clients and skillfully prioritize to maximize impact across your portfolio; Demonstrable experience successfully building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders; Strong English proficiency with the ability to discuss proposals, write clear copy, and push back on or challenge customers constructively; A natural ability to ask insightful follow-up questions to diagnose core challenges and co-create solutions with clients; Experience in the ed-tech industry, supporting clients in implementing and scaling learning initiatives; The ability to think commercially, identify growth opportunities, and discuss how HR initiatives impact overall business performance; Strong skills in using data from tools like HubSpot and Excel to derive insights and present a clear story of progress and value to customers; Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for tasks like content creation and workflow automation is essential; To set you up for success in this role, we are specifically looking for candidates with external-facing customer experience (not in-house L&D roles) and a background in education, e-learning, or ed-tech. DevOps/Platform Engineer

Wellis·Netherlands

Do you want to own the infrastructure under a health-tech operation that touches hundreds of thousands of lives? This is a dedicated infrastructure, security, and platform role, and there's a lot of ground to claim. Right now a handful of engineers keep the whole stack running between them. Your job is to turn that into something that runs and scales on purpose, and to make it more secure while you do. The more reliable we are, the more people we help lead healthier, happier lives. About Wellis Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing healthcare. We are building the first truly integrated health platform in the Netherlands, offering on-demand care for everyday health needs such as weight loss, hair loss, sexual health, and more. Our platform covers the full journey: from diagnosis and medical assessment to prescription and delivery at home. By combining medical expertise, technology, and data, we make healthcare smarter, more accessible, more personal, and easier to use. We are growing quickly, which means we are building the structures, teams, products, and processes that will help us scale responsibly. You will join an ambitious, international team where ownership is encouraged, collaboration is key, and impact is visible from day one. The Role You won't inherit a mature platform team here. You'll help build one. Our services already run across more than one cloud, most provisioning still happens by hand, and we have very little visibility into what's actually going on in production. Fixing that is the job: bringing order, portability, and security to all of it, and doing it the way our engineering team already works, which is agent-first. The role covers three areas, and we mean all three. On infrastructure, you'll own how and where we run. We want managed services that stay portable, so we can pick up a workload and move it between GCP, AWS, or anywhere else without rewriting it. On security, you'll own access provisioning, database security, secrets, and the controls a company handling patient data has to get right. On IT and platform admin, you'll own onboarding, offboarding, team access, and tooling: the unglamorous plumbing that keeps a growing team moving. What ties the three together is automation. We're not looking for someone to click through consoles all day. We're looking for someone who builds the systems and agents that make provisioning, deployment, and access self-serve. We're an AI-native engineering team. Agentic coding tools are how we work, and infrastructure is no exception. Think Terraform written and reviewed with an agent, runbooks that are actually scripts, an access request that a workflow fulfills on its own. You'll bring that habit to a corner of the company that usually gets it last. What You'll Own Provider-agnostic infrastructure. Define our infra as code so it's reproducible and portable. Containerize workloads, standardize how services get deployed, and keep us free to move between clouds instead of locked into one. Today we run across more than one provider mostly by accident. You'll make it a choice. CI/CD and release engineering. Build the pipelines that take code from merge to production safely: automated, repeatable, with the guardrails that let a small team ship often without breaking things. Observability and reliability. We have almost no monitoring, alerting, or error tracking today. You'll build the visibility layer from scratch, from metrics and logs through tracing, uptime, and the basics of on-call, so we catch problems before customers do. Security and access. Own IAM and least-privilege access across our systems, plus database hardening, secrets management, and the audit trails a regulated healthcare business needs. Access for people and services should be controlled and reviewable, never handed out ad hoc. Team provisioning and IT admin, automated. Onboarding, offboarding, accounts, and tooling access, built as workflows and agents rather than a ticket queue. When someone joins or leaves, the right things should happen without a person doing them by hand. Infrastructure agents and tooling. Build the skills, scripts, and agent workflows that let the whole team self-serve infra and access. This is the leverage that lets a small team run like a bigger one. What we offer Salary range €5,500 – €8,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance Pension plan Learning budget Monthly personal budget (Alleo) Hybrid working: partly from our new office in central Rotterdam (2 days) 20 days of remote working per year Working from home allowance (2 days a week) 25 holidays A culture of short lines, speed, and continuous improvement, where pragmatism and impact matter The chance to build a healthtech scale-up's entire infrastructure and security foundation from the ground up Essential 3+ years of professional DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering. You've owned production infrastructure, not just touched it. Fundamentals matter more than years here: what happens on deploy, how to recover, how to keep it running. Infrastructure as code, done properly. Terraform, Pulumi, OpenTofu, or equivalent. You provision through version control, not a console, and you know why that discipline matters. Cloud, with an eye on portability. Real experience with at least one major cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and the container tooling (Docker, plus Kubernetes or a managed equivalent) that keeps workloads movable. You've thought about lock-in and how to avoid it. CI/CD ownership. You've built and maintained pipelines that other engineers depend on, with the automated checks and rollbacks that make frequent deploys safe. Security fundamentals. IAM and access control, secrets management, network basics, and database security. You know how to give people and services exactly the access they need and nothing more. Agentic AI development is how you work. You spend a real part of your day in tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Pi, or opencode, and you point them at infrastructure and ops, not just app code. Given a repetitive task, your instinct is to automate it. You've felt the pain. A migration that locked a table, a deploy that took down an endpoint, an access mistake you had to clean up at 2am. You owned it, fixed it, and built the guardrail so it couldn't happen twice. Nice to Have Building agents and agentic workflows, not just using them: plugins, skills, or custom automations that made infra or ops better for a team. Experience with regulated or sensitive data (healthcare, financial services, government). You know why 'move fast and break things' has no place near patient data. Observability tooling stood up from scratch: Sentry, Prometheus and Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar. IT administration at a growing company: SSO and identity providers, device and access lifecycle, automated on and offboarding. Audit logging and compliance in regulated environments (NEN 7513, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar). Running Supabase, Postgres, or serverless and edge platforms (Cloud Run, edge functions) in production. Multi-cloud or cloud-migration experience, meaning you've moved real workloads between providers. Dutch and/or German (business English is the working language). Who You Are You take ownership from provisioning through deployment through monitoring, right up to the 2am page. You automate by instinct. Do something twice by hand and you're already writing the thing that does it for you. You're comfortable being the first and only person in your domain, making decisions that carry weight, with no team to hide behind yet. You treat security as the default. You handle access and data like someone's health depends on it, because it does. You work fast and stay careful. With Your Application Alongside your CV, share a transcript or a detailed walkthrough of the most interesting agentic session you've had recently, one where the agent did real infrastructure, ops, or automation work. Provisioning, a pipeline, a migration, an access workflow, whatever it was. Tell us what you were building, how you steered the agent, and what you'd do differently. We'd rather read that than a cover letter. Hiring Process We want the application process at Wellis to be fast, transparent, and personal. Introductory chat with Georgios (Senior Recruiter) Introductory interview with the CTO. Come ready to talk about a production incident you owned: what broke, what you did, what changed afterwards. Technical assessment with the CTO Final conversation with founders

Mobile Developer

Wellis·Netherlands

Introduction The digital customer journey at Wellis is growing rapidly and becoming more complex. To take it to the next level, we're looking for a Mobile Developer (iOS & Android). You will own everything that touches our mobile experience - from the very first app open to long‑term retention. With your knowledge of native iOS and Android development, mobile UX, and connected health features, you'll make the Wellis app smarter, more personal, and truly engaging. It's time for an experienced mobile specialist to raise our app experience to benchmark level in the healthcare and wellness world. About Wellis Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up that is reinventing one of the most traditional sectors: healthcare. What started just three years ago has already grown into a company with tens of thousands of customers, and we are only at the beginning. By combining medical expertise with technology and data, we make healthcare smarter, more efficient, and more personal. Our mission is to improve everyday lives by making care accessible, personal, and seamless. Through our platform, people can take control of their health journey with trusted medical support, smart digital tools, and tailored programs. We move fast, challenge conventions, and build solutions that truly make an impact, because we believe better healthcare should be within everyone's reach. About the Role As a Mobile Developer, you'll take the lead in shaping the next generation of the Wellis app. You'll translate designs into seamless native experiences across iOS and Android, integrate smart health features, and build the foundation for a scalable, content-rich wellness platform. Your job is to ensure the Wellis app feels intuitive, personal, and genuinely supportive throughout the user's health journey — far beyond a simple e-commerce transaction. Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of the Wellis app - from first MVP to a mature, scalable product. Translate UX/UI designs from Figma into high-quality, native iOS and Android experiences. Design, build, and maintain complex app features around health, wellness, and coaching - far beyond a simple e‑commerce checkout. Integrate with Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, wearables, and other device capabilities to create smart, data-driven user journeys. Collaborate closely with backend engineers to connect the app to our GCP-based, API-first platform. Implement localization and multi-market capabilities so the app can scale across countries and languages. Ensure app performance, reliability, and security, especially around sensitive health data. Act as a sparring partner for product, UX, and C-level on mobile strategy, roadmap, and technical choices. About the Team You'll report directly to the CTO, who brings deep experience in building scalable digital platforms and high-impact mobile products. You'll work closely with our UX/UI partners, backend engineers, data team, and medical & customer care teams — with plenty of room to take initiative yourself. As we're building our mobile capabilities from the ground up, the product & tech domain is growing fast, and you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our mobile app vision and future mobile team. A Week in the Life @ Wellis Monday: Review the current iOS and Android app backlog, clarify requirements with Product, and translate new UX/UI designs from Figma into technical tasks. Tuesday: Implement new iOS and Android features in Swift and Kotlin, pair with backend engineers to refine APIs, and push an internal test build for feedback. Wednesday: Integrate Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or other device data, improve performance and stability, and fix bugs discovered in recent releases. Thursday: Sync with designers and stakeholders on upcoming wellness and coaching flows, refine the app architecture, and improve code quality through refactoring and reviews. Friday: Prepare and ship a new TestFlight or App Store build, monitor key app KPIs and crash reports, and share progress, learnings, and next-steps with the wider product & tech team. Who You Are At least 3-5years of hands-on experience in native mobile app development, with proven expertise in both iOS (Swift) and Android (React Native). Deep experience building and shipping complex, content-rich, highly interactive apps (beyond basic e‑commerce/check-out flows). Experienced in integrating mobile apps with cloud backends and APIs (preferably GCP, but AWS/Azure experience is welcome). Comfortable working with design tools and workflows (e.g. Figma) and translating UX/UI concepts into smooth native mobile experiences. You are an early AI adapter and know how to leverage AI in your work. Combine strong engineering craft with a product mindset: you think in terms of user journeys, personalization, and long-term scalability. Strong collaborator and communicator across multiple disciplines (product, design, data, medical/clinical, customer care). Fluent in English; experience in healthtech, wellness, or other data-sensitive domains is a plus. We are looking for a builder mindset (Someone who has made his own App) What We Offer Salary range €5.000 - € 8.000 gross per month (depending on experience) Pension plan Learning budget Monthly personal budget (Alleo) Hybrid working: partly from our new office in central Rotterdam (2 days) 20 days of remote working per year Working from home allowance (2 days a week) A culture of short lines, speed, and continuous improvement — where pragmatism and impact matter. The opportunity to help build a fast-growing healthtech scale-up from the inside. Hiring Process We want the application process at Wellis to be fast, transparent, and personal.
