Lead Engineer Electrical

Deerns Groep BV·Netherlands

This created a legal framework that allows companies to keep their values of care and community, not just shareholder value, at the forefront. Head of Product, AI Enablement (f/m/d)

Awin·Netherlands

Purpose of Position Own the product agenda for how AI creates real, measurable value across Awin — translating AI capability into shipped product outcomes, not experiments.  Context  Thousands of advertisers and publishers who stay on Awin platform because of the people and product behind the service. The next chapter of Awin's product strategy is defined by how deliberately we put AI to work — not as a slogan, but as a set of practical capabilities embedded into what we build and how the business runs.  Most companies treat AI as a layer bolted onto existing product thinking. We want the opposite: a Head of Product who treats AI as core to the product strategy itself — where it belongs, what it should never touch, and how it compounds value over time rather than producing one-off wins.  What you'll own  Product strategy for AI-driven value. Define where AI genuinely changes the economics or experience of our product — and where it doesn't. Prioritise like a product leader: value creation and value capture, not novelty. Translate capability into roadmap. Convert what AI can practically do today into a prioritised, sequenced product agenda with clear outcomes — not a lab of disconnected pilots. Own outcomes, not outputs. Every initiative under your remit is judged on measurable business impact — adoption, efficiency, revenue, or customer outcome — not on whether something "uses AI." Partner at exec level. Work directly with leadership to align AI investment with company priorities, and defend that investment in commercial terms. Lead a product team. Hire and develop the product talent needed to execute — with real ownership over people and budget. Set the standard for build vs. buy. Make disciplined calls on when to adopt existing AI tooling versus build proprietary capability, with opportunity cost as the deciding factor. Champion practical adoption over theatre. Internal and external users are your test of success — if a capability isn't used, it isn't done.    Who you are  Product leader with technical fluency. You've run product organisations and you understand, in practical terms, where AI creates leverage versus where it's a distraction. Outcome-obsessed. You think in business impact first, technology second. Commercially sharp. You can defend a roadmap in P&L terms as comfortably as in a product review. Credible with engineering. You can go deep enough on data, APIs, and model capability to make good calls, without needing to be the one building it. A builder of teams, not just plans — you know how to hire and develop product talent that ships.  What success looks like  A clear, prioritised AI product agenda in place; first initiatives shipped with measurable adoption. A functioning product team; multiple AI-enabled capabilities live and driving demonstrable business outcomes. AI is a defining, differentiated part of Awin's product experience — not a side initiative, but core to how the product wins in market.  What this role is not Not an automation function. Not a central bureaucracy that runs projects for other teams. Not a lab for AI experimentation without a business case. This is a product leadership role — where AI is the primary lens, not a side interest.   Our Offer Flexi-Week: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance. Flexi-office: We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid/remote working scheme which is designed to foster a culture of mutual trust and working flexibility. Work Expense Contribution & Remote Working Furniture: You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace when working from home. Health and Wellbeing: With our support and access to various initiatives and sports offers, you can focus on your mental and physical wellbeing. Development: We’ve built our extensive training suite, Awin Academy, to cover a wide range of skills that support your professional and personal growth, with trainings conveniently packaged to help your overall development. Appreciation: Thank and reward colleagues by sending them a voucher through our peer-to-peer recognition programme. We are hiring in multiple countries for this role. Additional benefits, including health and wellbeing offerings, will be discussed during the initial interview.   Established in 2000, Awin is proud of our dynamic, social and inclusive culture. Like all businesses, we’ve had to adapt and nurture our culture in a virtual environment. Our virtual ‘Life @ Awin’ hub brings our colleagues from across the globe together for various social activities. Forward Deployed Engineer, Benelux

Telnyx·Netherlands

About Telnyx Telnyx is an industry leader that's not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we're building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network, to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we're shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications. We're driven by a desire to transform and modernize what's antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team. Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.   The Role We're building a local Enterprise Sales Pod in Amsterdam — one AE and one Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), working together to build a Telnyx enterprise business in your market. You'll embed directly with enterprise customers to architect and ship production systems on Telnyx's global network — voice, messaging, AI, and wireless. This isn't about demoing products. It's about building real solutions that work at scale. You'll work side-by-side with a dedicated Enterprise AE — not a demo resource, but a commercial partner who owns the named-account list, builds executive relationships, and closes the deal. You own the technical side: discovery, architecture, POC, and production go-live. You win together. No throw-over-the-wall. The Pod Model Enterprise AE — owns the named-account list, builds executive relationships, gets in the room, owns commercial qualification and close, expands the account.  Forward Deployed Engineer — owns technical discovery, designs the architecture, builds the POC when gated, gets the first workload live, removes blockers and finds the next workload. We sell the workload, not the SKU. Customers buy a production outcome — an AI contact center, a SOC/NOC agent, global communications, connected mobility, or enterprise inference — that runs on Telnyx primitives (voice, messaging, numbers, wireless, Voice AI, inference, agents, connectivity). You lead with the outcome conversation, not a product menu. What You'll Do • Embed with enterprise customers to understand their communications workflows, AI use cases, and integration challenges firsthand • Build and deploy custom implementations: AI Voice Assistants, Telnyx APIs (Voice, Messaging, Fax, Wireless), WebRTC • Run open-weight LLMs in customer environments — consume GLM, Kimi, DeepSeek, Qwen, and MiniMax through Telnyx Inference (OpenAI-compatible API; there's no model infrastructure for you to run), or deploy self-hosted stacks (Llama, Mistral, and region-specific models like Mistral Large, GPT-NL, or other EU sovereign models) behind your own serving engine when air-gapped or sovereign-cloud requirements demand it • Deploy and operate LiteLLM as the model gateway in customer environments: a unified OpenAI-compatible interface across self-hosted open-weight models and hosted providers, with routing, load balancing, retries and fallbacks, rate limits, and per-team virtual keys • Instrument and govern LLM usage through the gateway — cost tracking and budgets, caching, logging and observability (OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, or similar), and guardrails — so customers can see and control what their AI workloads are doing • Wire production observability for everything you ship — metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting (e.g. Prometheus + Grafana for metrics, OpenTelemetry for traces, Graylog or ELK for logs — or the customer's existing stack) — so you and the customer's ops team both know what "healthy" looks like and what pages whom when it isn't • Design model routing strategies for real-time voice workloads, balancing latency, cost, and quality, with sane fallback behavior when a provider degrades • Make the build-vs-buy case between self-hosted open-weight models and hosted frontier APIs, and keep the customer's application code portable across both • Adapt models to customer domains: prompt and RAG pipelines and evaluation harnesses for Dutch and French language use cases and Benelux/EU-specific regulatory environments (GDPR, EU AI Act, Dutch data protection, Belgian data protection) • Lead POCs, pilots, and production launches from whiteboard to go-live • Own customer outcomes — stay engaged until the solution is live and stable • Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap based on field insights from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg • Create clear technical documentation, runbooks, and maintainable solutions for handoff • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues alongside customer teams What We're Looking For • CS degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years building and shipping production software — you've written code that real users depended on, you've been on-call for it, and you've debugged it when things broke. (A consulting background counts if this is also true of you.) • Proficiency in multiple languages: Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go — you're more dangerous in some than others. (Telnyx Edge Compute — functions and stateful actors — is TypeScript, so that one pulls double duty.) • Practical understanding of what breaks in front of a model in production: provider rate limits and quotas, timeout and retry behavior, streaming, token accounting and cost attribution, and the failure modes that only show up under concurrency • Comfortable deploying containerized services on Kubernetes, with secrets management, config, and upgrades as part of the deployment story • You've wired observability and been paged because of it — Prometheus + Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Graylog, ELK, or equivalent. You know what to monitor, what to alert on, and what "healthy" looks like • High-concurrency experience — Kafka, message queues, or event streams at real scale. When throughput spikes you know what breaks — consumer lag, backpressure, hot partitions, rebalance stalls — and what absorbs it: partitioning, consumer groups, parallelism up to your partition count • You've built APIs from scratch, not just consumed them — OpenAPI spec, REST/GraphQL design, auth, rate limiting, versioning, idempotency • Event-driven thinking and cloud-native instincts • Exposure to SIP, WebRTC, or real-time voice/messaging systems • Self-sufficient by default — there's no engineering team behind you. You read the code and the docs, ask the customer (not your manager), and make sound engineering judgment calls on your own • Customer-facing engineering experience — you can run discovery with a customer's engineers and present to their executives in the same week • Ability to translate "it's not working" into root cause • Comfortable working on customer sites and in high-stakes technical conversations • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch. You can run whiteboard sessions, live troubleshooting, and escalations with customer engineering teams. • Based in Amsterdam, or willing to relocate — this is a hybrid role with travel across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg • Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands, or eligible for sponsorship Bonus Points For • Experience with AI voice assistants, STT/TTS, or LLM-based conversational systems • Building eval sets for a specific domain • Hands-on production experience with an LLM gateway — LiteLLM, Portkey, Kong AI Gateway, or an in-house OpenAI-compatible proxy — including config-driven model definitions, routing and fallback rules, and virtual key management • Familiarity with the open-weight model landscape and the trade-offs between regional and multilingual models, including EU sovereign AI initiatives (Mistral, Aleph Alpha, Dutch language models like GPT-NL, and other European LLM projects) • Experience with an inference serving engine behind the gateway — vLLM, SGLang, or TGI for production serving; Ollama for lightweight on-prem — and sizing GPU capacity for self-hosted models (KV-cache footprint, concurrent batch size, and context length against VRAM) • SQL proficiency (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle) • ETL and data wrangling experience • CI/CD pipeline design and automation • Background in telecom, CPaaS, or high-growth SaaS • Experience with sovereign or on-prem cloud deployments and EU regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, Dutch AVG/UAVG, Belgian GDPR, Luxembourg data protection, Schrems II implications) • Security mindset (IAM, encryption, audit logging)   #LI-RH1

Medior FPGA Engineer

Sentyron·Netherlands

About B Lab B Lab™ is the nonprofit behind Certified B Corporations™, a community of businesses that meet verified social, environmental, and governance standards. Together, our movement is working towards a more inclusive, equitable, and fair economic system. Our history B Lab began in 2006 with the idea that a different kind of economy was not only possible — it was necessary. Our founders Andrew Kassoy, Bart Houlahan, and Jay Coen Gilbert believed there was a better way to do business: better for workers, better for communities, and better for the planet. When our movement’s first 81 Founding B Corps signed the Declaration of Interdependence in 2007, they were not just proposing a better way of doing business. They were proposing a different definition altogether.  What we’ve achieved  B Lab became known for certifying B Corporations™, companies that meet verified standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. But we do much more than that. We help mobilize a global community of businesses committed to collective action on society’s most critical challenges. In 2010, B Lab was part of successfully drafting and passing benefit corporation in Maryland, the first U.S. state to do so. This created a legal framework that allows companies to keep their values of care and community, not just shareholder value, at the forefront. Today, benefit corporation legislation is active in 52 jurisdictions around the world.  Our future In 2024, leaders from across the network agreed to evolve into a more integrated organization that embodies interdependence. This next iteration of our global network will balance global coherence with local agency to achieve our vision of economic systems change. We are now building this future together.
