Proven ability to independently lead large, complex and multidisciplinary pitches from qualification through to close. Senior Creative Strategist

DEPT®·Amsterdam, hybrid

DEPT® is the Growth Invention Company, sitting at the intersection of marketing and technology. The Senior Creative Strategist role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Amsterdam. Our building is filled with a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, and a range of Strategists, to Account Managers, AI Experts, and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling, forward-facing creativity, and cutting-edge technology to create impactful creative work that drives growth for our clients like Netflix, Canva, Stokke, Foot Locker, Philips & Praxis. JOB PURPOSE Senior Creative Strategist at DEPT® are at the heart of the action, operating at the intersection of creativity, culture, humanity, business, and technology - helping create work that moves people and drives growth. We don’t have a proprietary framework or process. We don’t like to follow best practices because they’re based on the past. In a world of constant flux and endless opportunity, we believe strategy is crucial to imagine the path forward. WHAT YOU'LL DO Define the real challenge: Truly understand the client’s business and its cultural context to unpack the real problem.  Craft the springboard: Consistently develop strategies, briefs, and thought-starters that excite, inspire and give clear direction. Growth invention: You will be a key player in winning new clients and proactively uncovering organic growth opportunities for existing ones. Think beyond boundaries: We don’t do one-dimensional strategy. You are a hybrid thinker who defies traditional labels - just as comfortable building a high-level brand narrative as you are mapping out a reactive social campaign or a tech-driven activation. Elevate the floor: Everyone has something to teach. And as a senior, you won't just do the work; you will help others improve - within and beyond the team. That’s the core of it. Beyond that, we expect you to care about the work, the craft and humans, be comfortable in front of crowds and workshops, and be utterly yourself at all times. WHAT YOU'LL BRING That’s one list. Sorry, here’s another. It’s about some traits we like: Strategic voice: A senior strategist at DEPT® should have a sense of their strategic voice, their vision, and their POV on strategy. It’s what makes you unique, and your work special.  Creative vision: A strategy isn’t brilliant until it leads to brilliant work. You thrive in inspiring, supporting, protecting, and nurturing creativity from before the briefing until after delivery. Entrepreneurial spirit: You don't wait for briefs to fall into your lap; you seek out new opportunities and can’t wait to make things happen. Embrace complexity: The world is increasingly complex and fragmented. Your superpower is processing, distilling, and demystifying that chaos into simple, actionable, and undeniable insights. Love research: You can set up, run, present, judge, and apply different types of research. You love playing the investigative journalist. You get under the skin of the audience, immerse yourself in the business and throw yourself into an industry - all for the betterment of the work.  Commanding communication: Amazing ideas die in the dark without great communication. You know how to command a room, tell a story, disagree respectfully, debate fiercely and sell a vision with absolute clarity. Finger on the pulse: You know what’s going on in culture, in tech, on social and some other weird corners of the internet, and are able to turn that knowledge into action (or just great water cooler conversation). Driving effectiveness: The work doesn’t just need to be made, it needs to work, and strategy is responsible for ensuring it does. We need an effectiveness mindset, from start to finish - not just as an award-entry afterthought.  Team Player: There’s a perception that the best strategists are mysterious lone-wolves who pontificate from ivory towers. That’s not the reality, at least not at DEPT®. Here getting to the best possible work is a team sport. Everyone has their roles and responsibilities, but we are all in it together. Both internally and with clients.  Fluent in Dutch and English  WE OFFER A flexible, hybrid working policy (2-3 days from the office, depending on location) and the opportunity to work from abroad for 13 weeks a year.  24 vacation days per year and the possibility to buy an unlimited number of extra vacation days. Educational Content Producer

Creative Fabrica·Netherlands

About Creative Fabrica Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production. Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours. Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch. About the role: This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days. Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products that help people create faster and explore what is possible with generative AI. As the product grows, we want educational content to become one of the main ways people discover our tools, understand what they can do, and learn how to get the most out of them - and we're building this function from the ground up. As our Educational Content Producer, you will own the creation of educational content around Creative Fabrica's AI products. This is a hands-on role: you won't simply receive briefs and execute them. You'll use the product yourself, find interesting workflows and use cases, develop content ideas, and turn them into educational content that people actually want to watch - product tutorials, workflows, demonstrations, launch content and recurring educational formats, created in close collaboration with our product, product marketing and creative teams. We're not looking to build a traditional tutorial library. The goal is content that is genuinely useful while also being compelling enough to earn attention and distribution. You'll have significant freedom to experiment with topics, formats, hooks and creative approaches - and we expect you to develop a strong understanding of what our audience cares about, learn from performance data, and continuously improve what we produce. What you will do:  Own content end to end - take educational content from initial idea through scripting, recording, production and publication Become an expert user - master our AI products and continuously discover interesting workflows, use cases and creative possibilities worth sharing Turn features into stories - translate new features and technical capabilities into tutorials, walkthroughs, demonstrations and use-case videos that are simple, practical and engaging Write scripts that hold attention - develop strong hooks, structures and narratives that keep educational content engaging from first second to last Record and present - create screen recordings, product demonstrations and voiceovers, and present content on camera where appropriate Support every launch - work with Product Marketing to determine what educational content should support each new product and feature launch Think multi-channel - develop content concepts that work across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, email, landing pages and other distribution channels Build formats that scale - work closely with our Video Editor, Motion Designers and Graphic Designer, and create repeatable formats and production workflows that significantly increase our content volume Learn from the data - test topics, hooks, formats and lengths, identify what performs, and systematically create follow-ups and variations around winners Stay ahead of AI - track developments in generative AI and spot new trends, workflows and topics our audience should know about What you will need:  2-3 years of content production experience - in educational content, social content, product content or a similar role Scripting and storytelling skills - a strong grasp of hooks, pacing, retention and what makes digital video engaging, with excellent written and spoken English Production capability - comfortable creating screen recordings, product demonstrations and voiceovers yourself Idea-to-publish ownership - experience taking content from concept through production, not just executing predefined briefs, and judging what will genuinely interest an audience Data-informed instincts - comfortable using content analytics to evaluate performance and improve future work High velocity, low ego - you produce fast, prioritise shipping over endless polishing, experiment freely, and stay receptive to feedback and performance data Genuine AI curiosity - a strong interest in AI products and the ability to quickly learn new technology Nice to have:  AI or tech content experience - you've created content about AI, SaaS, software or creative technology, or have hands-on experience with generative AI tools Channel growth - you've grown a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or other content channel, or created successful tutorial content Editing chops - basic video editing or motion-design skills, with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or Figma On-camera presence - you're strong and natural in front of the camera We would also like to offer you: Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you. 30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year. 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays. Travel Allowance, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card). Company pension plan. Company events and overseas trips! Is this you? Get in touch! We'd love to speak to you. You can apply by clicking the "Apply now" button. Creative Fabrica is an equal opportunity employer.
