QA Engineer

Creative Clicks B.V.·Netherlands

QA Engineer (Web, App & Payments) Hybrid Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands Technology Job description About Us Creative Clicks is a leading global marketing agency with offices worldwide and 200+ professionals. Since 2009, we've been empowering brands, publishers, and marketers to attract and engage customers at scale with cutting-edge technology and creativity. We live by our Triple E philosophy: Energetic, Entrepreneurial, Experts. And our motto: One team. One dream. The Role We're looking for a QA Engineer to own quality across our web funnels, mobile app, and payment flows. In this role, you are the last line of defence before every release: you decide whether we ship, and you make sure fast iteration never comes at the cost of a broken checkout or a stuck subscription. You'll work hand in hand with our backend, frontend, and Flutter developers, as well as the Funnel Ops team, to validate critical user journeys, reproduce the edge cases nobody else can, and steadily replace manual checks with automation. This is an AI-enabled role: you'll use AI tooling to generate test cases, speed up bug reproduction, and write automation scripts, so you spend more time on the hard problems and less on repetition. Key Responsibilities Own release QA: build test plans and regression suites, and make the go/no-go call for every release. Validate our critical flows end to end: onboarding, paywalls, checkout, payments, and subscription state transitions. Reproduce and document bugs clearly, coordinate fixes with engineering, and verify resolutions before they ship. Grow our automation coverage: automate repetitive tests, maintain release checklists, and drive down escaped defects. Classify bug severity and set the escalation path within QA's scope. Document QA processes and playbooks in Confluence so quality practices scale with the team. Use AI-enabled tooling to accelerate test coverage, bug reproduction, and scripting. Job requirements What We're Looking For You are structured but pragmatic. You like breaking things on purpose, you don't sign off on something you haven't seen work, and you stay calm when a release is on the line. Must-haves: 3+ years of experience in QA or test engineering for web and/or mobile products. Hands-on experience testing payment and subscription flows with modern providers (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, or similar): checkout, card and wallet payments, 3DS, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and working with test modes and webhooks. Experience building automated UI tests with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar, in JavaScript/TypeScript. Able to investigate unstable runs, fix flaky tests, and tell a broken test from a broken product. Experience testing mobile applications (including Flutter) and web applications in browsers and in-app browsers, using real device clouds such as BrowserStack or LambdaTest. Comfortable working with APIs and verifying behaviour through data: REST and GraphQL, querying services and admin tools, and checking analytics events. Strong bug reporting skills: clear reproduction steps, severity assessment, and root-cause thinking. Comfortable making and defending release readiness decisions with engineering and product stakeholders; experience in cross-functional teams with frequent releases. Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken. Nice-to-haves: Analytics and event verification: Mixpanel, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel. Familiarity with products where a web funnel sells a subscription plus upsells, with content delivered via mobile and web apps. Experience with quiz-based funnels and performance marketing traffic. CI and reporting: Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Allure, or similar. Experience running load tests. Experience using AI assistants for test generation, debugging, and QA workflows. What Makes You Successful Here At Creative Clicks, our top performers: Take initiative and ownership. Focus on solutions, not obstacles. Stay grounded, even under pressure. Collaborate closely with their teams. Continuously deepen their expertise to inspire others. What We Offer A highly dynamic and fast-growing working environment. An international company with more than 25 nationalities. Competitive salary and fully paid commuting expenses. 25 days of annual leave (plus the option to buy 10 more), with a healthy work-life balance and hybrid work setup. A place to learn, discover, and develop yourself. Warm daily lunch in the office. A fun, ambitious, and young team of colleagues. A recently renovated, beautiful office just 2 minutes from Leidseplein in Amsterdam. Creative Clicks is proud to be a diverse and equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. Freelancer UX/UI Designer (Design Engineer)

Creative Clicks B.V.·Netherlands

UX/UI Designer (Design Engineer) Location: Amsterdam, NL (beautiful office right near Leidseplein) Work Structure: Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day flexible remote) Experience Level: 2–4 years Type: Freelancer About Creative Clicks At Creative Clicks, we move fast, think big, and drive results. As a global leader in data-driven performance marketing, we combine high-impact user experiences with sharp creative to scale brands across continents. Our culture is built on our Triple E philosophy: Energy, Entrepreneurship, and Expertise. We operate with a vibrant, agile startup mentality and no corporate red tape. If you have an idea, you test it. If you see a friction point in a user journey, you fix it. We are expanding our Amsterdam headquarters and looking for a designer who ships: a UX/UI Designer who takes their own work from Figma all the way to a live Next.js production site. The Role This is not a classic handoff role. You design the experience and you publish it. Your Figma file becomes a live page because you built it, in Next.js, often the same week. Day to day you will design and ship high-converting landing pages, onboarding quiz funnels, and lifecycle emails; manage the websites they live on; and keep improving them with CRO experiments. AI-assisted building ("vibe coding" with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or v0) is core to how this role works, not a side experiment. You will touch several verticals and own things end to end: design, build, CMS, tracking, iteration. What You’ll Do Design and publish, yourself: Map user journeys, wireframe, design high-fidelity screens in Figma, then build and deploy them in Next.js. No waiting on a dev sprint. Own the website stack: Manage our sites end to end. Set up and maintain a headless CMS so the team can edit content without touching code, and keep deployments, domains, and tracking healthy. Run optimisations and CRO: Analyze user behavior and funnel data, form hypotheses, ship A/B tests, and iterate based on real performance metrics. Work across verticals: Landing pages are the core, but you will also design and build onboarding quiz flows and email campaigns, so the same brain covers the whole funnel. Frontrun with AI: Actively use AI design and coding tools to collapse the distance between idea and live page. Prototype in hours, ship in days. Who You Are The sweet-spot experienced: 2–4 years as a UX/UI, product, or web designer, with shipped web work to show for it (conversion-driven e-commerce or startup experience is a major plus). Master of Figma: Clean component-based design systems, auto-layout, interactive prototypes. You publish, not just hand off: Comfortable enough with Next.js, React, and Tailwind (with AI tools doing the heavy lifting) to take your own design live in production. You don’t need to be a senior engineer. You need to ship. Infrastructure doesn’t scare you: Hosting and deployments (e.g. Vercel), domains and DNS, analytics and tracking scripts, and headless CMS setup (Sanity, Contentful, Payload, or similar) are things you can figure out and own. Data-informed and AI-native: You design what works, not just what looks good. You read funnel data, session recordings, and test results, and you turn them into the next iteration. Thrives in a dynamic culture: Rapid A/B testing, quick iterations, shifting priorities based on performace data. You enjoy that. Portfolio driven: Live URLs beat static mocks. We want to see things you designed AND built. To Apply Send us your CV and a portfolio with live links: pages you designed and shipped yourself. Tell us briefly what you built, what you would improve, and which tools you used to get it live.
