We’re a one-of-a-kind marketplace for buying and selling special objects. Each week, more than 100,000 unique items are auctioned, all carefully curated by our passionate in-house experts. Having sold over 25 million unique objects, our mission is to become the world’s most popular destination for special objects. As a growing, diverse and sustainable scale-up, we proudly live by three core values. If these values resonate with you, we’d love to explore how you can join us. Taking ownership and driving impact  Being open to change and feedback Being passionate about our mission and our customers.  About the role We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Trust and Support Operations team. The team works across Trust & Safety, Customer Service, Shipping, Product, Technology, Payments and other operational functions to solve complex problems that cannot be addressed effectively by one team alone. In this role, you will identify systemic operational problems, redesign end-to-end journeys and build scalable operating capabilities that improve user experience, quality, risk management, efficiency, cost and commercial performance. Your initial portfolio will include strengthening Trust & Safety operating processes following the evolution of our detection and investigation capabilities. You will work closely with Trust & Safety Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal and Customer Service to improve how risks are detected, reviewed, escalated and resolved. In the longer term, you will also support operations excellence initiatives across other departments within Trust and Support Operations. This role reports to the Director Trust and Support Operations and has no direct reports.   What you’ll do [Immediate] Strengthen Trust & Safety operating processes As an initial priority, you will support the continued development of Catawiki’s Trust & Safety operating capabilities. This will include: Design and improve the end-to-end lifecycle through which Trust & Safety risks are identified, detected, reviewed, investigated and enforced. Develop scalable operational processes for new and existing Trust & Safety detection capabilities. Work with Trust & Safety investigators to test new processes, gather feedback and ensure changes are usable in day-to-day operations. Partner with Legal and Trust & Safety leadership to translate policies and regulatory requirements into consistent, operationally scalable workflows. Ensure that detection and investigation processes continuously improve based on false positives, missed cases, emerging patterns and operational outcomes. [Long-term] Diagnose and improve end-to-end marketplace operations Identify and prioritise systemic operational problems using performance data, user friction, frontline insight, control failures and business impact. Analyse end-to-end user journeys across organisational boundaries rather than optimising one team’s part of the process in isolation. Conduct root-cause and failure-demand analysis to understand the drivers of delays, repeat work, escalations, inconsistent decisions, user contacts and operational losses. Design future-state operating models that clarify workflows, ownership, decision rights, controls, service levels and escalation paths. Simplify unnecessary handoffs, manual steps, exceptions and operational complexity. Establish clear baselines, target outcomes and measures of success for each improvement initiative.   What you’ll bring You have at least five years of relevant experience in operational excellence, business operations, process improvement, marketplace operations, Trust & Safety, risk operations, customer operations or a related field. You have experience diagnosing complex operational problems, turning findings into implementable solutions, and leading operational improvements from discovery and design through implementation, adoption and measurable impact. You are comfortable working with operational data and can define meaningful performance measures and interpret trends, patterns and anomalies. You can translate operational requirements into clear requirements for Product, Engineering, Data Science and automation teams. You are an excellent facilitator and communicator who can align stakeholders with different priorities and establish clear ownership and decision rights. You combine structured thinking with execution depth and are willing to engage with the operational detail required to solve a problem properly. You are proactive, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where ownership may initially be unclear. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, are proficient in SQL and have experience building with AI tools. It would be a plus if you have Experience in an online marketplace, e-commerce, payments, fraud prevention or Trust & Safety environment. Head of Product, AI Enablement (f/m/d)

Awin·Netherlands

Purpose of Position Own the product agenda for how AI creates real, measurable value across Awin — translating AI capability into shipped product outcomes, not experiments.  Context  Thousands of advertisers and publishers who stay on Awin platform because of the people and product behind the service. The next chapter of Awin's product strategy is defined by how deliberately we put AI to work — not as a slogan, but as a set of practical capabilities embedded into what we build and how the business runs.  Most companies treat AI as a layer bolted onto existing product thinking. We want the opposite: a Head of Product who treats AI as core to the product strategy itself — where it belongs, what it should never touch, and how it compounds value over time rather than producing one-off wins.  What you'll own  Product strategy for AI-driven value. Define where AI genuinely changes the economics or experience of our product — and where it doesn't. Prioritise like a product leader: value creation and value capture, not novelty. Translate capability into roadmap. Convert what AI can practically do today into a prioritised, sequenced product agenda with clear outcomes — not a lab of disconnected pilots. Own outcomes, not outputs. Every initiative under your remit is judged on measurable business impact — adoption, efficiency, revenue, or customer outcome — not on whether something "uses AI." Partner at exec level. Work directly with leadership to align AI investment with company priorities, and defend that investment in commercial terms. Lead a product team. Hire and develop the product talent needed to execute — with real ownership over people and budget. Set the standard for build vs. buy. Make disciplined calls on when to adopt existing AI tooling versus build proprietary capability, with opportunity cost as the deciding factor. Champion practical adoption over theatre. Internal and external users are your test of success — if a capability isn't used, it isn't done.    Who you are  Product leader with technical fluency. You've run product organisations and you understand, in practical terms, where AI creates leverage versus where it's a distraction. Outcome-obsessed. You think in business impact first, technology second. Commercially sharp. You can defend a roadmap in P&L terms as comfortably as in a product review. Credible with engineering. You can go deep enough on data, APIs, and model capability to make good calls, without needing to be the one building it. A builder of teams, not just plans — you know how to hire and develop product talent that ships.  What success looks like  A clear, prioritised AI product agenda in place; first initiatives shipped with measurable adoption. A functioning product team; multiple AI-enabled capabilities live and driving demonstrable business outcomes. AI is a defining, differentiated part of Awin's product experience — not a side initiative, but core to how the product wins in market.  What this role is not Not an automation function. Not a central bureaucracy that runs projects for other teams. Not a lab for AI experimentation without a business case. This is a product leadership role — where AI is the primary lens, not a side interest.   Our Offer Flexi-Week: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance. Engineering Manager - Pricing

Protolabs·Netherlands

Be yourself at Protolabs Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.  We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to building a diverse team that feels they are valued in the workplace.  So do you feel you do not meet every single requirement but still intrigued? We encourage you to still apply!  You can help make our company even better.  We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, age, mental or physical ability, or any way you represent yourself.  We strongly believe diversity makes for more successful teams. We are a diverse team that comes from all walks of life and take pride in our team who is smart, genuine, humble, and passionate about what we do. It’s our people who fuel our creativity and make our culture feel like home. Join our team as an Engineering Manager - Pricing! This is a hybrid role, and we are currently considering candidates based in the Netherlands. The Engineering Manager, Pricing leads a team of software engineers, applied ML engineers, and technical product managers responsible for the pricing engine and its supporting services across Protolabs. The capability and roadmap for pricing overall, the creation and ongoing management of LLM-driven capabilities that power pricing strategy and ensuring pricing is delivered as a true enterprise capability consistently supporting factory vs. network fulfillment, differentiated by service line, and differentiated between prototype and production rather than a collection of one-off pricing solutions. This role owns the shared engine, architecture, and strategy those decisions run on. Success means service lines get the speed and specificity they need without the company ending up with inconsistent, duplicated, or ungoverned pricing logic underneath them. What You Will Do: Work with senior management and pricing leadership to set priorities for pricing engine and pricing services development, manage related projects, assign team members, and provide day-to-day technical directions Own the capability and roadmap for the pricing engine defining the multi-year strategy for how pricing rules, models, and services evolve as the business grows in complexity Guide problem analysis, solution design, development, and testing of pricing capabilities, ensuring the engine supports differentiated rules and models across factory vs. network fulfillment, by service line, and prototype vs. production Lead the creation and ongoing management of LLM-based capabilities that support pricing strategy, for example, using LLMs to help generate or recommend pricing rules, translate business pricing strategy into executable logic, or support pricing related decisioning — including their ongoing evaluation, retraining, and governance Ensure the pricing engine and its services are built and operated as a true enterprise capability, with consistent architecture and shared services, rather than siloed or duplicated implementations across service lines or fulfillment paths Recommend process improvements to raise pricing engine quality and reliability and to meet broader business objectives, including margin, conversion, and competitiveness Hire, manage, and develop a skilled staff spanning software engineering, applied ML/LLM development, and technical product management Provide ongoing management and development of team members, including mentoring on advances in pricing methodology, ML/LLM techniques, and software engineering practices Monitor pricing engine quality and continuous improvement efforts; recommend new methods or processes to improve pricing accuracy, competitiveness, and margin outcomes Partner closely with service-line-embedded pricing analysts and their leaders to ensure the central pricing capability serves their strategies while maintaining enterprise-wide consistency and governance What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus 5+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams Strong software engineering background with demonstrated experience building and scaling complex, rules-based or model-driven decisioning systems, such as pricing engines, recommendation engines, or similar platforms Direct experience building and managing LLM-based or applied ML/AI capabilities in a production setting operationalized as real product capabilities, not just experimentation Experience with pricing strategy, revenue management, or similar quantitative business systems is a strong plus Proven ability to build and operate a capability as a true enterprise service designed for reuse and consistency across multiple business lines or customer segments rather than one-off implementations Prior people-management experience leading engineering or applied ML teams, ideally at a senior or staff level with demonstrated capability-and-roadmap ownership, not only execution management Strong cross-functional partnership skills — this role works closely with distributed pricing analysts and service line leaders while maintaining a coherent enterprise pricing architecture underneath them What's In It For You: Part of our incredible journey is clearly down to our amazing team, and we strongly believe in giving people a space to truly, authentically be themselves. People and Culture Business Partner - Org Design & Scale; Dutch speaking

Wellis·Netherlands

About the role Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up. As we grow, our team structures, role clarity, and operating model need deliberate design — not default sprawl. We're hiring a People & Culture Business Partner to own that: you'll design how the org is structured as we scale, and build the frameworks that let managers run good teams without a big People function behind them. You'll be one of a small number of People people at Wellis. That means real ownership from day one - you're not implementing someone else's org design playbook, you're building it. It also means you won't have a large team around you; if you want structure and scale already built for you, this isn't that role. You'll report to Veronica and work directly with team leads and founders on structure, headcount, and operating model decisions. What you'll own Organization design end-to-end: partner with team leads and leadership on team structure, role clarity, reporting lines, and operating model as we scale - not as a one-off project, but as an ongoing discipline. Headcount planning: translate growth plans into concrete org structure and hiring sequencing, and hold the line when a request doesn't hold up. Practical people frameworks: build manager responsibilities, role expectations, performance management, and onboarding - designed to be used, not filed away. Project leadership: drive performance process rollouts, onboarding improvements, and manager enablement from idea to adoption. Manager sparring partner: give team leads a straight, informed second opinion on team health, feedback, and development calls. Data-informed decisions: use people data (Personio and beyond) to spot patterns and turn them into playbooks and templates managers actually reach for. Who you are A track record of having actually led an org design in a similar environment (this is a must) - not just supported one. Be ready to talk through a real example: what the structure looked like before, what you changed, why, and what happened after. 5+ years in HRBP, People Partner, or org development roles, ideally including at least one scale-up or high-growth environment where you built process rather than ran an existing one. Comfort with ambiguity: you'll get a leadership problem, not a spec. You're expected to shape the solution, not wait for a brief. A structured, analytical approach - you can move from a messy people-data problem to a clear recommendation. The confidence to push back on managers and leadership when the pragmatic answer and the popular answer aren't the same thing. Working proficiency with HR systems and data tools (we use Personio). Fluent English and Dutch What we offer Salary range of €5,000 – €6,300 gross per month, depending on experience + 8% holiday allowance. Pension plan. Learning budget. Monthly personal budget via Alleo. Hybrid working: partly from our Rotterdam office, around 2 days per week. 20 remote-working days per year. Working from home allowance. 25 holidays. A high-impact People role in a fast-growing healthtech company. Close partnership with the People & Culture Lead, leadership team, and team leads. A culture of short lines, speed, ownership, and continuous improvement, where pragmatism and impact matter. The opportunity to help build the structures, processes, and manager capabilities that support Wellis’ next stage of growth. Hiring process We want the application process at Wellis to be fast, transparent, and personal. Introductory chat with People & Culture — short conversation about your background, motivation, and practical questions. Interview with Veronica — deeper discussion about the role, People & Culture priorities, team, and your relevant experience. Case focused on organisation structure / people project approach — practical conversation about how you structure ambiguous people topics and turn them into action. Final conversation with key stakeholders — mutual fit, collaboration, and final questions with the people you will work with most.
