Creative Traffic Manager

Tony's Chocolonely·Netherlands

Why we are here Together, we can fight exploitation in cocoa. Full stop. Tony's is an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes an impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too. What you will do We are looking for a Creative Traffic Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our Creative team: a strategic right hand to the Global Head of Creative, the person who holds the overview, and a trusted enabler for the entire team. You will be the central connector, with full visibility of what is happening across the team, spotting overlaps, resolving bottlenecks, and bringing clarity and flow so the team can deliver brilliant work, on time, every time. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations. You will lead projects that improve how the team collaborates, grows, and delivers, laying the foundations for a world-class creative function. If you are a natural organiser with a creative soul who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment and loves building systems that empower creativity rather than constrain it, this is your role. The position is part of the Brand & Communications team and reports to the Global Head of Creative. All wrapped up Own creative resourcing and workflow: Manage the creative team's resourcing plan, ensuring the right people are on the right projects at the right time. Oversee requests and stakeholder management in ClickUp and manage timelines in Harvest and other tools as needed. Lead and optimise creative processes: Drive operational excellence by continuously improving creative workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and clarity across the team. Act as the strategic right hand: Support the Global Head of Creative by translating creative and business priorities into actionable team planning, identifying organisational risks, and ensuring decisions are followed through. Manage agency partners and freelancers. Manage creative briefing and prioritisation: Partner with stakeholders to intake, scope, and prioritise creative requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and available capacity. Drive strategic operations initiatives: Lead projects that transform how the team works, from tooling upgrades and onboarding processes to expanding the freelance roster, building creative playbooks, and embedding AI into workflows. Uphold creative quality and consistency: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across markets and channels. Coordinate cross-functional creative delivery: Act as creative operations lead on key projects such as packaging and innovation launches, ensuring timelines, resources, and creative delivery are aligned across teams. Our new flavor 10+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or studio management, either agency-side or in-house. You know what it takes to keep a creative team running smoothly at pace. Proven ability to manage creative workflows and resourcing in a fast-paced, growing environment. You have built or improved systems that helped creative teams deliver better work more efficiently. A natural connector with strong stakeholder management skills. You collaborate and manage with diplomacy across all levels, from designers to market leads to external partners. Operationally excellent and highly organised. You manage multiple moving parts with clarity and calm, and you thrive when things are dynamic and evolving. You need little guidance to deliver and love to challenge the status quo. Creative empathy and curiosity. You understand and respect the creative process. You enable rather than police, and you are always exploring new ideas, tools, and techniques to improve how the team works. Strategic and commercial thinking. You connect creative outputs to business objectives, bring everything back to the brief, and proactively improve systems and ways of working. A growth mindset with critical thinking and flexibility. You adapt quickly within a growing company and are comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in a dynamic creative environment, where priorities shift, and processes are still evolving. You bring calm clarity and structure helping the team adapt, find solutions and keep great work moving forward Experience with creative tools and project management platforms (ClickUp and Harvest are a bonus). We are all about being more in person than apart: this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too! Believe wholeheartedly in Tony's purpose. You live our core values: outspoken, in it together, entrepreneurial, raise the bar, and makes you smile. Our benefits (the icing on the cake) At Tony's you will get the opportunity to be part of something extraordinary: first and foremost, by making real impact in the world but also enjoying the nice benefits we provide as you help us succeed. We are dedicated to enabling all Tonys to grow and develop their careers and therefore we offer training programs, regular feedback cycles, coaching and a generous L&D budget. We also offer a wide range of additional benefits, including a luxurious vega-lunch, company bonus, minimum of 28 holidays, inspirational team updates, unforgettable events and unlimited chocolate. But we also know chocolate will not cover the bills, so we have made sure your salary is just as rewarding. For this role that means a salary between 58k - 73k on a yearly basis, including holiday pay. Sounds like you? Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? Look no further! If you are ready to take the chocolate industry to new heights with us, we would love to hear from you! Please send your direct application, no agencies. We cannot wait to hear from you! At Tony's we are convinced that diversity of thought, background and perspectives will make us stronger (...just like the different flavors of our chocolate assortment). Our mission is founded on principles of equity and justice, and we are actively seeking candidates who bring new perspectives and life experiences, especially from underrepresented groups. We look forward to your application! A note on AI 🤖 – AI is great at many things. But capturing what makes you you? Not so much. So when you are applying, we would love to hear your voice. The things that excite you, the way you think, and a glimpse of your personality help us understand who you are far better than a perfectly crafted AI answer.

Junior IT Support

Creative Fabrica·Netherlands

About Creative Fabrica Creative Fabrica is a fast-growing AI platform that makes it easy for everyday consumers to create whatever they imagine, from images and videos to audio and 3D creations, using the latest generative AI models. Most IT problems repeat. Most people keep fixing them anyway. We're looking for someone eager to learn how to solve each one properly, take ownership of it, and then automate it away. That's where you come in! About the role This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ As our Junior IT Support, you'll learn by solving real problems, take full ownership of our day-to-day IT and use automation and AI agents to make every fix faster than the last. This is not a traditional helpdesk role where you close tickets and wait for the next one. You don't need to know everything yet, but you need to want to learn it, and to bring the energy to fix things for good. What you will do Be the go-to person for IT: Pick up requests in Jira, solve them quickly and explain clearly, so people can get back to work. Get people set up: Prepare and manage Mac and Windows laptops, and run smooth onboarding and offboarding. Automate the repetitive work: Turn recurring requests into automations, scripts and AI agents, so the same problem never costs time twice. Look after our tools: Manage Google Workspace accounts and access, and be the first point of contact for the tools our team relies on. Keep the office tech running: Look after screens, meeting rooms, printers, basic networking, and door access tags and locks. Know where everything is: Track hardware and accessories, from ordering to inventory and returns. Help us move: Play a hands-on part in setting up our new Herengracht office. What you will need Hands-on experience with automation and AI agents: You've already built something that makes work faster, whether a workflow, a script or an agent, and you can show it to us. Eager to learn, real energy and a sense of urgency: You love figuring things out, aren't afraid to say "I don't know yet", and come back with the answer, moving fast between people and problems. Ownership: You don't wait to be told, you follow through, and you notice what could be better. Early in your career: You have up to about two years in IT support, a helpdesk, an internship or a study programme, or years of being the person everyone asks for tech help. Comfortable with Mac and Windows, with solid basics in account management for IT systems. Fluent English. Dutch is not required. Nice to have Experience with Jira, Google Workspace admin or an endpoint management tool like ManageEngine. We would also like to offer you: Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you. 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays. Travel Allowance, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card). Company pension plan. Company events and overseas trips! Is this you? Get in touch! We'd love to speak to you. You can apply by clicking the "Apply now" button. Creative Fabrica is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
