More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full.   About the team The Marketing team at Airwallex drives brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative and strategic campaigns. We work to communicate the value of our financial solutions, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones. By leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies, we ensure Airwallex stands out in a competitive market. Our team is passionate about telling the Airwallex story and supporting the company’s growth and success. What you’ll do Most strategy roles hand you a slide deck. This one hands you the keys. You'll get the kind of access most people wait a decade for: a direct line to the growth engine, work that spans every function, and the freedom to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end. And you won't do it the old way. We arm our people with AI to move faster than teams ten times our size, modeling, researching, and shipping at a pace that creates an unfair advantage. If you want to do the best work of your career on problems that actually matter, build with us. How you'll make impact Own the lifecycle growth strategy for Airwallex’s self-serve small-business customers, helping them move from onboarding and KYC through activation, first transaction and deeper product adoption. You’ll turn customer, product and behavioural data into practical growth opportunities, then design and run evergreen campaigns, experiments, automations and AI-enabled workflows that improve conversion, go-live activation and expansion across products without dedicated sales coverage. Lead Lifecycle Strategy: Design the end-to-end lifecycle engagement and build scalable lifecycle journeys for self-serve customers in EMEA and products without dedicated sales coverage. Own Digital Channels for Self-Serve: Lead the strategy and operational health for email, push, and in-app messaging. Ensure these high-impact channels are optimized to deliver personalized engagement and consistent growth across managed regions. Drive End-to-End Campaign Execution: Transform high-level lifecycle strategies into high-performing programs. Design and optimise evergreen campaigns, experiments and automations that improve conversion, go-live activation and expansion. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data and regional teams to turn customer, product and behavioural data into measurable growth opportunities Regional Funnel Accountability: Take full ownership of E2E growth metrics within your region. Leverage deep-dive quantitative analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for experimentation, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every touchpoint. Drive Regional Experimentation: Initiate and lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap within your region, testing innovative tactics to uncover local growth levers and scale successful pilots into global frameworks. User-Centric Communication: Champion a "customer-first" messaging philosophy, delivering personalized and compelling content that resonates with users and reduces friction throughout the lifecycle. Who you are We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle. Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment, with a strong customer-first and customer-centric mindset. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign, product and behavioural data, identify trends, prioritize campaign ideas and develop data-backed recommendations. Experience working with high volumes of data and communicating clearly through data and analytics. Hands-on experience designing and executing lifecycle or CRM programmes that drive customer conversion, activation, retention and product adoption. Experience running A/B tests and applying structured experimentation to improve performance. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners, especially across Sales, Marketing and Data Science. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of getting things done and delivering impact in fast-paced environments. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred qualifications Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech or product-led growth; high-scale B2C experience will also be considered. Experience with AI-enabled tools, agents, workflow automation or connecting multiple tools to improve execution. Experience with SQL or close collaboration with data teams. Hands-on experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing. Experience working across global markets and turning regional initiatives into scalable global programmes. You'll thrive here if You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken. You're comfortable with ambiguity. Give you a problem, not a prescription, and you'll run with it. You default to action. You'd rather course-correct in motion than wait for perfect clarity. You connect dots across functions and hold the big picture without losing grip on the details. You enjoy working closely with people across multiple countries and time zones as part of one connected, global team, including flexing your hours occasionally to make that connection work. Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. Together, our movement is working towards a more inclusive, equitable, and fair economic system. Our history B Lab began in 2006 with the idea that a different kind of economy was not only possible — it was necessary. Our founders Andrew Kassoy, Bart Houlahan, and Jay Coen Gilbert believed there was a better way to do business: better for workers, better for communities, and better for the planet. When our movement’s first 81 Founding B Corps signed the Declaration of Interdependence in 2007, they were not just proposing a better way of doing business. They were proposing a different definition altogether.  What we’ve achieved  B Lab became known for certifying B Corporations™, companies that meet verified standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. But we do much more than that. We help mobilize a global community of businesses committed to collective action on society’s most critical challenges. In 2010, B Lab was part of successfully drafting and passing benefit corporation in Maryland, the first U.S. state to do so. This created a legal framework that allows companies to keep their values of care and community, not just shareholder value, at the forefront. Today, benefit corporation legislation is active in 52 jurisdictions around the world.  Our future In 2024, leaders from across the network agreed to evolve into a more integrated organization that embodies interdependence. This next iteration of our global network will balance global coherence with local agency to achieve our vision of economic systems change. We are now building this future together.

Native Android Engineer

Attendi·Netherlands

Healthcare professionals have to spend too much time on administrative tasks when they should be spending that time delivering great care. Attendi allows healthcare professionals to report with their voice. This saves them precious time and removes the screen between client and caregiver, allowing more personal and effective care to be given. As our Android engineer, you will play a central role in building and scaling Attendi’s native Android app: a voice-powered notepad for healthcare professionals to capture and structure medical data at the point of care. Healthcare professionals prefer to stay close to their patients, not behind a laptop. As mobile usage in care settings grows, a native Android app becomes essential. That’s why we’re bringing Attendi’s voice-powered functionalities straight to their pocket. We envision this app as the healthcare sector’s voice-enabled notepad: a flexible, intuitive tool for capturing and structuring medical data quickly and accurately—whether caregivers are at the bedside, in the hallway, or between visits. A thoughtful mobile strategy, seamless UX, and high-performance native Android implementation will be key to realising this vision. Our mission Attendi has built a strong user base with its API-first speech-to-text solutions and client SDKs, which are used and loved by healthcare professionals through our integrations with electronic health record (EHR) vendors. Currently, our users primarily interact with our products from within existing EHR systems. But why stop there? We want to give healthcare professionals the ability to benefit from our functionalities whenever and wherever they like. Your Role As our Android engineer, you will: Develop and maintain Attendi’s native Android application. Develop and maintain Attendi’s open-source Android microphone SDK (attendi-android). Build high-quality voice recording, transcription, and medical documentation flows for real healthcare workflows. Collaborate with backend engineers, frontend engineers, UX designers, product, and other mobile engineers to ensure smooth development and a cohesive user experience. Take ownership of Android architecture, development quality, testing, CI/CD, Play Store releases, phased rollouts, crash reporting, monitoring, and user feedback. Help shape Android-specific UX decisions using Material Design and platform conventions. Contribute to our open-source efforts where applicable. You might be a good fit if you: Have at least 5 years of experience. Have strong experience developing native Android applications with Kotlin. Have production experience with Jetpack Compose. Understand Android lifecycle, permissions, foreground services, background execution limits, and platform-specific UX patterns. Have experience with Kotlin coroutines and reactive programming with Flow. Are able to take meaningful ownership of Android features end-to-end. Have a strong user and product-focused mindset, whether that user is an end user of the Attendi App or another developer using our SDKs. Have experience with and a well-formed opinion on testing strategies for Android applications, such as when to use unit tests, integration tests, UI tests, screenshot tests, or other testing strategies. Take pride in building robust, scalable, and maintainable software. Communicate clearly about trade-offs, risks, progress, and technical decisions. Strong candidates may also Have released at least one Android application to the Google Play Store. Have been involved in the full release lifecycle of an Android app. Have experience with MVVM and Clean Architecture. Have experience designing public APIs or SDKs, including semantic versioning and sample apps. Have experience with audio recording, speech-to-text, offline/network-resilient flows, or privacy-sensitive applications. Have worked in healthcare, regulated, security-sensitive, or high-reliability environments. Have experience with Gradle, modularization, CI quality gates, crash reporting, and monitoring. Have collaborated with iOS engineers or worked on cross-platform product consistency. This is a plus, not a requirement. What success looks like in three to six months You will have: Successfully implemented, merged, and released at least two or three medium to large sized features for Attendi’s native Android application. Implemented at least one feature mostly independently, from product input to release. Built a strong understanding of our Android app, Android SDK, voice recording flows, and product domain. Contributed to improving Android architecture, quality, observability, or release processes. Collaborated effectively with product, design, backend, frontend, and mobile stakeholders. Airwallex·Netherlands

About Airwallex Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. Who you are We are looking for an Associate Director, Payments/Scheme Economics to own the integrity, visibility and management of Airwallex’s payment costs, starting with card scheme fees and interchange fees across Visa and Mastercard. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will be the subject matter expert on scheme economics, translating complex and rapidly changing network rules into accurate system configurations, financial outcomes and business decisions. You will ensure we understand what every payment should cost, that those costs are accurately reflected across our systems and financials, and that we systematically identify opportunities to improve payment economics as we scale. Over time, the remit will expand across other card schemes, local payment methods and the broader payments cost base. What you’ll do Own scheme economics and rule interpretation: Maintain deep expertise across scheme fees, interchange and network rules. Interpret scheme bulletins, operating regulations and fee schedules, translating changes into clear financial, product and operational requirements. Ensure accurate payment cost configuration: Translate complex scheme rules into fee tables, eligibility criteria and transaction-level logic. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure cost calculation, allocation and customer billing accurately reflect current network rules across markets and payment flows. Protect payment cost integrity: Establish robust governance, testing and controls across scheme configurations. Reconcile expected costs against actual network charges, identify anomalies and leakage, and drive root-cause resolution. Build granular visibility into payment economics: Develop robust models and analytics across markets, products, payment methods and transaction types, creating a clear view of unit economics, margin drivers and cost movements. Drive structural cost and margin optimization: Identify, quantify and execute opportunities to improve economics through transaction qualification, BIN routing, cost configuration, and other levers. Partner with Product, Finance and Commercial teams to prioritize the highest-value opportunities. Shape pricing and commercial decisions: Translate underlying payment economics into recommendations for customer pricing, product design, new market launches and commercial strategy, ensuring growth is supported by sustainable unit economics. Build scalable infrastructure and automation: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to strengthen cost engines, fee allocation logic, dashboards and automated controls. Apply AI and advanced analytics to accelerate rule interpretation, detect anomalies and surface optimization opportunities. Own complex scheme economics issues: Serve as the escalation point for scheme pricing, interchange and rule-related questions, working directly with Visa, Mastercard and other payment partners where required. What you’ll bring 7+ years of relevant experience in payments, acquiring, issuing, card networks, payment infrastructure or related roles, ideally within a global PSP, acquirer, scheme, issuer or fintech. Deep knowledge of card payment economics, particularly Visa and Mastercard interchange, scheme fees, transaction qualification and network rules. Strong ability to operationalize complex payment rules, translating fee schedules and network requirements into system logic, configurations and controls. Experience with payment cost systems and controls, including interchange tables, scheme fee logic, BIN-based rules, transaction attributes or similar payment configurations. Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including experience working with transaction-level data, economic modeling and reconciliation of expected versus actual payment costs. Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to connect detailed payment mechanics to pricing, product decisions and margin optimization. Exceptional attention to detail and ownership, with the discipline required to manage complex rules where small errors can create meaningful financial impact at scale. Strong cross-functional execution, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Finance, Data, Operations and external payment partners. Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. Senior FPGA Engineer

Sentyron·Netherlands

Product Operations Lead (f/m/d)

Awin·Netherlands

Purpose of Position The Product Operations Lead owns the product and portfolio operating model: the frameworks, cadences and standards that connect strategy, product planning, prioritisation and portfolio governance. The role leads a team of Product Operations Managers and is accountable for the quality, consistency and transparency of how work flows into and out of Product & Technology.  What you'll be responsible for: Own the product and portfolio operating model. Set the direction for how Product & Technology plans, prioritises and reviews: strategy and planning cadences, prioritisation and portfolio governance, decision rights, portfolio-level dependency visibility, and the quality standards the model runs on.  Safeguard the quality of work entering delivery. Define what a ready opportunity looks like and hold that standard: the problem is well understood, the evidence supports the opportunity, success measures are defined, and dependencies and ownership are clear. T Lead and develop the team. Give the Product Operations Managers a clear remit and the space to own it. Coach them in the craft of their discipline, help them see the system they work inside, and build their careers deliberately.  Deliver improvements directly. This is a hands-on role. Alongside setting direction, design and land changes personally: intake routes, planning cadences that fit how teams work, tooling standards in the Atlassian suite, portfolio views that leadership trusts. Contribute to P&T Operations as a leadership team. Partner with the leads of Delivery Operations and Technical Program Management so the three systems reinforce each other, holding the boundaries between them and applying the principle that systems are improved before coordination is added. Make value visible. Ensure delivered outcomes are measured consistently, communicated clearly across the business, and fed back into the next planning cycle.   Your skills A background in product or technology operations within SaaS, including designing and running planning and portfolio models at organisational scale. A track record of building planning, governance or prioritisation systems that outlasted their own involvement in them. Confidence using data to describe the health of an operating system and to make the case for change. Systems thinking paired with the ability to work in the detail. Able to see where the operating model is straining before anyone raises it, and equally able to sit with one team, one broken handover or one badly shaped ticket and fix it. A strong sense of craft and quality. Not only designing how work flows, but raising the quality of what flows through it, and able to articulate what good looks like without turning it into a compliance exercise. Hands-on leadership. Gives direction, coaches people through their own decisions rather than making decisions for them, and still picks up the work when it needs picking up.  Pragmatism about method, and clear communication in writing and in a room, including making complex topics simple enough for stakeholders outside Product & Technology to act on.   Our Offer Flexi-Week: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance. Flexi-office: We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid/remote working scheme which is designed to foster a culture of mutual trust and working flexibility. Work Expense Contribution & Remote Working Furniture: You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace when working from home. Health and Wellbeing: With our support and access to various initiatives and sports offers, you can focus on your mental and physical wellbeing. Development: We’ve built our extensive training suite, Awin Academy, to cover a wide range of skills that support your professional and personal growth, with trainings conveniently packaged to help your overall development. Appreciation: Thank and reward colleagues by sending them a voucher through our peer-to-peer recognition programme. We are hiring in multiple countries for this role. Additional benefits, including health and wellbeing offerings, will be discussed during the initial interview.   Established in 2000, Awin is proud of our dynamic, social and inclusive culture.
