As a Social Video Creative & Editor, you'll be responsible for creating social-first content that combines platform relevance with premium execution. Your primary focus will be shooting and editing content, but you'll also play an active role in concept development and creative ideation. From product-focused storytelling and creator collaborations to behind-the-scenes content and social campaigns, you'll help shape how the brand shows up across social channels. Creative Fabrica·Netherlands

About Creative Fabrica Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production. Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours. Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch. About the role: This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days. Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and some of the most important conversations about AI happen inside communities: Reddit, Discord, forums and other places where people share tools, workflows, opinions and recommendations. We want Creative Fabrica to be genuinely present in these communities - not through corporate posts or spam, but by understanding each community, participating in conversations and creating things people actually find useful, interesting or worth discussing. As our Reddit & Community Operator, you will own Creative Fabrica's presence and growth across Reddit and other relevant online communities. You'll identify where our audiences spend their time, understand the culture and rules of each community, participate actively and develop creative ways to generate awareness, conversations and organic distribution around Creative Fabrica. This is not a traditional community management role where your main responsibility is moderating our own Discord. Your job is to go where the conversations already happen and make Creative Fabrica relevant there. You'll have significant freedom to experiment: constantly discovering new communities, testing approaches, learning what resonates and scaling the tactics that work. The goal is to make Creative Fabrica a name people repeatedly encounter, discuss and recommend across the AI community. What you will do:  Own our community presence - take charge of Creative Fabrica's presence and organic distribution across Reddit and other relevant online communities Map where our users hang out - identify the subreddits, Discord communities, forums and niche platforms where our potential users are already active, and build a deep understanding of each one's culture, rules, language and interests Join conversations genuinely - participate actively where Creative Fabrica or our products are genuinely relevant, contributing useful information, ideas and resources rather than promotion Create community-native content - craft original posts around what each specific community finds interesting: product use cases, comparisons, experiments, workflows and results people naturally want to discuss Run creative experiments - maintain a high experimentation velocity, continuously testing new communities, formats, concepts and initiatives that can generate organic conversation and awareness Build relationships that open doors - connect with moderators, community owners and power users, and spot opportunities for AMAs, partnerships, exclusive access, challenges and other community-driven initiatives Plug into launches - collaborate with Product Marketing and our creative team (designers, motion designers, video editor) to introduce new products to communities in a platform-native way Listen and report back - monitor conversations about Creative Fabrica, our competitors and the broader AI market, and surface recurring feedback, requests and competitive insights to the company Track and scale what works - measure reach, engagement, referral traffic and mentions, and document winning approaches so they can be repeated and scaled What you will need:  2+ years of internet-native experience - in community, Reddit, social media, audience development or another internet-native growth role Deep Reddit fluency - you understand subreddit dynamics, moderation, karma and community rules, and you know what makes content succeed or fail Broad community range - a strong understanding of Discord, forums and other online communities, plus internet culture and how online conversations develop Proven organic engagement - demonstrable experience creating content or participating in communities in ways that generate meaningful organic engagement Sharp, adaptable writing - excellent written English and conversational copywriting, with the ability to adapt tone and approach to very different communities Extremely online instincts with strong judgment - you naturally get internet culture, you're patient enough to build credibility, and you know the difference between clever distribution and spam A high-output, experimental mindset - proactive without a predefined content calendar, comfortable running many small experiments at once and reading analytics and referral data to see what's working Nice to have:  A Reddit growth track record - experience growing products or brands through Reddit, creating viral or highly discussed posts, or driving significant organic traffic from communities Community operator experience - you've run or moderated a subreddit, Discord server or other community, or have existing relationships with moderators in AI or technology Insight tooling - experience with social listening and community-monitoring tools, or turning community feedback into product and marketing insights Startup and AI exposure - experience with AI, SaaS or consumer products, familiarity with Hacker News, Product Hunt and emerging AI communities, or time in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment We would also like to offer you: Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you. 30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year. 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays. Travel Allowance, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card). Company pension plan. Company events and overseas trips! Is this you? Get in touch! We're building an in-house creative team that supports everything from product launches and educational content to social channels, campaigns and partnerships - and motion will be a major part of how we demonstrate our products, explain new capabilities and capture attention across these channels. As a Motion Designer, you will create motion assets across Creative Fabrica's AI products and marketing channels. You'll work closely with our Educational Content Producer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Product Marketing and channel owners to turn ideas, product capabilities and launches into compelling visual content. This is not a role where you will spend weeks perfecting a single brand film. We want someone who can produce excellent work quickly, experiment with different creative directions and build reusable systems that allow us to dramatically increase our creative output. You'll have significant creative freedom: sometimes you'll receive a clear brief; other times you'll be given a product, message or objective and expected to develop the creative approach yourself. About the role: This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days. Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and we want our visual identity and creative output to be as ambitious as the products themselves. We're building an in-house creative team that supports product launches, educational content, social channels, campaigns, partnerships and our overall brand - and a major part of that is producing a large volume of strong creative: quickly, consistently and across many different formats. As our Graphic Designer, you will be one of the key people shaping how Creative Fabrica AI looks across every marketing touchpoint. You'll work closely with our Motion Designers, Video Editor, Educational Content Producer, Product Marketing and channel owners to create visual assets for launches, campaigns, social content, partnerships and ongoing brand communication. Good written and spoken English Nice to have:  Advanced AI workflows - deep experience with generative AI image tools, or building repeatable and automated AI-assisted creative workflows Performance creative experience - creating high-performing organic social or paid advertising creative, or an understanding of creative testing and performance marketing Adjacent creative skills - motion design, basic video editing, or landing-page and web design High-output environments - experience in a startup, growth team, agency or similar, ideally designing for AI, SaaS, technology or consumer products We would also like to offer you: Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you. 30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year. 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays. Founding Account Executive - API & AI Platform

About the role: Creative Fabrica has built a successful consumer product used by over a million subscribers. We are now opening our technology to businesses through an API that allows brands and technology partners to integrate our AI capabilities directly into their own products and customer experiences. We are already seeing meaningful demand from brands and partners. Our next step is to turn that traction into a focused, repeatable B2B business. We are looking for our first dedicated commercial hire: a hands-on Account Executive who can win customers while helping us build the sales motion from the ground up. As our Founding Account Executive, you will own the commercial process for our API platform, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through technical evaluation, commercial negotiation and closing. This is not a role in which you inherit a finished playbook, a large SDR team or a perfectly organised CRM. You will work directly with the founder, technical lead and product team to determine which customers we should pursue, how we should position the API, and how we turn early market interest into recurring revenue. You will personally sell. At the same time, you will establish the foundations on which we can later build a larger sales organisation. What you will do: Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through discovery, technical evaluation, negotiation and closing. Convert existing inbound interest, partnerships and founder relationships into paying API customers. Build new pipeline within a clearly defined group of brands, platforms and technology partners. Sell to a combination of commercial and technical stakeholders, including product, innovation, digital, data, engineering and executive teams. Translate technical API and AI capabilities into clear business outcomes and commercial value. Coordinate API evaluations and proof-of-concept projects with our product and engineering teams. Help customers create a business case and successfully navigate procurement, security and legal reviews. Build and maintain a structured pipeline and accurate forecast in our CRM. Capture recurring objections, customer requirements and competitive information. Help refine our ideal customer profile, positioning, packaging and pricing. Document the initial sales playbook, including qualification criteria, messaging, sales stages and handover procedures. Represent the company at selected industry events and in conversations with strategic partners. What you will need: 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years closing SaaS, API, AI, martech, developer-tool or other technical platform deals. Experience with our exact market is valuable, but a combination of technical sales ability, commercial judgment and early-stage execution is more important. Early-stage builder mindset with proven experience creating sales structure, processes, and playbooks from scratch. Full-cycle execution capable of self-generating pipeline while effectively converting inbound and founder-sourced leads. Technical fluency and intellectual curiosity to effectively pitch complex API/AI products to both developers and business leaders. Proven track record of independently managing multi-stakeholder buying cycles and consistently hitting revenue targets. Strategic collaboration skills to work alongside founders and product teams, translating market feedback into product growth. Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch language skills are a strong bonus for our home market). Nice to have: An established network among brands, digital platforms, e-commerce businesses or technology partners. Familiarity with enterprise procurement, information-security assessments, data-processing agreements and technical proof-of-concept projects. What success looks like: During your first month, you will: Master the product, API architecture, and existing customer pipeline. Take total ownership of active customer discovery and deal follow-ups. Build the sales framework by setting up CRM stages, qualification benchmarks, and forecasting routines. Within three months, you will: Run the full cycle independently, closing your first cohort of API customers. Identify winning patterns across segments, use cases, and messaging. Document the first sales playbook while building a healthy revenue pipeline. Within six months, you will: Secure ~€500,000 in new pre-paid API revenue at full productivity. Establish a repeatable sales motion for your highest-priority target segments. Provide data-driven insights to shape future commercial hiring and scale the business. This role may not be right for you if: You are primarily looking to manage an existing sales team. You require an SDR organisation to create all your opportunities. You have only worked with fully established territories, playbooks and pricing. You prefer relationship management to active new-business development. You are uncomfortable working closely with product and engineering teams.   Is this you? Get in touch! We'd love to speak to you. You can apply by clicking the "Apply now" button. Creative Fabrica is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Video Editor

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and video will be one of the main ways we show people what those products can do. We're building an in-house creative team that supports educational content, product launches, social channels, campaigns and partnerships - and we expect to produce a significant amount of video across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other channels, with a production process that is fast, flexible and increasingly scalable. As our Video Editor, you will be responsible for turning raw footage, screen recordings, product demonstrations and creative concepts into engaging finished content. You'll work closely with our Educational Content Producer, Motion Designers, Graphic Designer, Product Marketing and channel owners, editing everything from educational YouTube videos and product demos to short-form social content, launch videos and campaign assets. Great editing here is not only about polish - it's about making people stop, watch and keep watching. This is a high-output role. We want someone who can move quickly, make strong editorial decisions independently and continuously improve the production workflow - comfortable producing multiple pieces of content each week and turning one strong source asset into many different pieces. AI should be a natural part of how you work: we expect you to actively explore AI-powered editing, generation and production tools that help us create better content, experiment faster and significantly increase our output. What you will do:  Edit across every channel - produce video for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, product launches, educational content, campaigns and partnerships Turn raw material into finished content - transform footage, screen recordings, voiceovers and product demonstrations into engaging, polished videos Master both long-form and short-form - understand the different pacing, structure and storytelling each requires, and adapt content for different platforms, formats, audiences and aspect ratios Hook and hold attention - create strong openings that quickly communicate why someone should keep watching, and use pacing, cuts, sound, music, captions and graphics to maintain attention throughout Produce a high volume of quality video - ship multiple pieces of content each week while maintaining strong editorial and visual standards, and repurpose long-form content into short-form clips and channel-specific assets Test and iterate - create multiple versions of content to test different hooks, openings, lengths and editing approaches, using watch time and retention data to understand where viewers lose interest Collaborate across the creative team - turn scripts and recordings into compelling educational videos with the Educational Content Producer, incorporate motion graphics and product visuals from our designers, and support Product Marketing on launches Push AI-powered production - use generative AI and AI-powered editing tools to improve production speed and explore new creative possibilities Build a scalable workflow - create templates, presets and repeatable production processes that increase output without sacrificing quality, staying current with video formats, creator trends and AI video What you will need:  2+ years of editing experience - in video editing, content production or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital video content Strong software proficiency - Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent professional editing software, plus a solid grasp of sound design, music, captions and basic visual effects Retention-first editorial instincts - a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and audience attention; you're obsessed with retention, not just making videos look beautiful Range across formats - experience editing both short-form and long-form content, comfortable with screen recordings, product demonstrations, talking-head footage and voiceovers, and familiar with platform-specific requirements for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other channels Independent decision-making - able to take raw material and determine how to turn it into an engaging finished video, without detailed editing instructions for every cut High production velocity - comfortable creating multiple edits and variations quickly, shipping frequently while maintaining a strong quality bar, and managing multiple videos at different stages of production AI curiosity - familiarity with AI-powered video and editing tools and genuine excitement about incorporating them into your workflow. Good written and spoken English Nice to have:  Proven performance content - experience editing high-performing YouTube or short-form social content, or working with creators and creator-led brands Advanced AI workflows - deep experience with AI video generation and AI-assisted editing Adjacent craft skills - motion design (particularly After Effects), colour grading, or advanced sound design Data-driven editing - using audience-retention analytics to improve edits, understanding how thumbnails and titles interact with the video, or building scalable editing templates and repurposing workflows We would also like to offer you: Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you. 30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year. 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays. Travel Allowance, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card). Company pension plan. Company events and overseas trips! Is this you? Get in touch!
