Founding Account Executive, Benelux

Telnyx·Netherlands

About Telnyx Telnyx is an industry leader that's not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we're building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network, to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we're shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications. We're driven by a desire to transform and modernize what's antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team. Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.   The Role We're building local Enterprise Sales Pods across global markets — one AE and one Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), working together to build a Telnyx enterprise business in the Benelux region. This is not a remote overlay on an existing territory. You will own a named-account list of 30–40 enterprise accounts across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and your job is to turn those accounts into production Telnyx customers. You'll work side-by-side with a dedicated FDE — not a demo resource, but a technical partner who designs architectures, builds POCs, and gets the first workload live. You win together. No throw-over-the-wall. This is a founding role. You'll help define how Telnyx sells into enterprise accounts in Benelux, set the playbook, and build the references that the next wave of hires will follow. The Pod Model Enterprise AE — owns the named-account list, builds executive relationships, gets in the room, owns commercial qualification and close, expands the account. Forward Deployed Engineer — owns technical discovery, designs the architecture, builds the POC when gated, gets the first workload live, removes blockers and finds the next workload. We sell the workload, not the SKU. Customers buy a production outcome — an AI contact center, a SOC/NOC agent, global communications, connected mobility, or enterprise inference — that runs on Telnyx primitives (voice, messaging, numbers, wireless, Voice AI, inference, agents, connectivity). You lead with the outcome conversation, not a product menu. What You'll Do • Own a territory of 30–40 named enterprise accounts across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, narrowing to ~10 Tier 1 accounts worth $1M+ in annual potential • Build executive relationships — get in the room with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and line-of-business owners • Run the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, design the commercial architecture with your FDE, negotiate, and close • Sell production outcomes, not individual products — lead with "let's deploy an AI agent that operates your SOC or NOC workflow," not "which Telnyx products do you want?" • Agree the commercial destination before any custom work begins — no free discovery or free development • Maintain disciplined POC management: every POC has a named executive sponsor, written success criteria, production pricing discussed, a decision date, and a signed commercial document. POCs end in production or they end • Expand the account — one workload becomes three, one $500K customer becomes a $2M customer • Build local references and case studies across Amsterdam, Brussels, and Luxembourg • Provide accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting — no surprises What We're Looking For • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling into the Benelux market — CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, AI/ML, or similarly technical infrastructure • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($1M+ deals) • Experience selling to both executive and technical buyers — you can hold your own in the boardroom and in the architecture review • Hunter mentality — you build your own pipeline and thrive on outbound, in-person selling • Strong consultative selling skills: can build a clear, compelling ROI story for both technical and business buyers • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) • Comfortable with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English. You listen before you pitch. • Willingness to be in the field — visiting customers in person is a core part of this role • Based in Amsterdam, or willing to relocate — this is a hybrid role with travel across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg Bonus Points For • Fortune 500 or large enterprise new business sales experience in Benelux • Complex sales cycles including RFPs, POCs, and competitive bake-offs • C-Level selling experience — you can navigate procurement, security, and legal complexity, including Dutch enterprises (KPN, ING Group, Rabobank, Philips, ASML, Booking.com, Heineken, Unilever), Belgian enterprises (Proximus, KBC Group, Belfius, AB InBev, Solvay, UCB), and Luxembourg financial institutions (Clearstream, CFL, POST Luxembourg) • Understanding of SIP trunking, phone number provisioning, carrier networks, or AI/ML platforms • Established relationships in the Amsterdam enterprise ecosystem — fintech, e-commerce, logistics, telecom, healthcare, or SaaS • French language skills for the Brussels/Wallonia market • Experience selling across Benelux with different regulatory and procurement environments, including EU institutional sales in Brussels   #LI-RH1

Legal Counsel

Insify·Netherlands

About Insify The legal infrastructure behind insurance is as broken as the products themselves. Regulations written for a different era, compliance frameworks that slow companies down instead of protecting them, and legal teams that show up at the end to say no instead of at the beginning to say here's how. We're doing it differently. Insify is a high-growth scale-up backed by €43M in total funding from world-class investors like Accel, Munich Re Ventures, and Formula 1 champion Nico Rosberg. In five years, we've expanded from the Netherlands into France and Germany, and we're just getting started. Our mission: become the European leader in AI-powered SME insurance. We aren't just building a company; we're leading a revolution. Our culture is intense, high-stakes, and mission-driven. We hire smart, ambitious "owners" who possess a relentless drive to win. This is an environment for those who thrive on challenges, value intellectual honesty, and share our mindset of becoming a global category leader. Our founding team consists of seasoned entrepreneurs who have previously built iconic businesses like HelloFresh, Bloomon, and SumUp. We bring that same bias for speed, scale, and high standards to one of the most structurally broken experiences in financial services. Together, we combine that deep fintech and e-commerce expertise with cutting-edge AI to stay ahead of the curve. About the role We're looking for a Legal Counsel who wants to be a builder, not a gatekeeper. This is not a role where you sit at the end of the process and review contracts. You'll be embedded in the business — working alongside Product, Growth, and Commercial from the start — shaping how Insify launches new products, enters new markets, and scales its legal and compliance infrastructure across Europe. You'll own GDPR, navigate the regulatory complexity of a multi-jurisdiction insurtech, and be the person who turns legal risk into a competitive advantage rather than a reason to slow down. As we expand into new European markets, you'll help lay the legal groundwork that makes each new country faster to enter than the last. The work is varied, the stakes are real, and the impact is immediate. What you’ll be doing: Be the trusted legal voice across the business, advising on Dutch and EU commercial and regulatory law, building our legal posture from the ground up, and making sure the business moves fast without moving blind Stay ahead of legal and regulatory developments across the Netherlands, France, and the markets we're entering next, and turn complex regulatory shifts into clear, strategic guidance the business can act on Own our international expansion from a legal perspective, helping navigate the groundwork that makes each new European market faster and smarter to enter than the last Partner with Product, Growth, and Commercial to launch new offerings, campaigns, and partnerships, bringing legal thinking into the room early, not as a final hurdle Build and scale our compliance infrastructure so it grows with us: practical, embedded, and designed for a company that's moving fast across multiple jurisdictions Own GDPR and our broader privacy framework, working cross-functionally to keep policies fit for purpose and genuinely embedded in how we build, not just filed away in a folder This role is a strong fit if you: You are a lawyer who’s done legal advice at a law firm and now wants to actually build something. You've seen how legal work gets done from the outside and you're ready to own it from the inside. Specifically, this role is for you if you want to: Move from advising businesses to being part of one, with real skin in the game and decisions that stick Join a disruptor taking on one of the most structurally broken industries in Europe Be at the forefront of AI adoption in a regulated industry, where the legal questions are genuinely new and genuinely interesting Shape multi-country expansion from the ground floor, not just reviewing contracts, but helping determine how we enter new markets Work in a team that moves fast and expects legal to keep up, not slow things down You'll also need: A strong legal background in Dutch law, gained through education, in-house, or law firm experience; EU law is a significant advantage 3+ years of market experience working in the Netherlands Relevant industry exposure in financial services, insurance, or tech, though we're open to sharp generalists who learn fast Fluency in Dutch and English, any other European language is a plus! The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders– with a point of view, not just a list of options Comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and driving multiple complex initiatives without losing the thread This role is not for you if: You prefer reviewing work at the end of the process rather than shaping it from the start You need stable priorities and fully defined scope to perform well You're looking for a role where the legal team is a separate function the business works around You expect a long runway before taking real ownership We offer: The chance to do some of the most interesting legal work in European insurtech, alongside a team of sharp, ambitious people from diverse backgrounds across fintech, e-commerce, insurance, consulting, and beyond Competitive compensation that reflects responsibility and impact Insify Pension Plan with 6% employer contribution Travel reimbursement for your commute Hybrid working– up to 2 days from home per week 25 holiday days per year, plus Christmas Eve when it falls on a weekday Remote work up to 4 weeks per year €50 monthly Alleo budget for whatever you like– gym, food, whatever Monthly team drinks, quarterly offsites, lunch and learns, and the kind of fun that happens when a high-functioning team wins together MacBook provided Real room to grow, with in-house leadership programmes and coaching as we scale!

Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Insurance Platform

Insify·Netherlands

ABOUT INSIFY We sell a mix of insurance products to small businesses (SME's) in the Netherlands, Germany and France, and we are in the process of scaling into more markets. Insurance infrastructure is brutal to get right. Every carrier has its own spec, every product its own underwriting rules, every country its own regulatory requirements. Most insurers throw people and process at that complexity - one-off integrations, workarounds on workarounds. We're building it differently: our insurance platform is where we consolidate that complexity, so that launching a new product or market becomes a configuration exercise rather than a rebuild. Insify is a high-growth scale-up backed by more than €40M from investors like Accel, Munich Re Ventures, and Formula 1 champion Nico Rosberg. In five years we've expanded from the Netherlands into France and Germany. Our mission: become the European leader in AI-powered SME insurance. About the role You would join the Insurance Platform team, responsible for everything that happens after a small business buys a policy from us. You would take technical leadership in that team, and shape how the platform handles the next product and the next country, on a system already carrying live policies and real customers. The team owns end-to-end policy lifecycle management (mid-term adjustments, automated renewals, cancellations, and payment flows) alongside the backoffice tooling that gives our operations and support teams full visibility and control. We work closely with the Claims Team, and with the Activation Teams that turn a lead into a paying customer. Product and engineering together are 30+ people. Every country has its own regulatory quirks, and every insurance product has unique data structures, lifecycle rules, and money flows. As we expand across Europe, our goal isn't to write custom glue code for every new launch. It's to design elegant, reusable platform abstractions. We're building a system where introducing a new country or product feels like snapping modular building blocks together. You're joining at an exciting inflection point: we have real traction, proven scale, and you get to directly build the foundational platform that powers our next wave of European growth. What you'll be doing Taking technical leadership within a team, owning the wider picture: what you ship as a team end to end, and the operational health of what we run Continuously and relentlessly seeking opportunities to turn new product demands into platform capabilities and features that scale across countries and insurance product lines Challenging our ideas and bringing your own. We encourage each other to act this way, so you can expect the same from others What you'll need 5+ years building complex web applications and services, including time spent maintaining and evolving systems you designed yourself Ownership & impact instinct - when needed you go beyond your direct stack to get to results, be that data / backend / frontend You get real leverage out of AI in your daily work, and you can say where it helped, and where it hurt Strong fundamentals in domain-driven design & service oriented architecture Not all of the above are hard requirements. If you're strong on most of these and eager to grow into the rest, we'd still love to hear from you. Nice to have Experience building B2B products, especially in insurance & fintech Experience working on a product distributed across different country markets Strong observability instincts. You know where things will break, and can help others learn that too Our stack TypeScript across the board, running on AWS (IaaC), in a single monorepo. If you have not worked with all of it, that is fine. We care more about how you reason about systems than about which tools you have used before. We offer Competitive compensation that reflects responsibility and impact. For this role the range is €85,000 to €130,000. Equity. We want the people building Insify to share in its long-term success, so we run an equity program that grants options based on performance. Trust and autonomy. You'll have real ownership, room to make decisions, and space to shape your role as Insify evolves. Hybrid working. 3 days in the office, 2 from home, up to 4 weeks a year working from abroad, and 25 holiday days. Pension. We contribute 6% for you. Alleo budget. €50 net a month to spend on whatever you want, from the gym to takeaway. It rolls over if you don't use it. Learning and coaching. Internal leadership programs, and coaching to go with them. A central Amsterdam office. Shared lunches, dogs, whiteboards, and Friday drinks. Hardware & setup. A high-spec MacBook Pro, high-res monitors at the office, and comfortable ergonomic seating.
