Senior Product Manager, Identity and Access Management

DataSnipper·Netherlands

Identity and access sits underneath everything our customers do with DataSnipper. It determines how organisations are set up, how their people sign in, who can see and do what, and how that is evidenced to the security teams and auditors who check. It needs to be secure by default and reliable enough that nobody has to think about it. Our customers are audit firms and finance teams working with confidential financial data, from regional practices to the largest global networks. Getting identity and access right is a large part of why they trust us, and a large part of how we win and grow enterprise customers. You will own product strategy and direction for identity and access across our platform. Your users are customer administrators and IT and security teams, and the product teams across DataSnipper that build on what you provide. You will work with a dedicated engineering team in Amsterdam. About DataSnipper Audit and finance are still massively manual and we are changing that. DataSnipper is a $1B, bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms. Now, we are taking things further with our Excel Agent, bringing AI directly into where the work actually happens. Unlike generic AI tools, we do not sit on the sidelines. Our AI operates inside Excel, with access to real documents and audit evidence, meaning it does not just generate answers, it does the work, with full traceability. We are not just applying AI, we are redefining how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place.   What you'll own Own how customers sign in, how their users are provisioned and managed, and how access is granted, reviewed and removed Shape an access model that product teams across the company build on, so access behaves consistently everywhere in the product and is hard to misuse Give large organizations the controls they need to manage access at scale: who can use what, how users are grouped, and how provisioning works with their own identity provider Make administration simple enough that customer IT and security teams can manage their organisation without needing us, working closely with other product teams on the admin experience Work out how access should work as automation and AI take on more of the work: what they are allowed to do, on whose behalf, and how it is recorded Make least privilege the easy option rather than the tedious one, balancing security against usability, and the needs of smaller customers against the largest enterprises Run a platform roadmap that other teams plan against: gather what product and engineering teams across the company need, agree ownership and sequencing with them, and make dependencies visible early Act as the product voice in enterprise security reviews, and translate security, privacy and compliance requirements into product decisions Lead across functions without formal authority, bringing engineering, design, security, customer success and sales into one plan, with explicit trade-offs and measurable results   What you'll bring Must-have: 5+ of product management in B2B SaaS, including platform or infrastructure products that other teams build on Experience with identity and access in enterprise products: single sign-on (SAML, OIDC), user provisioning (SCIM), and role-based or fine-grained permissions across organisations with complex structures. Strong technical depth and real interest in the space can substitute for direct experience Enough technical depth to work as a peer with engineers on authentication and authorization design, and to write specifications engineers review for feasibility Experience with enterprise customers: security reviews, IT administrators and procurement requirements Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and FedRAMP, and how they shape identity and access requirements Experience running a platform roadmap with several dependent teams as its customers, and aligning product, engineering, design and go-to-market around it without formal authority Clear written communication, and the ability to explain trade-offs to engineers, customers and leadership Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate learning, productivity, and team collaboration Strong-to-have: Experience with identity platforms such as Auth0, Okta or WorkOS Products for regulated industries such as audit, financial services, legal or healthcare A background in software engineering Experience defining access for AI or automated systems What Success Looks Like Customers set up their organisation and manage their users without needing our support Product teams build on a shared access model and plan against a roadmap they trust, instead of building their own Enterprise security reviews move quickly and rarely raise identity concerns Access for automated and AI-driven work is clear, controlled and auditable Sign-in and access are reliable enough that customers and internal teams rarely have to think about them   What We Offer Be part of one of the fastest-growing, profitable unicorn scale-ups in the Netherlands with a global impact. Equity (Stock Appreciation Rights) to share in the company’s success and growth. Pension plan with a 6% contribution on top of your base salary. 28 vacation days per year (full-time) to support your work-life balance. Machining Production Planner | NTS Precision Eindhoven

NTS·Netherlands

"At NTS, we make it possible together. Technology inspires and drives us; it is our passion. Every day, we work on unique solutions for complex challenges. Whether it's ultra-complex or ultra-precise solutions, we are proud of what we do and what we deliver." Do you want to discover together what is possible? Have you ever started on the CNC lathe or milling machine and are now using that practical knowledge as a work planner or estimator? And do you want to use your experience to determine how complex precision parts with µm accuracy can be made in the smartest and most efficient way? Then start as a Machining Production Planner at NTS Precision Eindhoven and let's make it possible together! Job Description As a Machining Production Planner at NTS Precision Eindhoven, you have a challenging role with a lot of responsibility. NTS Precision is a machining company in high-tech manufacturing with about 40 colleagues, the majority of whom work on the production floor. Using the most advanced turning and milling machines, which produce 24/7 thanks to automation and robot loading, we make precision parts for the semiconductor and analytical markets, often in small series with tight tolerances. You determine how a part is made and what it costs. Based on the technical product documentation from our customers, you first ensure a correct calculation and quote, and then you create the routings so that our CNC programmers and skilled workers know exactly what to do in what order to make an ultra-precise part. Thanks to your own experience on the machine and in work preparation, you know which setup works, which tools are needed, and how much time an operation really takes. You report to the Managing Director and act as the link between customers, designers, team leaders, skilled workers, planning, supply chain, and (sub)suppliers. The challenge lies in the balance: you ensure that we fully meet customer requirements without unnecessarily compromising our efficiency internally, thus building a smooth and pleasant collaboration with colleagues and customers. Have you recently transitioned to work preparation? Then we offer you the opportunity to further develop yourself. You will start partly on the shop floor, for example as a CNC Miller, so that you get to know our products, processes, and machines well, and grow on-the-job into a full-fledged role as a work planner. Your responsibilities also include: Handling quotation processes: making calculations and issuing quotes based on the technical product documentation from customers; Assessing customer documentation and change proposals for correctness, completeness, and manufacturability, and providing advice on the design construction of products; Guiding NPI processes from an early stage, in close collaboration with customers and designers; Creating routings and machining plans, including setup, machining, and changeover times, in coordination with our CNC programmers; Designing and having special tools and fixtures made for complex products; Supporting and guiding our skilled workers in machining and providing technical guidance to suppliers and outsourcing; Organizing First Article Inspections (FAI), working according to PFMEA, cleanliness, and TAS requirements, ensuring production documentation, and brainstorming improvements. Requirements We are looking for an experienced work planner with a passion for precision machining and the following background: Completed technical education at least at MBO 4 level, such as Mechanical Engineering, All-round Machining, or similar; Practical experience in precision machining as a CNC Miller and/or CNC Turner and knowledge of other machining techniques, such as wire and sink EDM and grinding; knowledge of measurement techniques is a plus; Experience as a work planner, estimator, or CNC programmer in the machining industry, or initial experience in this role and the ambition to further develop yourself; Working with µm accuracy, technical drawings, and form and positional tolerances are second nature to you; Good knowledge of Excel; experience with hyperMILL (CAD/CAM) and Navision (ERP) is a strong plus; Precise, communicative, and able to switch easily between the office and the shop floor; Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Your benefits At NTS, we combine our passion for technology with innovative solutions for complex challenges. You will have the freedom and trust to fully utilize and develop your talents in a dynamic and energetic environment. We invest in both technology and in you as a future colleague! With this challenge, we offer the following benefits: Salary from €4,400 to €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications; Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days for a full-time position; Personal development and growth opportunities, for example through training and courses; Annual discretionary budget of €150 gross, usable for vitality, bike plan, or gym via the Alleo app; Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport costs; Excellent pension scheme via PME; Laptop and mobile phone; Free fresh fruit at work. About NTS We provide unique solutions for complex challenges and drive the technological advancement of our customers. By combining development, production, and assembly, we play an integral role in bringing together the supply chain. We combine the best skills and smartest ideas into a working system for the most advanced Semiconductor, Opto-Mechatronic, and Analytical solutions in the world. For this reason, we have grown into a Tier-1 supplier for OEMs and an international player operating from various locations in Europe, Asia, and the US. Although we offer our teams around the world a great workplace, we do not forget to remain firmly rooted locally. Ultimately, the core of NTS is formed by our people. Their excellent craftsmanship, customer-oriented mentality, and clear technical solutions have made NTS what it is today. Together, we create a culture that everyone can be proud of because we make it possible together. That's why we seize every opportunity to celebrate our people, our craftsmanship, and our successes.
