Customer Support Specialist - International Markets

Insify·Netherlands

ABOUT US Europe is changing. More and more people are choosing freedom — as freelancers, self-employed workers, or entrepreneurs. They decide when, how, and with whom they work. But that freedom comes with a downside: uncertainty. At Insify, we believe entrepreneurs shouldn't have to worry about insurance. That's why we're building something the insurance world desperately needs: transparent, fair, and fully digital insurance, designed specifically for people who work for themselves. No complicated paperwork, no hassle. Sorted today, covered tomorrow. We now insure thousands of customers across Europe — and we're just getting started. The Operations Team We are the face of Insify. With every call, every email, and every conversation, we build trust. We make sure customers feel heard, supported, and well taken care of — even when things get complicated. Speed and quality go hand in hand, and we continuously improve based on what we learn. With a growing team and expansion into multiple European countries, you play a direct role in something that makes a real impact. Your Role As one of our first Customer Support Specialists for a new European market, you won't just be supporting customers— you'll be a founding voice of that market at Insify. That means helping us build and shape the experience from the ground up, while being the first point of contact for entrepreneurs at some of the most important moments in their business. What You'll Do Customer contact. You answer questions via phone, email, and chat. You explain complex insurance policies in a way customers actually understand. Onboarding. You guide new customers through the process so they're insured within 2 minutes — smooth, accurate, and personal. Spot patterns. Noticing the same question coming up from customers? You flag it, work with the team, and help us improve the product for that market. Administration. You keep customer data up to date, process policy changes, and never lose track of deadlines. What You Bring Fluent in English — written and spoken. Additional European languages are a big plus (we'd love to hear which ones you speak in your application). You're organised, switch easily between tasks, and never miss a deadline. You have a genuine customer-first mindset — you enjoy helping people, even when it's not straightforward. Entrepreneurial by nature — you thrive in a scale-up where not everything is figured out yet, and that excites rather than frustrates you. Willing to obtain a relevant certification as part of your professional development. We pay for it and guide you through it. What We Offer 💰 Competitive salary — between €35,000 and €45,000 (including holiday allowance) and 6% pension contribution. 🏖️ 25 vacation days — plus an extra day off on Christmas Eve if it falls on a working day. 🏠 Hybrid working — two days working from home once you're fully onboarded. 🚆 Travel reimbursement — we help with your commute. 🎯 €50 net per month via Alleo — save it up and spend it however you like, from gym membership to UberEats. 💻 Company MacBook — so you can always work quickly and efficiently. 🎉 Real team culture — monthly drinks, quarterly outings, lunch & learns, and more. 📈 Room to grow — at Insify, you grow with the company. Design future-state operating models that clarify workflows, ownership, decision rights, controls, service levels and escalation paths. Process Transformation Specialist

IMC·Netherlands

IMC is a global trading firm powered by a cutting-edge research environment and a world-class technology backbone. We are re-engineering our Business Operations processes so they are scalable, reliable, and efficient — the baseline we need to automate them and embed AI, including agentic AI, in how our business functions run. As Process Transformation Specialist you will own that re-engineering end to end: map how processes really run today, redesign them to one global standard, build them into our systems, and embed them so every process is measured, repeatable, and ready for automation. You'll start in HR & Recruiting, with the core Workday and Greenhouse processes: Hire & Onboarding, Offboarding, Position Management, and Change Job (incl. Mobility). As the method proves itself, you take it across other Business Operations functions, for example Finance, Procurement, and internal service operations. What you'll do Run the re-engineering cycle Map current-state processes end to end — exceptions, workarounds, handoffs, and the data transfer points between systems and regions. Process owners tell you how it works; you document it. Facilitate redesign workshops with functional leads and regional process owners; drive to a single global standard, with local deviation only where there is genuine need. Translate future-state designs into system requirements (Workday business processes, Greenhouse workflows, other Business Operations platforms), partnering with HRIS and system owners on the build. Define process metrics, establish baselines, and run the continuous-improvement cadence. Build a process excellence capability across Business Operations Establish the reusable framework — standards, BPMN notation, templates, and a process repository — so every cycle gets faster than the last. Work with function leads beyond HR to prioritise and scope the next processes to re-engineer. Coach process owners so the improvement loop continues without you in the room. Make processes ready for automation and AI Design processes that produce clean, structured data — the foundation for reporting, automation, and AI. Identify which steps AI should power, augment, or leave to people, and design the human-in-the-loop checkpoints — the groundwork for embedding agentic AI in our processes. Work alongside external partners where they accelerate the work, and transfer the capability in-house. Land the change Plan and support change management: documentation, training, and adoption with teams and managers. What you bring 6+ years in business process re-engineering, process excellence, or operational excellence, using formal methods (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, value-stream mapping), with redesigns you have taken through to implementation. Redesign experience in at least one Business Operations function, for example HR, Finance, Procurement, or shared services. Experience across several functions, and hire-to-retire in particular, is a strong plus. Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms. Working knowledge of Workday business processes (HCM and/or Financials) is a strong plus — if you know the method, we will help you learn the platform. Strong facilitation — you run workshops that get senior stakeholders to decisions, and you balance global consistency with local needs. Data literacy: you design processes with measurement in mind and are comfortable analysing process data. A pragmatic grasp of automation and AI workflow automation, integrations, and AI agents — and good judgement on where they add value. A change-management track record. You land redesigns, not just design them. Nice to have Experience in a trading firm, fintech, or other fast-moving technical environment. Experience as a global process owner — accountable for a process end to end, not only its design. Process mining or modelling tools (e.g. Celonis, SAP Signavio). Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, BPM, or Workday certification. A consulting or enterprise transformation background. About Us IMC is a research-driven trading firm where quantitative modeling, machine learning, and engineering shape how modern markets are traded. A stabilizing force in markets since 1989, we provide liquidity across trading venues, delivering the best outcome in value and risk management to investors. Using our own technology and capital, we build proprietary systems and algorithms that operate across global markets. Our researchers, traders, and engineers work as a collective, combining rapid experimentation, advanced infrastructure, and real-time feedback to turn insight into execution and execution into advantage.

Senior Backend Engineer, AI Platform (Toqan)

Prosus·Netherlands

Who We Are You've ordered dinner through Just Eat Takeaway. You've bought and sold on OLX. You've paid with PayU. Chances are, you've already used a Prosus company today. We are Prosus, a global technology company powering some of the world's leading lifestyle ecommerce businesses. Every day, billions of people across India, Latin America, Europe and beyond use our products and services to buy, sell, pay, connect and discover. Our AI-driven ecosystem spans 100+ companies across ecommerce, food delivery, fintech and experiences, serving billions of consumers worldwide. AI powers how we operate and innovate, with more than 60,000 active AI agents helping our teams build, scale and move faster. Through our investment team, we also back the founders and technologies shaping the future: From robotics and autonomous systems to synthetic biology and frontier AI. Guided by our five values Innovation, Results, People, Impact, and Entrepreneurship, culture is our competitive advantage. We thrive with experimentation; we build, we test, we learn, we iterate. Join us in shaping the future of technology at global scale. The Opportunity Toqan is Prosus's internal AI platform — the infrastructure and tooling layer that powers agentic AI-driven products across the entire group. We are building secure, configurable agent runtimes that can operate reliably at scale across different products, channels and use cases..   You’ll work where distributed systems meet applied AI: orchestrating models and tools, enabling agents to perform long-running work, and turning rapidly evolving AI capabilities into dependable platform primitives. The challenges span asynchronous workflows, isolated execution, extensible integrations, reliability, observability and cost control. The Toqan platform serves the whole Prosus portfolio and other connected businesses, which means the backend systems you build here have reach far beyond a single team. You'll join a 12-person engineering team in Amsterdam and work closely with product, platform and AI colleagues to ship end-to-end — at pace, without compromising quality. Who You Are You are a senior backend engineer who has moved well past following patterns and into setting them. You're comfortable owning architectural decisions on novel infrastructure — the kind where the right answer isn't obvious and the stakes are real. You think in systems, spot failure modes early, and hold a high bar for production quality without letting perfect block good. The 80/20 mindset comes naturally: you know when to go deep and when to ship. You've likely come from a startup or high-velocity environment where shipping fast wasn't a culture slogan — it was survival. You know how to cut scope without cutting corners, move from zero to production without a safety net, and iterate quickly on systems that are still finding their shape. You're genuinely curious about the AI and LLM space — not as a trend to track, but as a domain where you've already done hands-on integration work and want to go further. AI tools aren't an afterthought in how you work — you use them daily, whether that's Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex, and you've developed real judgment about where they accelerate work and where they don't. You operate with low ego, share context freely, and thrive in an environment where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down — it's where you do your best work. What You Bring Strong Go programming skills with a track record of building and operating production backend services Hands-on AWS experience — designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native services at scale Experience integrating LLMs, AI models or tool-calling systems into production applications Familiarity with agentic architectures and protocols such as MCP, A2A A systems mindset, with attention to reliability, scalability, performance and security Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and production observability A record of working across product and platform teams to deliver outcomes end-to-end Regular, thoughtful use of AI coding tools as part of your development workflow Nice to haves Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems that use tools and execute multi-step workflows Experience building or maintaining event-sourced systems Python programming skills Experience with AI or ML infrastructure and developer productivity tooling Your Typical Day No two days look exactly the same. You might design a new capability for the agent runtime, improve how models and tools are orchestrated, investigate a production reliability issue, or take an integration from an early prototype to a secure, observable service. You’ll spend much of your time building in Go, reviewing code and making architectural decisions with the team. You’ll also work closely with product, platform and AI colleagues to shape requirements, test ideas and ship them safely. Along the way, you’ll improve the testing, deployment and observability foundations that let the team move quickly with confidence. Recruiter – Wellis At Wellis, hiring isn't a back-office function. It's one of the engines behind our growth. As we scale across teams, the people we bring in directly shape how quickly we can make healthcare more accessible for tens of thousands of people. We're looking for a Recruiter who wants to do more than fill vacancies. You'll run hiring processes end-to-end, help build a recruitment approach that's fast, human, and built to scale, and grow your own skills along the way. About Wellis Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing one of the most traditional sectors: healthcare. We're building the first truly integrated health platform in the Netherlands, offering on-demand care for everyday health needs like weight loss, hair loss, and sexual health. DevOps/Platform Engineer

Wellis·Netherlands

Do you want to own the infrastructure under a health-tech operation that touches hundreds of thousands of lives? This is a dedicated infrastructure, security, and platform role, and there's a lot of ground to claim. Right now a handful of engineers keep the whole stack running between them. Your job is to turn that into something that runs and scales on purpose, and to make it more secure while you do. The more reliable we are, the more people we help lead healthier, happier lives. About Wellis Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing healthcare. We are building the first truly integrated health platform in the Netherlands, offering on-demand care for everyday health needs such as weight loss, hair loss, sexual health, and more. Our platform covers the full journey: from diagnosis and medical assessment to prescription and delivery at home. By combining medical expertise, technology, and data, we make healthcare smarter, more accessible, more personal, and easier to use. We are growing quickly, which means we are building the structures, teams, products, and processes that will help us scale responsibly. You will join an ambitious, international team where ownership is encouraged, collaboration is key, and impact is visible from day one. The Role You won't inherit a mature platform team here. You'll help build one. Our services already run across more than one cloud, most provisioning still happens by hand, and we have very little visibility into what's actually going on in production. Fixing that is the job: bringing order, portability, and security to all of it, and doing it the way our engineering team already works, which is agent-first. The role covers three areas, and we mean all three. On infrastructure, you'll own how and where we run. We want managed services that stay portable, so we can pick up a workload and move it between GCP, AWS, or anywhere else without rewriting it. On security, you'll own access provisioning, database security, secrets, and the controls a company handling patient data has to get right. On IT and platform admin, you'll own onboarding, offboarding, team access, and tooling: the unglamorous plumbing that keeps a growing team moving. What ties the three together is automation. We're not looking for someone to click through consoles all day. We're looking for someone who builds the systems and agents that make provisioning, deployment, and access self-serve. We're an AI-native engineering team. Agentic coding tools are how we work, and infrastructure is no exception. Think Terraform written and reviewed with an agent, runbooks that are actually scripts, an access request that a workflow fulfills on its own. You'll bring that habit to a corner of the company that usually gets it last. What You'll Own Provider-agnostic infrastructure. Define our infra as code so it's reproducible and portable. Containerize workloads, standardize how services get deployed, and keep us free to move between clouds instead of locked into one. Today we run across more than one provider mostly by accident. You'll make it a choice. CI/CD and release engineering. Build the pipelines that take code from merge to production safely: automated, repeatable, with the guardrails that let a small team ship often without breaking things. Observability and reliability. We have almost no monitoring, alerting, or error tracking today. You'll build the visibility layer from scratch, from metrics and logs through tracing, uptime, and the basics of on-call, so we catch problems before customers do. Security and access. Own IAM and least-privilege access across our systems, plus database hardening, secrets management, and the audit trails a regulated healthcare business needs. Access for people and services should be controlled and reviewable, never handed out ad hoc. Team provisioning and IT admin, automated. Onboarding, offboarding, accounts, and tooling access, built as workflows and agents rather than a ticket queue. When someone joins or leaves, the right things should happen without a person doing them by hand. Infrastructure agents and tooling. Build the skills, scripts, and agent workflows that let the whole team self-serve infra and access. This is the leverage that lets a small team run like a bigger one. What we offer Salary range €5,500 – €8,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance Pension plan Learning budget Monthly personal budget (Alleo) Hybrid working: partly from our new office in central Rotterdam (2 days) 20 days of remote working per year Working from home allowance (2 days a week) 25 holidays A culture of short lines, speed, and continuous improvement, where pragmatism and impact matter The chance to build a healthtech scale-up's entire infrastructure and security foundation from the ground up Essential 3+ years of professional DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering. You've owned production infrastructure, not just touched it. Fundamentals matter more than years here: what happens on deploy, how to recover, how to keep it running. Infrastructure as code, done properly. Terraform, Pulumi, OpenTofu, or equivalent. You provision through version control, not a console, and you know why that discipline matters. Cloud, with an eye on portability. Real experience with at least one major cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and the container tooling (Docker, plus Kubernetes or a managed equivalent) that keeps workloads movable. You've thought about lock-in and how to avoid it. CI/CD ownership. You've built and maintained pipelines that other engineers depend on, with the automated checks and rollbacks that make frequent deploys safe. Security fundamentals. IAM and access control, secrets management, network basics, and database security. You know how to give people and services exactly the access they need and nothing more. Agentic AI development is how you work. You spend a real part of your day in tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Pi, or opencode, and you point them at infrastructure and ops, not just app code. Given a repetitive task, your instinct is to automate it. You've felt the pain. A migration that locked a table, a deploy that took down an endpoint, an access mistake you had to clean up at 2am. You owned it, fixed it, and built the guardrail so it couldn't happen twice. Nice to Have Building agents and agentic workflows, not just using them: plugins, skills, or custom automations that made infra or ops better for a team. Experience with regulated or sensitive data (healthcare, financial services, government). You know why 'move fast and break things' has no place near patient data. Observability tooling stood up from scratch: Sentry, Prometheus and Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar. IT administration at a growing company: SSO and identity providers, device and access lifecycle, automated on and offboarding. Audit logging and compliance in regulated environments (NEN 7513, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar). Running Supabase, Postgres, or serverless and edge platforms (Cloud Run, edge functions) in production. Multi-cloud or cloud-migration experience, meaning you've moved real workloads between providers. Dutch and/or German (business English is the working language). Who You Are You take ownership from provisioning through deployment through monitoring, right up to the 2am page. You automate by instinct. Do something twice by hand and you're already writing the thing that does it for you. You're comfortable being the first and only person in your domain, making decisions that carry weight, with no team to hide behind yet. You treat security as the default. You handle access and data like someone's health depends on it, because it does. You work fast and stay careful. With Your Application Alongside your CV, share a transcript or a detailed walkthrough of the most interesting agentic session you've had recently, one where the agent did real infrastructure, ops, or automation work. Provisioning, a pipeline, a migration, an access workflow, whatever it was. Tell us what you were building, how you steered the agent, and what you'd do differently. We'd rather read that than a cover letter. Hiring Process We want the application process at Wellis to be fast, transparent, and personal. Introductory chat with Georgios (Senior Recruiter) Introductory interview with the CTO. Come ready to talk about a production incident you owned: what broke, what you did, what changed afterwards. Technical assessment with the CTO Final conversation with founders

Who You Are At least 3-5years of hands-on experience in native mobile app development, with proven expertise in both iOS (Swift) and Android (React Native). Deep experience building and shipping complex, content-rich, highly interactive apps (beyond basic e‑commerce/check-out flows). Experienced in integrating mobile apps with cloud backends and APIs (preferably GCP, but AWS/Azure experience is welcome). Comfortable working with design tools and workflows (e.g. Figma) and translating UX/UI concepts into smooth native mobile experiences. You are an early AI adapter and know how to leverage AI in your work. Combine strong engineering craft with a product mindset: you think in terms of user journeys, personalization, and long-term scalability. Strong collaborator and communicator across multiple disciplines (product, design, data, medical/clinical, customer care). Fluent in English; experience in healthtech, wellness, or other data-sensitive domains is a plus. Own the roadmap for our web platform and mobile app, and drive experiments that improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction. Introduction The digital patient journey at Wellis is growing rapidly and becoming more complex. To take it to the next level, we're looking for a Product Manager Web & App. You will own the product roadmap and prioritization across our web platform and mobile app-from first visit and prescription flow through onboarding, subscriptions, and long-term engagement. You'll translate business goals, user needs, and medical requirements into a clear roadmap, and partner closely with design and engineering to ship improvements that drive conversion, retention, and satisfaction. With a strong eye for data and user insight, you'll identify friction points, run experiments with our CRO specialist, and align stakeholders across the business to keep the product vision sharp and execution moving fast. You will start by owning the web platform and the mobile app together across the full digital patient journey. Both are first-class products. As the team grows, ownership may concentrate more on the app. We want someone who thrives owning both at the start and can adapt if focus deepens into mobile later. Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and prioritization for Wellis's web platform and mobile app, translating business goals and user needs into clear features and improvements. Define, scope, and deliver product initiatives across the full digital patient journey - from first visit to long-term treatment and subscription management. Run product experiments together with our CRO specialist (A/B tests, feature releases) to improve conversion, retention, and user experience. Work closely with UX/UI and engineering to ship high-quality features that support weight management treatments, subscriptions, and the broader wellness platform. Analyze user behavior data, customer feedback (e.g., via Intercom), and medical team insights to identify friction points and opportunities for innovation. Set clear product objectives and success metrics, and continuously track outcomes (including conversion, app/feature adoption, and NPS for the digital experience). Align and manage stakeholders across medical operations, customer care, marketing, and leadership, while maintaining a clear product vision. Communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and learnings clearly, and help the organization make data-informed product decisions. You have a clear sense for what patients and the business need next, including when the data is incomplete. This role is 100% AI- and agent-enabled. You are comfortable with an agentic product development process and with working with agents as part of how you build. You have clearly shown proficient use of agentic systems such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Grok, or Cursor. Bring specific instances. Examples include shipping a feature end to end with agents, turning a backlog into agent-runnable specs, or cutting cycle time by pairing with coding agents. We will ask for those examples in the process. Bachelor's or Master's level education. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for web platforms and mobile apps. Experienced in a start-up/scale-up environment, comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and pragmatism. Strong at translating business goals and user needs into a clear roadmap, priorities, and well-defined product requirements. Data-informed and outcome-driven; able to define and track product KPIs like conversion, adoption, retention, and NPS. Comfortable running experiments (e.g., A/B tests, feature releases) and collaborating with a CRO specialist on hypotheses and success criteria. Confident partnering daily with engineering and UX/UI to ship intuitive, high-quality experiences across the digital patient journey. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority across medical, operations, marketing, and leadership. Curious and customer-focused; skilled at turning feedback and insights into concrete product improvements. Fluent in English; Experience in healthcare, subscriptions, or marketplace/e-commerce environments is a plus. What We Offer The opportunity to help build a fast-growing healthtech scale-up from the inside. A hands-on Product Manager role with real ownership of the web platform and mobile app roadmap. Head of Growth & Expansion Germany (m/w/d)

Wellis·Netherlands

About Wellis Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing healthcare. We are building the first truly integrated health platform in the Netherlands, offering on-demand care for everyday health needs such as weight loss, hair loss, sexual health, and more — and we are now bringing it to Germany. About the role Germany is our next big bet. You'll rapidly scale Germany from a working funnel into our largest market, and build the German organisation that can carry it. This is a brand-new, mostly commercial role in a B2C business: our customers are patients who find us online and sign up themselves. That means growth here comes from marketing primarily. You own German growth end to end.German revenue growth is the number that matters most in this role, alongside new customers, churn and customer satisfaction. You'll start lean. Shared teams such as technology, data, marketing and care also serve the Netherlands. You'll build dedicated German roles as the volume comes. There's no ready-made team or fixed plan: you get to shape both. You'll report directly to our CEO and bring the German view into the leadership team. Targets are set with the CEO each quarter and move with the plan: you own the numbers, not a fixed finish line. What you'll own German revenue growth. Own the German revenue plan and media budget, and scale our live German consumer funnel quickly through performance marketing: paid social, search, creative, landing pages, propositions, partnerships, price points, whatever moves the number.Spend at the speed the market allows, not the speed that feels comfortable. The German market. Know the German landscape better than anyone at Wellis: competitors, prices, channels, regulation and court rulings. Bring that view into the leadership team, including the moves we shouldn't make. Weekly decisions and expansion. Decide every week what to double down on and what to stop, based on your own data. Choose when to add a category, channel or customer segment, and back each choice with unit economics. Building the German team. Design and hire the German team as volume grows: dedicated roles where language or law requires it, Wellis' shared teams everywhere else. Keep it small and senior, hire ahead of bottlenecks, and set the standard yourself. Invest in local structures only once the numbers support it. Making Germany a priority across Wellis. Get Germany onto the roadmaps of product, data, care, pharmacy and finance with a strong business case and good relationships. Turn German customer insights into concrete requirements, give the whole company a clear weekly picture of Germany, and keep German-specific exceptions only where they're worth it. An AI-first way of working. Use AI in your own work every day, and build a team that automates repetitive work before adding people. Trust, compliance and medical quality. Work with external legal partners and our Chief Medical Officer so every campaign is cleared before spend, and medical quality is never the price of speed. Own trust on every German touchpoint: Impressum, phone support, named German doctors and German-language quality. Who you are A track record of taking something small and making it big, fast, as a growth or expansion lead in a B2C business, such as D2C, e-commerce, consumer subscription or digital health (this is essential). You would rather ship at 80 percent this week than at 100 percent next quarter. Hands-on experience with performance marketing at scale: you’ve owned media budgets, steered on customer acquisition cost and lifetime value, and optimised a consumer funnel. Deep knowledge of the German market. Experience in direct-to-consumer health, e-commerce, digital healthcare, or another regulated B2C market is a strong plus. You bring people along with numbers, energy and good relationships, and you're honest and direct: you name what's going wrong at any level and fully commit to a decision once it's made. You take ownership. You treat revenue as yours, share progress before anyone asks, and solve problems rather than passing them up. You have a scale-up or start-up background. You are AI first when executing. You are fluent in German and English. Don't tick every box? If this role excites you and you recognise yourself in most of it, we'd still love to hear from you. What we offer* Competitive salary, depending on experience (+ 8% holiday allowance). Pension plan Learning budget Monthly personal budget via Alleo Hybrid working from our Rotterdam office, or remotely from Germany with regular days in Rotterdam. 20 remote-working days per year Working from home allowance 25 holidays A high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing healthtech company. Close partnership with the CEO and the leadership team A culture of short lines, speed, ownership, and continuous improvement, where pragmatism and impact matter The opportunity to build the German market and team that support Wellis' next stage of growth *please note, benefits may slightly vary if you are based outside of the Netherlands.

Product Designer (UX/UI)

Wellis·Netherlands

Product Designer (UX/UI) - Wellis Health Rotterdam · Hybrid · Full-time Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing healthcare. The role You'll join our Web/App design chapter to shape how thousands of patients experience Wellis, from the first landing page to long-term treatment in our app. This is a hands-on B2C role with real ownership: you'll take problems from research to shipped UI, and you'll have wide scope to shape the art direction of our app. We work AI-first. Research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, component work and design-to-code all run through tools like Claude, Figma MCP and Cursor. What you'll do Own product flows end to end across web and app. You'll frame the problem, join discovery, research, design, test and keep iterating on what ships. Talk to customers regularly. You'll run interviews and usability tests and turn what you learn into product decisions that improve conversion, retention and trust. Tell stories through the product. Design experiences that guide customers through their health journey and make complex medical information feel simple, human and engaging. Bring gamification into the app: progress, milestones, rewards and the small moments of delight that keep people coming back and sticking with their treatment. Set the art direction for the Wellis app and build a distinct design language that people recognise as Wellis at a glance. Design high-quality UI with strong motion and interaction, so the product feels alive rather than static. Extend and document our design system so the whole team can build on it. Work closely with product and engineering, using end-to-end AI workflows to get from idea to production fast. Non-negotiables B2C experience. You've designed consumer products used by real people at scale. Product thinking. You start from the user problem and the business goal, not the screen, and you can explain the why behind every decision. Ownership. You don't wait to be handed work. You spot problems, propose what to do and drive it to done, and you lead design even when nobody asked you to. What else we're looking for A strongly agentic, AI-first mindset. You use AI tools and agents end to end to research, explore, prototype and ship, and you're curious, experimental and not precious about tools. Visual storytelling and art direction. You have the confidence to set a visual direction, not just follow one. Strong motion skills. Your portfolio shows polish, animation and interaction detail. Experience with gamification or engagement design in consumer products. Strong UX thinking with hands-on research experience: interviews, usability testing and synthesis. Comfort working directly with customers and joining discovery early, before anything is defined. Leadership qualities. You raise the bar for design across the team and help others see what good looks like. Bonus: other creative pursuits, such as illustration, photography, film, music or 3D. Tell us about them, because they shape how you design.3–5 years in UX/UI for digital products across web and mobile, with strong Figma skills. What we offer €3,500–€5,500 gross per month, depending on experience. Pension plan, learning budget and a monthly personal budget (Alleo). Hybrid working: 2 days a week in our central Rotterdam office, 20 fully remote days a year and a work-from-home allowance. Short lines, fast decisions and visible impact in a growing scale-up. Free lunch in our office. NS Business Card or kilometer allowance. People and Culture Business Partner - Org Design & Scale; Dutch speaking

Wellis·Netherlands

About the role Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up. As we grow, our team structures, role clarity, and operating model need deliberate design — not default sprawl. We're hiring a People & Culture Business Partner to own that: you'll design how the org is structured as we scale, and build the frameworks that let managers run good teams without a big People function behind them. You'll be one of a small number of People people at Wellis. That means real ownership from day one - you're not implementing someone else's org design playbook, you're building it. It also means you won't have a large team around you; if you want structure and scale already built for you, this isn't that role. You'll report to Veronica and work directly with team leads and founders on structure, headcount, and operating model decisions. What you'll own Organization design end-to-end: partner with team leads and leadership on team structure, role clarity, reporting lines, and operating model as we scale - not as a one-off project, but as an ongoing discipline. Headcount planning: translate growth plans into concrete org structure and hiring sequencing, and hold the line when a request doesn't hold up. Practical people frameworks: build manager responsibilities, role expectations, performance management, and onboarding - designed to be used, not filed away. Project leadership: drive performance process rollouts, onboarding improvements, and manager enablement from idea to adoption. Manager sparring partner: give team leads a straight, informed second opinion on team health, feedback, and development calls. Data-informed decisions: use people data (Personio and beyond) to spot patterns and turn them into playbooks and templates managers actually reach for. Who you are A track record of having actually led an org design in a similar environment (this is a must) - not just supported one. Be ready to talk through a real example: what the structure looked like before, what you changed, why, and what happened after. 5+ years in HRBP, People Partner, or org development roles, ideally including at least one scale-up or high-growth environment where you built process rather than ran an existing one. Comfort with ambiguity: you'll get a leadership problem, not a spec. You're expected to shape the solution, not wait for a brief. A structured, analytical approach - you can move from a messy people-data problem to a clear recommendation. The confidence to push back on managers and leadership when the pragmatic answer and the popular answer aren't the same thing. Working proficiency with HR systems and data tools (we use Personio). Fluent English and Dutch What we offer Salary range of €5,000 – €6,300 gross per month, depending on experience + 8% holiday allowance. Pension plan. Learning budget. Monthly personal budget via Alleo. Hybrid working: partly from our Rotterdam office, around 2 days per week. 20 remote-working days per year. Working from home allowance. 25 holidays. A high-impact People role in a fast-growing healthtech company. Close partnership with the People & Culture Lead, leadership team, and team leads. A culture of short lines, speed, ownership, and continuous improvement, where pragmatism and impact matter. The opportunity to help build the structures, processes, and manager capabilities that support Wellis’ next stage of growth. Hiring process We want the application process at Wellis to be fast, transparent, and personal. Introductory chat with People & Culture — short conversation about your background, motivation, and practical questions. Interview with Veronica — deeper discussion about the role, People & Culture priorities, team, and your relevant experience. Case focused on organisation structure / people project approach — practical conversation about how you structure ambiguous people topics and turn them into action. Final conversation with key stakeholders — mutual fit, collaboration, and final questions with the people you will work with most.

Head of Medical Operations Germany (m/w/d)

Wellis·Netherlands

Was du verantwortest Der operative Betrieb.

Manufacturing Engineer Machining | NTS Eindhoven - Precision Machining

NTS·Netherlands

"At NTS, we make it possible together. Technology inspires and drives us; it is our passion. Every day, we work on unique solutions for complex challenges. Whether it's ultra-complex or ultra-precise solutions, we are proud of what we do and what we deliver." Do you want to discover together what is possible? Have you ever started on the CNC lathe or milling machine and are now using that practical knowledge as a work planner or estimator? And do you want to use your experience to determine how complex precision parts with µm accuracy can be made in the smartest and most efficient way? Then start as a Manufacturing Engineer Machining at NTS Precision Eindhoven and let's make it possible together! Job Description As a Manufacturing Engineer Machining at NTS Precision Eindhoven, you have a challenging role with a lot of responsibility. NTS Precision is a machining company in high-tech manufacturing with about 40 colleagues, the majority of whom work on the production floor. Using the most advanced turning and milling machines, which produce 24/7 thanks to automation and robot loading, we make precision parts for the semiconductor and analytical markets, often in small series with tight tolerances. You determine how a part is made and what it costs. Based on the technical product documentation from our customers, you first ensure a correct calculation and quote, and then you create the routings so that our CNC programmers and skilled workers know exactly what to do in what order to make an ultra-precise part. Thanks to your own experience on the machine and in work preparation, you know which setup works, which tools are needed, and how much time an operation really takes. You report to the Managing Director and act as the link between customers, designers, team leaders, skilled workers, planning, supply chain, and (sub)suppliers. The challenge lies in the balance: you ensure that we fully meet customer requirements without unnecessarily compromising our efficiency internally, thus building a smooth and pleasant collaboration with colleagues and customers. Have you recently transitioned to work preparation? Then we offer you the opportunity to further develop yourself. You will start partly on the shop floor, for example as a CNC Miller, so that you get to know our products, processes, and machines well, and grow on-the-job into a full-fledged role as a work planner. Your responsibilities also include: Handling quotation processes: making calculations and issuing quotes based on the technical product documentation from customers; Assessing customer documentation and change proposals for correctness, completeness, and manufacturability, and providing advice on the design construction of products; Guiding NPI processes from an early stage, in close collaboration with customers and designers; Creating routings and machining plans, including setup, machining, and changeover times, in coordination with our CNC programmers; Designing and having special tools and fixtures made for complex products; Supporting and guiding our skilled workers in machining and providing technical guidance to suppliers and outsourcing; Organizing First Article Inspections (FAI), working according to PFMEA, cleanliness, and TAS requirements, ensuring production documentation, and brainstorming improvements. Requirements We are looking for an experienced work planner with a passion for precision machining and the following background: Completed technical education at least at MBO 4 level, such as Mechanical Engineering, All-round Machining, or similar; Practical experience in precision machining as a CNC Miller and/or CNC Turner and knowledge of other machining techniques, such as wire and sink EDM and grinding; knowledge of measurement techniques is a plus; Experience as a work planner, estimator, or CNC programmer in the machining industry, or initial experience in this role and the ambition to further develop yourself; Working with µm accuracy, technical drawings, and form and positional tolerances are second nature to you; Good knowledge of Excel; experience with hyperMILL (CAD/CAM) and Navision (ERP) is a strong plus; Precise, communicative, and able to switch easily between the office and the shop floor; Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Your benefits At NTS, we combine our passion for technology with innovative solutions for complex challenges. You will have the freedom and trust to fully utilize and develop your talents in a dynamic and energetic environment. We invest in both technology and in you as a future colleague! With this challenge, we offer the following benefits: Salary from €4,400 to €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications; Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days for a full-time position; Personal development and growth opportunities, for example through training and courses; Annual discretionary budget of €150 gross, usable for vitality, bike plan, or gym via the Alleo app; Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport costs; Excellent pension scheme via PME; Laptop and mobile phone; Free fresh fruit at work. About NTS We provide unique solutions for complex challenges and drive the technological advancement of our customers. By combining development, production, and assembly, we play an integral role in bringing together the supply chain. We combine the best skills and smartest ideas into a working system for the most advanced Semiconductor, Opto-Mechatronic, and Analytical solutions in the world. For this reason, we have grown into a Tier-1 supplier for OEMs and an international player operating from various locations in Europe, Asia, and the US. Although we offer our teams around the world a great workplace, we do not forget to remain firmly rooted locally. Ultimately, the core of NTS is formed by our people. Their excellent craftsmanship, customer-oriented mentality, and clear technical solutions have made NTS what it is today. Together, we create a culture that everyone can be proud of because we make it possible together. That's why we seize every opportunity to celebrate our people, our craftsmanship, and our successes. Last year we collected over €65 million for our clients. We are now taking Collie, our new self-service SaaS product, to market and need a hands-on B2B SaaS marketer to build traction for it. We are a small, ambitious team: short lines, real ownership, no layers. We start with Benelux and DACH. Our new SaaS solution: Collectmaxx Collie Collectmaxx Collie is a Software-as-a-Service platform built for companies that invoice consumers directly: utilities, insurers, subscription businesses, and service providers. It automates the full invoice reminder and early collection workflow, combining multiple outreach channels with intelligent AI-driven communication flows, before overdue invoices become a collection problem. Key capabilities: • Multi-channel outreach: email, SMS, AI Voice calls, and video reminders, fully automated • AI-generated communication flows: smart sequences that adapt tone, timing, and channel based on consumer behavior • Installment plans: built-in, configurable payment arrangements to recover more without escalating to collections • EU-wide payment links: Paylink support covering local payment methods across EU markets • White-label ready: businesses deploy under their own brand, preserving customer relationships • Self-service portal & dashboard: consumers manage their own invoices; clients get full visibility on performance Collie is priced as a subscription with no large upfront commitments, purpose-built for SMEs and mid-market companies ready to move to a SaaS model. What you’ll be doing Build traction for Collie: decide the channel mix, build the funnel, grow signups, activation and paying customers in the Benelux market Create the content that drives it: landing pages, comparison pages, customer stories, email sequences and founder-led LinkedIn copy, in Dutch and English. You write it and you publish it Build conversion assets: the cost-of-chasing calculator, the instant personalized demo and the pricing page, with design and dev support Run paid acquisition on a small budget (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with a tight feedback loop, measured on cost per qualified conversation Partnership marketing: co-market with the ecosystems our customers already use, starting with Mollie and accountancy firms, and extending to bookkeeping and ERP integrations as we add them Keep the Webflow site current and converting yourself: pages, metadata, structured data, internal linking. No dev handover Direct our external SEO/GEO agency and implement their recommendations in Webflow What we’re looking for Several years of hands-on B2B SaaS or fintech marketing, with real Benelux experience Proven demand generation: you have built an inbound funnel from scratch, not just run campaigns inside someone else's AI first mindset: you use AI daily for research, drafting, analysis and content production, and you know where it gets things wrong Business-fluent Dutch and English, to a standard where your copy goes live without a rewrite. German is a plus Confident working directly in Webflow: you implement changes yourself Working knowledge of SEO and GEO, enough to brief and direct an agency Self-starter, comfortable as the only marketer in the room Start date: as soon as possible Commitment: 1–3 days per week, flexible based on deliverables Location: Rotterdam, hybrid To apply Send your CV plus two or three examples of work where you can show the number: pipeline, signups, conversion rate, cost per qualified lead, whatever you moved. Tell us what you did, what happened, and what you would do differently. If you have anything on how you use AI in your day-to-day work, we would like to see that most of all.
