Senior Partnership Manager

AIHR·Netherlands

Do you look at a partner program that works and immediately see what it could become at three times the size? Are you the kind of person who owns your number and a running book of business, while designing the channels that will carry the next phase of growth? Do you want a mandate that is yours: rethink how we work with resellers, open up consultancies, and universities, and work out where tech partnerships fit? And do you like variety, where coaching an affiliate to a better campaign one day, and presenting a new partner model to leadership the next is just part of the job? AIHR is looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to grow our partner book and build the partner programs that take us beyond affiliates. About AIHR Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the world’s market leader in online training for human resources (HR) professionals. We have a global customer base spanning 140+ countries, including companies such as Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. It is our goal to continuously upskill and empower 1,000,000 HR Professionals. We are an international team of 100+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. As such, we strive to provide the world’s best courses and excellent support to our customers while continuously optimizing every aspect of our work. With over 30 nationalities, our team is diverse, yet we all share a few traits: we're friendly, enthusiastic, and great team players. Being a fast-growing company, working at AIHR means taking on a lot of responsibility. For a senior hire, that means real ownership: the room to shape a commercial channel, direct access to leadership, and the potential to craft your own role as the program grows. Role and Responsibilities As Senior Partnership Manager, you come in with the ambition to triple the AIHR partnership program. Today that program is a global portfolio of 130+ affiliates driving primarily single-seat e-commerce sales, plus a reseller channel that brings in B2B business. Both work, and both have far more potential than we currently capture. Your job is to optimize what we have, evolve it into a set of structured partner programs, and work out which new channels deserve investment. This is a quota-carrying role with a build mandate. You manage a running book of business with our affiliates and stay their main point of contact. On top of that, you design and launch larger partner programs with resellers, HR consultancies, system integrators, and universities. We have a strong belief that these partners, HR implementation consultants in particular, are well placed to position our courses with their clients, and that this can become a major revenue stream for AIHR. Your work is built from three connected workstreams: Grow the affiliate channel: run the existing book, improve partner performance, and identify the opportunities that drive meaningful additional revenue. Build the extended partner programs: restructure the reseller program so it generates more predictable, repeatable B2B revenue, and extend it to consultancies, system integrators, and universities. Define the tech partnership go-to-market: research which models fit AIHR, propose the strategy, then test, validate, and build out what works. You’ll report to the Team Lead for Channel & Strategic Partnerships, work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to get your partners what they need, and act as the partnership network’s advocate across the wider commercial team. You will regularly present proposals and results to AIHR leadership. On a typical day On a typical Monday morning, you start with your pipeline. The affiliate book is quick to review: a few conversations need a nudge, two QBRs are coming up. The larger partnerships take more thought. Other companies in our industry have built significant revenue through resellers, consultancies, and universities, but these deals have a longer run-up than an affiliate sign-up, so you always keep several opportunities moving at the same time. Today that means a value-added reseller in the middle of a negotiation, a prospective university that wants to add AIHR’s courses to its 2027 academic year, and a consultancy that signed last month and now needs to get moving. After lunch you speak with the managing partner of a German niche consultancy that does a lot of HR implementation work. Her clients keep running into the same problem: the new system goes live, and the HR team lacks the skills to get the most out of it. You talk through how capability building could become part of her offering, with AIHR as the partner behind it. She is interested, and you agree to work out a proposal together. Next you work on an enablement session for consultants, covering what they need to know about our courses, how they bring AIHR into a client conversation, what a first joint win could look like, and you brief Marketing on the materials their consultants will need. The next morning is for outreach. You build a sourcing list of potential partners in a segment you want to open up, and you contact them yourself. AIHR has a very good name in the HR industry, and that usually helps open doors. Later that week you run a QBR with one of your strongest affiliates. You review their numbers together, agree on two concrete actions, and set a date to check back in. You share what is converting for other partners and push them on a campaign that has stalled. You also notice that a large part of their audience works in corporate HR teams, so you bring in a colleague from Sales to explore a B2B deal through the same relationship On Thursday you are back with the value-added reseller. They want to bundle our courses with their own services. It is a model we haven’t proven yet. There is no standard agreement to pull off the shelf, so you work with our Sales Engineer to design the deal while you negotiate it: what they sell, how they are rewarded, and what would tell you both it is working. You treat it as a pilot and agree on a first version you can learn from. Some of these experiments will not work out. The ones that do become the programs you build the channel on, and you will be the person who figured them out. You close out the week updating your forecast and walking your manager through where the book and the new programs stand. Friday afternoon wraps with a quick team catch-up and, if you're in the Rotterdam office, our regular Friday drinks. Your Target This is a quota-carrying role. Your number is built from the revenue of the book you run and of the new partner programs you launch. In your first year, that means a growing affiliate book on a QBR cadence, a restructured reseller program, the first signed partners among consultancies, system integrators, and universities, and a tech partnership go-to-market strategy that has been proposed and tested. We offer Competitive, benchmarked compensation, including a commission plan tied to your target A high degree of autonomy in a vibrant, result-driven, inclusive, and international team A beautiful office right across Rotterdam Central Station (Millenniumtoren), with a satellite office in Amsterdam 26 paid holidays per year Exchange any 2 public holiday days for 2 other days of your choice Work-from-anywhere policy: up to 20 days a year working abroad Pension plan Access to the OpenUp mental health platform Personal development budget, training, and we pay for the books you read All public transport expenses covered (NS Business Card) MacBook + all other equipment you need to do your work Daily lunch prepared by a chef, weekly drinks, and fun team activities Free access to the office gym Get a taste of AIHR experience and check out our AIHR Benefits Guide! Apply for the job Are you excited to become our Senior Partnership Manager? Then we'd love to hear from you! P.S. Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women tend to apply only when they meet 100% of them. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to consider you and see if you could be a great fit. Who you are 7+ years of experience in both partnership acquisition and partnership management, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or EdTech A track record of building or restructuring a partner program, not only running one: reseller, consultancy, system integrator, or tech partnerships Experience creating a go-to-market strategy for a new channel and taking it from proposal to first revenue Comfortable owning targets AI-first mindset to drive & improve operational efficiencies A natural relationship builder — people trust you and want to keep working with you, from affiliate owners to partner executives Highly organized and execution-oriented, able to run an active partner book and build new programs at the same time without dropping the ball Commercially sharp, comfortable negotiating larger agreements, setting targets with partners, and having direct conversations when performance needs to move Able to work with ambiguity and shape your own mandate where no playbook exists yet A strong, clear communicator in English, comfortable presenting proposals to senior leadership Available to work at least 3 days a week from our Rotterdam office Nice to have Experience with HubSpot Background in HR tech, EdTech, or SaaS industry An existing network among HR consultancies, system integrators, or HR tech companies

Operations Manager

Peddler·Netherlands

About Peddler Peddler is building one of the most sustainable and efficient last-mile delivery networks in the Netherlands. We deliver thousands of parcels every day across cities throughout the Netherlands, using smart planning, technology and electric cargo bikes. Leading retailers, marketplaces and e-commerce businesses rely on us to make urban delivery faster, more sustainable and more efficient. Our proposition is: bring sustainable logistics infrastructure closer to consumers. With a strategic investor on board and clear ambitions to expand nationwide, we’re entering an exciting new phase of growth, building on a strong operational foundation and scaling Peddler to the next level. As we grow, our focus is simple: continuously explore better ways to operate, improving planning, productivity, processes and cost efficiency while building an operation that can scale sustainably. If you enjoy turning operational complexity into simple, engineering scalable solutions, you’ll feel at home at Peddler. The Role As Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Head of Operations at the top of the operational pyramid, staying upstream of the entire operation and helping engineer how Peddler’s network runs day to day, while developing the tools and processes that make this planning increasingly accurate and scalable, translating expected parcel volumes into the people, capacity and transport required to deliver them efficiently. Great operations don’t happen by accident. They require clear processes, accurate forecasts and people who enjoy bringing structure to complexity. We are looking for someone who naturally asks: What volume is coming? Where will it arrive? What resources do we need? And how can we organise them more efficiently? A core part of your role will be using and developing state-of-the-art models to understand and forecast parcel injection by client and geography, translating expected volumes into the capacity, routing and resources required across riders, hubs, DSPs and mid-mile operations. You will compare forecasts with actual injection, scan and delivery volumes to identify bottlenecks, improve forecast accuracy and continuously optimise how we plan and run the network. Alongside the numbers, you will help turn operational learnings into repeatable processes and scalable workflows, creating the structure that allows our teams to execute consistently as the network grows. This role is for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on operational execution, someone who enjoys engineering the relationship between volume, capacity and resources and turning a complex operation into something structured, measurable and increasingly efficient. What you'll do Capacity, Forecasting, Innovation & Operational Execution Translate expected parcel volumes into the capacity and resources required across Peddler’s network. Forecast parcel injection by client, geography and service using operational data and AI-supported tools. Plan rider hours, hub and DSP capacity, mid-mile movements and other operational resources. Develop innovative models, tools and scenarios that improve forecasting, capacity planning and decision-making. Work with Tech and Operations to build scalable planning systems and reduce manual work. Monitor actual volumes and capacity against forecasts, adjust plans quickly and continuously improve planning assumptions. Ensure the right resources are available in the right place, at the right time and at the right cost. Operational Engineering & Scalability Build and continuously improve the models, processes and workflows that connect volume → capacity → resources → execution. Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints across hubs, rider operations, DSPs and mid-mile transport, and develop practical solutions. Improve how Peddler allocates resources across cities and geographies, balancing service quality, productivity and cost. Turn operational learnings into repeatable processes, assumptions and scalable operating standards as the network expands. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Tech, Finance and other teams to improve the data, tools and systems used to run the network. Explore how AI, automation and new analytical tools can improve forecasting, resource allocation and operational decision-making. Data & Performance Track the relationship between forecast volumes, actual volumes, capacity deployed and operational performance. Analyse key metrics including injection accuracy, scan volumes, delivery volumes, rider productivity, rider hours, hub CPO, DSP utilisation, unfinished deliveries and operational readiness. Investigate forecast errors and operational variances to understand what happened, why it happened and how the next plan should improve. Build clear performance views that allow operational teams to identify risks and make decisions before they affect service or cost. Use data not simply to report performance, but to continuously improve how Peddler engineers and operates its network. About you 3+ years of experience in logistics, engineering, operations, supply chain, capacity management or a similar data-driven environment. Strong analytical skills and experience translating demand into people, vehicles, infrastructure and cost. Experience with operational forecasting, capacity planning, resource allocation or logistics flows. Comfortable working with operational data and turning insights into clear decisions and actions. Structured and quantitative, with the ability to connect data and models to physical operations. Highly curious about AI, time-series forecasting, automation and modern analytical tools. Strong ownership, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset. Effective communicator who can work across operational, technical and commercial teams. Professional fluency in English; Dutch is a plus. Hands-on, analytical and highly structured, with a focus on building predictable, efficient and scalable operations. Available 40 hours per week and based in the Netherlands (onsite role). Why Join Peddler Peddler is entering an exciting new phase. With strong strategic backing and nationwide expansion ahead, this is an opportunity to join while there is still plenty to build, improve and shape. We are a driven, entrepreneurial team that values ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement. Good ideas can come from anywhere, and we expect people to speak up, challenge how things are done and turn ideas into practical improvements. For someone who enjoys building structure, improving efficiency and seeing the direct impact of their work, Peddler offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company while helping shape how our future network operates. And while we take our ambitions seriously, we also want to build a team that genuinely enjoys working and spending time together.

Impact Intern

Wakuli·Netherlands

Based in Amsterdam (hybrid), starting a.s.a.p. Wakuli. Impacting the world with exciting coffee. Together with us, you're building the future of coffee. One that’s seriously good for drinkers, farmers and the planet. We buy our coffee directly from farmer groups around the world, freshly roast everything ourselves and serve all coffee straight to customers. Either online or in one of our bars. Doing it this way allows us to always pay farmers well, invest in fully regenerative coffee production and serve great coffee to people here. In 2025 Wakuli presented our theory of change, describing what we do and how different pathways lead to the change we aim for in the coffee industry. This is Wakuli’s Blueprint for Industry Change. It covers three main areas: customers, farmers and the planet. It is in those areas that we measure our impact. Your role (full time 40h): You will support the sourcing and impact team to gather data and roll out impact related activities in these three areas with an emphasis on farmer and planet: Our regenerative model in practice Wakuli will roll out a brand new regenerative coffee model for measuring and improving farmer’s income as well as biodiversity and soil health through regenerative practices. You will support the impact manager to roll out the reg ag model and apply it to all our partnerships and specifically to our running regenerative activities. You will manage the collection of data from field work as well as more generic data from all our partnerships. Living income Wakuli aims to close the living income gap that coffee farmers still experience in a lot of places. The information about what amounts to a living income is not always clear or even available. Despite that, Wakuli aims to define a clear approach regarding living income reference prices for the coffee we source, working in several programs and tapping from an expert network of consultants and NGO’s with expertise. You will support with desk research, interviews and potential partnerships to get more grip on the theme of living income prices for green coffee paid to farmers. Origin risk assessments/due diligence policy We aim to revisit our “Responsible Business Conduct” risk assessment for all of our partnerships. You will support with setting up a template, doing desk research for each origin and interview our partners to verify and contextualise the assumptions from desk research. Wakuli Data Dashboard You will continue developing our data management system to collect, archive and present impact related data from our partnerships and sourcing activities. The dashboard represents what Wakuli contributes to the afore-mentioned Blueprint for Industry Change and will serve as a source of truth throughout Wakuli. It should be accessible and understandable for all colleagues. The dashboard is the place where our pricing and sourcing data, our customer data and the data from our regenerative fieldwork as well as our risk assessments come together. Besides these impact areas you will be part of a dynamic team where each day will bring surprises: last minute work, support within the impact team or in other areas of the organisation. This is what makes Wakuli an exciting place to work and requires flexibility and a “can-do” attitude from you. About you You are fluent in English You are good at designing (tech) solutions to information problems You are good at working with Excel and like to do analyses You understand what are the basics of regenerative agriculture You understand/have experience with international agricultural value chains You are a number cruncher You are flexible and open to do work based on what is needed at a given moment You have Masters-level thinking skills You are available for 6 months What we offer. The opportunity to make a difference in the world; An internship fee of 500 euro per month based on full time; Working from home flexibility (at least 50/50) and an inspiring workplace above the roastery A lot of responsibilities and a steep learning curve A chance to learn more about the coffee business and international supply chains Talented international and impact driven colleagues with a great team spirit So do you love coffee, and would you like to make a real impact?
