Systems Support Engineer

Travix·Amsterdam

We're looking for a customer-oriented, detail-driven Systems Support Engineer to join our IT team in Amsterdam, someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is just as comfortable writing up a clear report as fixing the issue itself. You'll be the first point of contact for anyone who needs technical issues resolved, covering a wide range of problems across different software and infrastructure. Strong documentation skills matter just as much as technical ones. You can turn data into clear reports, not just someone who's good with hardware. You'll have real room to bring ideas forward and run with them yourself once approved. This is an on-site role, working closely with colleagues and equipment daily, with strong team spirit and plenty of room to learn and grow. We welcome applicants who are already eligible to work in the Netherlands, including those with existing work authorization. Please note, we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship or relocation support. Key responsibilities: Technical Support & Troubleshooting As the first point of contact in Amsterdam, you'll prioritize, investigate, and troubleshoot 1st & 2nd line cases during Amsterdam office hours, with the Bangalore team covering their part of the day and supporting where they can. At times, especially when Bangalore is short-staffed, you'll be comfortable covering all incoming requests yourself. Customer & Client Service Quality You'll make sure every interaction, whether in person, by chat, or by ticket, meets a high standard of service. Staying responsive, clear, and solution-focused, even under pressure, is part of the job. System Maintenance & Upgrades You'll manage IT equipment (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and software according to company policy, organize maintenance automation for workstations and office equipment, and help maintain system standards. You'll also work with external suppliers to keep service delivery cost-effective, and ensure meeting room technology (Zoom Rooms, Google Meet) is reliable and fully operational. Project Ownership Got an idea to improve something? Bring it forward. You'll put together a simple timeline, sketch the architecture, and document it for approval, thinking through the security side and the cost benefit case: ideas that cut costs or boost productivity get priority. If it holds up and gets the green light, you'll carry it out yourself, and if you need extra hands, your team lead will help line up support. Infrastructure & Network Security Support You'll work with VPN, IPsec, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/s, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Group Policies, with a basic understanding of SCCM, virtualization, IT security policies, and general IT security practices. Revenue Operations Manager

DataSnipper·Netherlands

About the role We're hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist/Manager to run and own the business layer of RevOps alongside Sales, CS, and Marketing. As a partner to the GTM leaders and teams, you'll own their operating rhythm day to day and translate their requirements into precise, build-ready requests. About DataSnipper 🚀 Audit and finance are still massively manual and we are changing that. DataSnipper is a $1B, bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms. Now, we are taking things further with our Excel Agent, bringing AI directly into where the work actually happens. Unlike generic AI tools, we do not sit on the sidelines. Our AI operates inside Excel, with access to real documents and audit evidence, meaning it does not just generate answers, it does the work, with full traceability. We are not just applying AI, we are redefining how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place. What You Will Do Define and run the operating rhythm Run point in pipeline reviews, weekly syncs, and QBR prep across Sales, CS, and Marketing. Own the full QBR end to end - narrative, data pull, slides, pre-read, agenda, and follow-up actions. Pull and interpret the numbers before every pipeline review or weekly sync - not just the data, but the story behind it. Translate field needs into build-ready briefs Convert business and system needs from any of the three functions into precise, build-ready briefs that GTM Engineering can execute against immediately, helping achieve your goals alongside the GTM leaders. Own process and drive improvement Own the operating model for the functions you support - how deals move through stages, handoff criteria, what "at-risk" means, what a qualified opportunity looks like. Spot what's breaking - a misfiring routing rule, a renewal that fell through a process gap - and drive the fix, whether that's a system request, a process change, or a direct conversation. Shape planning and quota-setting Bring Sales, CS, and Marketing context into annual planning and quota-setting, stress-testing whether targets are realistic against what you see on the ground. What You Bring 2-3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with a hunger to innovate, learn, and self-start in a fast-paced environment. Technical comfort. You're comfortable working in HubSpot or an equivalent CRM day to day, and understand the basics of Customer Revenue Systems. Sharp communication. You can translate ambiguous asks into precise, actionable briefs in a room full of stakeholders. An ownership habit. Detail-oriented and organised, you own a QBR end to end rather than handing off pieces of it. Cross-functional range. You're comfortable supporting Sales, CS, and Marketing at once, switching between their different rhythms and priorities day to day, and are eager to bridge context between these teams. AI-forward. You use AI tools to speed up data pulls, QBR prep, and briefs, and you're always looking for the next manual step to automate. What you'll work with: CRM and prospecting: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dealhub Contracts and commissions: Juro, DocuSign, Qobra Data and AI: Snowflake, Claude Haven't used all of these? That's fine. Strong CRM basics matter most, and we'll help you learn the rest. Nice to have: A HubSpot certification (or similar), or experience building AI assisted RevOps workflows. What We Offer Be part of one of the fastest-growing, profitable unicorn scale-ups in the Netherlands with a global impact. Equity (Stock Appreciation Rights) to share in the company’s success and growth. Pension plan with a 6% contribution on top of your base salary. 28 vacation days per year (full-time) to support your work-life balance. Hybrid work model with at least 3 days onsite in our dynamic Amsterdam office. Daily, freshly prepared lunches by our in-house chef to keep you energised. NS business card for easy commuting to the office. A structured onboarding programme designed to set you up for success, including dedicated time to learn our product and customers before you hit the ground running. Access to continuous learning and development initiatives to grow your skills. Engage with a vibrant international team spread across seven global offices. Company-wide events like DataSnipper GO, where global teams come together. Access to OpenUp, a mental health and wellness platform supporting your wellbeing.   Recruitment Process Recruiter Screen (30 minutes, online) Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes, online) Assessment Interview (1 hour, on-site) Final Interview (30 minutes, online)   At DataSnipper, we believe great ideas come from different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. We are committed to building an inclusive workplace and providing every candidate with a fair and equitable hiring experience. Our hiring decisions are merit based and grounded in the skills, experience, potential, and capabilities relevant to the role. We welcome applicants regardless of age, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic that makes you, you. We are expanding our institutional footprint in the Netherlands. We aren’t looking for a standard software sales rep; we are looking for a New Business Account Executive who understands the fabric of the Dutch financial ecosystem. You will be employee number one on the ground, tasked with unlocking high-value segments: PE/VC funds, holding companies, family offices, and corporate service providers. If you have the network to navigate corporate Netherlands, understand structured finance/treasury needs, and want the autonomy to build a market from scratch, this role is for you. Your Mission Originate Institutional Pipeline: Identify and engage decision-makers across Netherlands' unique B2B landscape, focusing on PE/VC funds, corporate holding structures, asset managers, and corporates. Leverage Channel Partnerships: Build strategic relationships with local multipliers—accountants, tax advisors, law firms—who manage hundreds of entities requiring modern treasury setups. Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Run the end-to-end commercial cycle for high-value accounts, from sophisticated discovery and structured treasury pitches to compliance onboarding and closing. Position Vivid as a Yield Partner: Educate fund managers and corporate treasurers on how to leverage Vivid’s Treasury and MMF solutions to optimize returns on their cash reserves and dry powder. An established network: You have an existing book of contacts or a proven ability to network into CFOs, Fund Operations leads, Managing Directors, and Domiciliation Agents. Technical fluency: You can speak confidently about FX, money market funds, yield generation, and compliance/KYB processes for complex corporate structures. Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in an "AI-first," high-autonomy environment where the playbook is yours to write. Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Dutch is required.  Why Join Vivid? Hybrid or remote way of working. You can work from our Barcelona office or fully remote from other locations.  Direct influence on go-to-market strategy and revenue growth.  Significant ownership from day one and strong growth opportunities.  AI-first culture – we use it every day, not just talk about it. Learning & development budget to support your professional growth.  Fully paid vacation and sick leave.  Sports compensation.  Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one.  Compensation range Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria. About Vivid At Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe. For businesses, we build tools that actually make a difference: multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations that save real time — all in one place. And for individuals, we offer a simple way to manage and grow your wealth: access to global stocks, ETFs and 150+ cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights. Our mission? Your success. Everyone deserves the chance to see their finances flourish, and we're dedicated to empowering our customers to make this a reality. Founded in 2019 in Berlin by Alexander Emeshev and Artem Iamanov, Vivid has quickly grown into one of Germany's top financial platforms for SMEs and private accounts. Since then, we've expanded rapidly across Europe, earning the trust of over 500,000 customers — and with over €200 million raised and a valuation of €775 million, we're just getting started. We're building Vivid as an AI-native organization — across every function, from product to compliance to operations. Automation handles a growing share of day-to-day execution. For us, this means our teams can focus on architecture, strategy, and high-impact decision-making. This changes how we work: less manual execution, more ownership in building systems that scale. We want to help define what AI-native looks like in a regulated financial environment — and we're looking for people who want to build that future with us.

Senior Manager - Revenue Operations

DataSnipper·Netherlands

About the role We are looking for a Senior Manager to build out and own the business layer of a next generation RevOps that the entire DataSnipper GTM organisation runs on. In this critical role, you'll be the single accountable owner of what our numbers mean (ICP, rules of engagement, what counts as a qualified opportunity), how territory and quota get assigned, and how Marketing, Sales, CS and BD all read from one shared forecast - you will be the mirror to the organisation's truth. This is a builder's seat at the centre of DataSnipper's GTM teams and motion. You'll lead an embedded team of RevOps Specialists working daily alongside Sales, CS and Marketing, and set the definitions that GTM Engineering builds and automates against. The sharper and more strategic your thinking, the faster the whole GTM engine scales. What You Will Do Own the business definitions Define and own the ICP, lead routing policy, handoff criteria, and what counts as a qualified opportunity - the rules GTM Engineering implements in the CRM. Be the final word when Marketing, Sales, CS, or BD read the funnel differently. Own territories & quota Own territory and account ownership assignment. Run bottom-up quota setting and capacity planning, translating Finance's top-down targets into rep-level coverage. Run analytics, reporting & forecasting Own all GTM reporting and analytics in HubSpot - the single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting, attribution, and KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) - and push it toward AI-assisted, increasingly self-serve dashboards. Run new business, expansion, and renewal forecasting, including deal-weighting and roll-up methodology, using AI-driven forecasting models where they sharpen accuracy. Run the RBR (Revenue Business Review) and weekly GTM reporting rhythm. Lead the RevOps team Manage a team of RevOps Specialists who work alongside Sales, CS, and Marketing. Own QBRs, weekly packs, planning inputs, and process documentation delivered through the team. Partner across the business Translate business rules and field needs into precise briefs for GTM Engineering through a request → brief → build → feedback model, shaping how AI agents and automation get deployed across the funnel. Partner with Finance on annual planning, revenue recognition, and commissions. What You Bring 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment, including experience managing or mentoring a team. An ownership instinct. When a metric means two different things to two different teams, you're the one who resolves it - and makes sure it stays resolved. Forecasting rigor. You can build and own a forecasting methodology end to end, and defend it confidently in front of leadership. People leadership. You've managed a small, cross-functionally embedded team and held it to a consistent operating rhythm. Cross-functional fluency. You move comfortably between Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and a technical build function like GTM Engineering. AI-forward. You use AI tools to speed up reporting, forecasting, and QBR prep, and you're always looking for the next manual step to automate. Technical comfort. You're proficient administering and reporting in HubSpot or an equivalent CRM. What you'll work with: CRM and prospecting: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dealhub Contracts and commissions: Juro, DocuSign, Qobra Data and AI: Snowflake, Claude Nice to have: HubSpot Admin certification, experience scaling an embedded ops team from a handful of people into a full function, or experience building AI-assisted RevOps workflows. What matters to us is what you can bring to the role, the team, and DataSnipper.
