Strategic Partnerships Lead

DataSnipper·Netherlands

About DataSnipper Audit is the bedrock of the global economy. DataSnipper builds the AI that auditors and finance teams rely on to do that work with confidence: agents designed around how audits are actually performed, a platform firms trust with their most sensitive client evidence, and a team built around former auditors who know the work firsthand. We want to define how the profession works in the age of AI. More than 600,000 professionals across 175 countries use DataSnipper, including all Big Four firms, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies. In 2025 alone, we delivered over $1.4 billion in productivity savings for our customers. Backed by Index Ventures and Insight Partners, we are one of the fastest-growing companies in AI for audit, and the fastest-growing tech company in the Netherlands two years running. Everything we build starts from one principle: AI in audit has to be something professionals can trust, verify, and defend. Joining now means helping lead the profession's shift from manual testing to agentic execution. The Role Partnerships are one of DataSnipper's most important growth levers. Across every major market, the consulting firms, technology platforms, and professional networks that organizations rely on shape which technologies their teams and clients adopt. As AI changes how audit work gets done, those partners are deciding who to build with. As Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will lead, build, and launch DataSnipper's partnerships across Europe and the wider EMEA region, spanning our consulting alliances, key technology partners, and strategic relationships across the audit ecosystem and beyond. Our European ecosystem already includes relationships with leading consulting firms and regional networks. Your job is to scale it, and to build what comes next: new partner programs, new markets, and new commercial models. This is an entrepreneurial, quota-carrying role with a broad remit and room to build. You will report to the Global Partnerships Leader and work closely with our EMEA Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams. What You Will Work On Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners across Europe, including consulting firms, technology platforms, and regional networks, and act as their senior counterpart at DataSnipper. Scale existing partnerships into multi-country programs, and launch new ones market by market, adapting to local regulatory, commercial, and cultural nuances. Source, assess, and close new partnerships, from referral and co-sell arrangements to resell models, prioritized against DataSnipper's growth goals. Work with consulting partners to help them advise their clients on bringing AI into audit and finance, with DataSnipper at the center of that work. Build joint go-to-market plans with each partner, covering account mapping, co-selling, events, and executive engagement, that turn relationships into pipeline and closed revenue. Deepen key technology partnerships across the region to unlock co-sell, marketplace, and joint solution opportunities. Create the enablement, playbooks, and co-marketing assets partners need to position and deliver DataSnipper with confidence. Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets, and report on performance with clear, honest data. Bring partner feedback from across Europe back into DataSnipper, so what you hear in the field shapes product, packaging, and pricing. Be a visible face of DataSnipper across the region, at partner summits, field events, and industry forums. Willingness to embrace global business and travel. What You Bring 5 to 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or financial technology. A proven track record of independently managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships from identification through to revenue impact. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate partnership structures, co-sell agreements, and commercial terms with senior counterparts. Experience building joint go-to-market programs and driving pipeline through partner channels across more than one European market. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the credibility to work as a peer with firm leadership, from alliance leads to managing directors and partners. Existing relationships with consulting firm leadership in Europe are a strong advantage. How You Work Entrepreneurial. When you spot a gap, you build what fills it, playbook or not. High standards. You hold yourself, and the partners you work with, to a high bar. Close to the work. You dig into how audit gets done, how firms make decisions, and where AI changes the economics. Accountable. You measure yourself by results, and you own them when they fall short. Fast and rigorous. You move quickly without cutting corners, because in audit the details matter. Generous with your team. You share what you learn, give credit freely, and make the people and partners around you better. Why This Role, Why Now Momentum: Used across the world's leading audit institutions, including all Big Four firms. A $100M Series B led by Index Ventures at a $1B valuation, building on earlier investment from Insight Partners. Ranked #1 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2023 and 2024, named to the Forbes Fintech 50 for 2026, and one of the fastest-growing companies in AI for audit. Extraordinary team: Former Big Four auditors and audit leaders, AI engineers and researchers, and operators who have scaled category-defining software companies. Headquartered in Amsterdam, with teams across New York, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. You will be surrounded by people who are exceptional at what they do and generous with what they know. Scope: You will shape how one of DataSnipper's most important growth channels scales, with direct visibility to leadership. GTM Engineer

Learned·Netherlands

Plezier vinden we net zo belangrijk.

CRO Analyst

Travix·Amsterdam

Job Purpose Every day, travellers search for flights on one of our 20 platforms (Cheaptickets, BudgetAir, etc) in over 17 countries. Have you ever wanted your analysis to be the reason what they see changes? In this role, it will be. As our CRO Analyst, you'll own our experimentation program end to end: shaping hypotheses, running the tests and delivering the verdict. You'll cover everything from the big bets on our roadmap to the fast, high-frequency tests that keep us learning every week. You'll be the one who turns "we think this will work" into "here's what the data says, and here's what we do next." And your answer gets shipped. This role is built on two things at once: growing our eCVR and margin, and protecting that growth through rigorous guardrails and risk mitigation, so every win is a real, durable one. Core tasks and responsibilities Build a pragmatic optimization process together with PMs and UX designers; from idea to hypothesis, design, execution, analysis, and the recommendation that follows. Grow eCVR, attach rate, and margin by finding and prioritizing the ideas most likely to move them Raise our win-rate by connecting quantitative and qualitative data into a sharper picture of what to test next Help us automating the analysis workflow, freeing the team from manual, multi-tool reporting so insights ship faster and every test compounds increasing our velocity. Make every win durable by setting the metric definitions, guardrails, and decision rules the rest of the organization builds on Turn one-off wins into a repeatable capability by building and maintaining shared experimentation infrastructure for Product and eCommerce Multiply your own impact by coaching the wider organization toward data literacy and an experimentation mindset What you bring to the table 5+ years of relevant experience in CRO, experimentation and analytics Experience scaling a CRO program: you've taken experimentation from a handful of tests to a steady, high-volume stream of them, without losing quality Strong hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics tools (GA4, BigQuery, Optimizely or similar) A track record of rigorous experiment design: randomization, sample size and statistical significance, plus the judgment to know when a result is ready to act on A drive to optimize the experimentation workflow and bring in new tools: you spot bottlenecks from idea to result, automate repetitive analysis, and evaluate and roll out tools that help the team test faster and smarter  You know how to run multiple tests at the same time: managing traffic, avoiding interaction effects between tests, and keeping every result trustworthy The instinct to go beyond "what happened" to "why it happened" and "what we should do about it" Comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build process and standards where none exist yet Experience managing stakeholders across a complex organization: you align product, design, engineering and business teams around priorities, and you're comfortable challenging a "winning" idea when the data says otherwise Strong written and verbal communication: you can turn a statistical result into a recommendation a Product Owner can act on Nice to have  SQL experience What you can expect from us 🕒 Enjoy the flexibility and life balance of hybrid work where each team aligns on their minimum number of days in office to foster collaboration and meet the team's needs. 🏖️ Possibility to work up to 90 days from abroad (depending on your job function) ✈️ 31,5 days of paid leave, so plenty of time to enjoy your travels! 👥 Flat hierarchy where your voice can be heard, welcomed and appreciated at all levels in the organization - where people can thrive, be creative and ultimately build their own legacy within the company. 🌍 A diverse and multicultural working environment. We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain. At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole. Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business. We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you. If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role. What You’ll Do Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe. Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for: Multi-account cash flow management Banking transactions and payments Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control AI-powered accounting automation Build polished, responsive UIs using Jetpack Compose. Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable. Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs. Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team. Who You Are You're pragmatic and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. You communicate clearly across disciplines and thrive in a cross-functional environment where everyone is solving the same customer problem together. Your experience includes: Strong knowledge of Kotlin (Java knowledge is a plus) and 5+ years of commercial Android development. Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture. Solid experience with presentation layer patterns — MVI, MVVM, and MVP — and the ability to choose the right one for the context. Hands-on experience with our core stack: Reactive programming & async: RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines / Flow Dependency injection: Dagger 2, Hilt, or Koin Networking: Retrofit Navigation: Cicerone, Jetpack Navigation Component Modern UI: Jetpack Compose Practical experience with Firebase (FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics). Experience with Feature-module architecture in production. Confidence with Git / GitLab, including setting up and maintaining GitLab CI/CD. A builder's mentality — you care about the product, the users, and the outcomes, not just the code. Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to Have Background in fintech or experience with financial products — you understand the stakes. Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain). Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing overdraw, improving recomposition efficiency in Jetpack Compose, and hitting smooth 60/120fps rendering. Hands-on work with performance tooling: Android Profiler, Perfetto, Baseline Profiles, or similar. Published apps on Google Play you're proud of. An active GitHub profile with code you're happy to share. Hands-on experience with AI agents and LLM tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) — setting up agent environments, writing prompts, skills, and behavioral rules. Experience with AI-powered IDE tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) — including agent mode, rules files configuration, and integrating AI into the daily development workflow. Understanding of model capabilities and limitations — knowing which model fits which task and how to manage the context window effectively. Ability to evaluate and verify AI-generated output — using automated tests, linters, and critical review to catch hallucinations and errors. Awareness of AI security risks — prompt injection, data leakage, and safe handling of untrusted inputs in agentic workflows. PhD Autonomous & Decentralized Air Traffic Management (m/v/x)

Koninklijk Nederlands Lucht- en Ruimtevaartcentrum·Netherlands

Background Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) systems form the operational foundation of civil aviation. Current operations depend heavily on centralized ground facilities and satellite services for surveillance and management. This system is vulnerable for a range of disruptions including infrastructure failures, GNSS outages or cyber incidents. These vulnerabilities can degrade or even halt civil aviation. Project ORION (Onboard Resilient Infrastructure-free Operational Network) investigates an alternative ATM/CNS architecture designed to function without reliance on ground- or space-based infrastructure. By utilizing an aeronautical ad-hoc network for communication, relative positioning, and surveillance, ORION aims to enable aircraft to self-organize and maintain safe separation thus ensuring a minimum service level even during (large scale) disruptions. Project description This PhD project is fundamentally multidisciplinary. As a PhD candidate, you will design, model, and evaluate a decentralized ATM/CNS architecture. The research focuses on determining how core traffic management functions can be sustained through cooperation using an aeronautical network when centralized ground and satellite services are unavailable. In the first phase of the research, you will determine a set of use cases and design the underlying aeronautical ad-hoc networking concept layer to enable direct airborne data exchange, cooperative relative localization, and cooperative surveillance. Next, building on this network layer, you will formulate distributed algorithms for fundamental traffic management functions, including aircraft-as-a-sensor (mesh network), separation assurance, conflict detection and resolution, and traffic sequencing. Finally, to evaluate the operational feasibility of the architecture, you will implement the models within an ATM simulation platform, such as the open-source simulator BlueSky. For this you will extend the platform to include the ad-hoc networking functionality. Using this environment, you will stress-test the system under severe disruption scenarios by comparing the overall performance directly against conventional centralized ATM/CNS operations. This will provide evidence of the performance of the models for the various use-cases. Your profile Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; Strong analytical and mathematical foundation, with experience in or a keen aptitude for complex systems modelling and distributed systems; Multidisciplinary mindset with the ability to bridge distinct domains: connecting operational ATM concepts with distributed network protocols and algorithm design; Strong background in programming, using Python or other relevant programming languages; Good scientific reporting and communication skills in written and spoken English. What we offer you You will receive a 4-year research contract from NLR and will join the Air Traffic department. In addition, you will be enrolled in the Doctoral Education programme of the Graduate School at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). During this period, you will work closely with NLR colleagues in Amsterdam and with academic supervisors from TU Delft. Your working week will ideally be divided into: 2 days in Amsterdam, 2 days in Delft, and 1 day from home. In addition, we offer: No fewer than 45 days off (with full-time employment); A fixed end-of-year bonus of 8%; A contribution towards your healthcare costs; Extra paid parental leave; The possibility to work from home where possible.
