Founding Account Executive, Benelux

Telnyx·Netherlands

About Telnyx Telnyx is an industry leader that's not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we're building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network, to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we're shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications. We're driven by a desire to transform and modernize what's antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team. Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.   The Role We're building local Enterprise Sales Pods across global markets — one AE and one Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), working together to build a Telnyx enterprise business in the Benelux region. This is not a remote overlay on an existing territory. You will own a named-account list of 30–40 enterprise accounts across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and your job is to turn those accounts into production Telnyx customers. You'll work side-by-side with a dedicated FDE — not a demo resource, but a technical partner who designs architectures, builds POCs, and gets the first workload live. You win together. No throw-over-the-wall. This is a founding role. You'll help define how Telnyx sells into enterprise accounts in Benelux, set the playbook, and build the references that the next wave of hires will follow. The Pod Model Enterprise AE — owns the named-account list, builds executive relationships, gets in the room, owns commercial qualification and close, expands the account. Forward Deployed Engineer — owns technical discovery, designs the architecture, builds the POC when gated, gets the first workload live, removes blockers and finds the next workload. We sell the workload, not the SKU. Customers buy a production outcome — an AI contact center, a SOC/NOC agent, global communications, connected mobility, or enterprise inference — that runs on Telnyx primitives (voice, messaging, numbers, wireless, Voice AI, inference, agents, connectivity). You lead with the outcome conversation, not a product menu. What You'll Do • Own a territory of 30–40 named enterprise accounts across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, narrowing to ~10 Tier 1 accounts worth $1M+ in annual potential • Build executive relationships — get in the room with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and line-of-business owners • Run the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, design the commercial architecture with your FDE, negotiate, and close • Sell production outcomes, not individual products — lead with "let's deploy an AI agent that operates your SOC or NOC workflow," not "which Telnyx products do you want?" • Agree the commercial destination before any custom work begins — no free discovery or free development • Maintain disciplined POC management: every POC has a named executive sponsor, written success criteria, production pricing discussed, a decision date, and a signed commercial document. POCs end in production or they end • Expand the account — one workload becomes three, one $500K customer becomes a $2M customer • Build local references and case studies across Amsterdam, Brussels, and Luxembourg • Provide accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting — no surprises What We're Looking For • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling into the Benelux market — CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, AI/ML, or similarly technical infrastructure • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($1M+ deals) • Experience selling to both executive and technical buyers — you can hold your own in the boardroom and in the architecture review • Hunter mentality — you build your own pipeline and thrive on outbound, in-person selling • Strong consultative selling skills: can build a clear, compelling ROI story for both technical and business buyers • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) • Comfortable with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English. You listen before you pitch. • Willingness to be in the field — visiting customers in person is a core part of this role • Based in Amsterdam, or willing to relocate — this is a hybrid role with travel across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg Bonus Points For • Fortune 500 or large enterprise new business sales experience in Benelux • Complex sales cycles including RFPs, POCs, and competitive bake-offs • C-Level selling experience — you can navigate procurement, security, and legal complexity, including Dutch enterprises (KPN, ING Group, Rabobank, Philips, ASML, Booking.com, Heineken, Unilever), Belgian enterprises (Proximus, KBC Group, Belfius, AB InBev, Solvay, UCB), and Luxembourg financial institutions (Clearstream, CFL, POST Luxembourg) • Understanding of SIP trunking, phone number provisioning, carrier networks, or AI/ML platforms • Established relationships in the Amsterdam enterprise ecosystem — fintech, e-commerce, logistics, telecom, healthcare, or SaaS • French language skills for the Brussels/Wallonia market • Experience selling across Benelux with different regulatory and procurement environments, including EU institutional sales in Brussels   #LI-RH1

Legal Counsel

Insify·Netherlands

About Insify The legal infrastructure behind insurance is as broken as the products themselves. Regulations written for a different era, compliance frameworks that slow companies down instead of protecting them, and legal teams that show up at the end to say no instead of at the beginning to say here's how. We're doing it differently. Insify is a high-growth scale-up backed by €43M in total funding from world-class investors like Accel, Munich Re Ventures, and Formula 1 champion Nico Rosberg. In five years, we've expanded from the Netherlands into France and Germany, and we're just getting started. Our mission: become the European leader in AI-powered SME insurance. We aren't just building a company; we're leading a revolution. Our culture is intense, high-stakes, and mission-driven. We hire smart, ambitious "owners" who possess a relentless drive to win. This is an environment for those who thrive on challenges, value intellectual honesty, and share our mindset of becoming a global category leader. Our founding team consists of seasoned entrepreneurs who have previously built iconic businesses like HelloFresh, Bloomon, and SumUp. We bring that same bias for speed, scale, and high standards to one of the most structurally broken experiences in financial services. Together, we combine that deep fintech and e-commerce expertise with cutting-edge AI to stay ahead of the curve. About the role We're looking for a Legal Counsel who wants to be a builder, not a gatekeeper. This is not a role where you sit at the end of the process and review contracts. You'll be embedded in the business — working alongside Product, Growth, and Commercial from the start — shaping how Insify launches new products, enters new markets, and scales its legal and compliance infrastructure across Europe. You'll own GDPR, navigate the regulatory complexity of a multi-jurisdiction insurtech, and be the person who turns legal risk into a competitive advantage rather than a reason to slow down. As we expand into new European markets, you'll help lay the legal groundwork that makes each new country faster to enter than the last. The work is varied, the stakes are real, and the impact is immediate. What you’ll be doing: Be the trusted legal voice across the business, advising on Dutch and EU commercial and regulatory law, building our legal posture from the ground up, and making sure the business moves fast without moving blind Stay ahead of legal and regulatory developments across the Netherlands, France, and the markets we're entering next, and turn complex regulatory shifts into clear, strategic guidance the business can act on Own our international expansion from a legal perspective, helping navigate the groundwork that makes each new European market faster and smarter to enter than the last Partner with Product, Growth, and Commercial to launch new offerings, campaigns, and partnerships, bringing legal thinking into the room early, not as a final hurdle Build and scale our compliance infrastructure so it grows with us: practical, embedded, and designed for a company that's moving fast across multiple jurisdictions Own GDPR and our broader privacy framework, working cross-functionally to keep policies fit for purpose and genuinely embedded in how we build, not just filed away in a folder This role is a strong fit if you: You are a lawyer who’s done legal advice at a law firm and now wants to actually build something. You've seen how legal work gets done from the outside and you're ready to own it from the inside. Specifically, this role is for you if you want to: Move from advising businesses to being part of one, with real skin in the game and decisions that stick Join a disruptor taking on one of the most structurally broken industries in Europe Be at the forefront of AI adoption in a regulated industry, where the legal questions are genuinely new and genuinely interesting Shape multi-country expansion from the ground floor, not just reviewing contracts, but helping determine how we enter new markets Work in a team that moves fast and expects legal to keep up, not slow things down You'll also need: A strong legal background in Dutch law, gained through education, in-house, or law firm experience; EU law is a significant advantage 3+ years of market experience working in the Netherlands Relevant industry exposure in financial services, insurance, or tech, though we're open to sharp generalists who learn fast Fluency in Dutch and English, any other European language is a plus! The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders– with a point of view, not just a list of options Comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and driving multiple complex initiatives without losing the thread This role is not for you if: You prefer reviewing work at the end of the process rather than shaping it from the start You need stable priorities and fully defined scope to perform well You're looking for a role where the legal team is a separate function the business works around You expect a long runway before taking real ownership We offer: The chance to do some of the most interesting legal work in European insurtech, alongside a team of sharp, ambitious people from diverse backgrounds across fintech, e-commerce, insurance, consulting, and beyond Competitive compensation that reflects responsibility and impact Insify Pension Plan with 6% employer contribution Travel reimbursement for your commute Hybrid working– up to 2 days from home per week 25 holiday days per year, plus Christmas Eve when it falls on a weekday Remote work up to 4 weeks per year €50 monthly Alleo budget for whatever you like– gym, food, whatever Monthly team drinks, quarterly offsites, lunch and learns, and the kind of fun that happens when a high-functioning team wins together MacBook provided Real room to grow, with in-house leadership programmes and coaching as we scale!

You will help organizations address their talent, skills and learning priorities through LinkedIn’s solutions, while proactively identifying and creating new opportunities within your territory. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their strategic challenges and connecting them to solutions that create measurable business value. We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships and turning opportunities into sustainable growth. Teamwork is at the heart of how we operate. We are looking for someone who believes that team success is just as important as individual success. Someone who actively shares knowledge, supports colleagues, challenges thinking constructively and contributes to an environment where people learn and win together. While this is a hybrid role, we genuinely value spending time together in our Amsterdam office. We believe in-person collaboration adds meaningful value to creativity, learning, team connection and ultimately our ability to serve our customers. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys being part of that environment and actively contributes to it. Finally, as AI continues to transform the way organizations hire, develop talent and operate, we are particularly interested in someone who is curious and hands-on with AI. Someone who can translate the possibilities of AI into tangible value for customers, while also using AI to work smarter and improve our own commercial processes. Responsibilities Drive new business, growth and renewal revenue across small and medium-sized Local Government, Healthcare and Academic accounts in the Benelux. Proactively identify, create and develop new opportunities through strategic prospecting, account planning and strong territory management. Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and connect LinkedIn’s solutions to their strategic talent, skills and learning priorities. Develop and execute a clear territory and account strategy, maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate and reliable forecasts. Translate developments in AI and emerging technology into relevant customer conversations and tangible business value. Use AI in your own day-to-day work to improve areas such as account research, prospecting, preparation, prioritization and sales productivity. Bring curiosity and experimentation to the team by identifying opportunities where AI can simplify or improve internal commercial processes and share successful approaches with colleagues. Be an active contributor to the wider team by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, building on each other’s ideas and celebrating collective success. Invest in face-to-face collaboration and contribute actively to team moments in our Amsterdam office, recognizing the value this brings to learning, creativity and team performance. Share customer and market insights with internal partners, including Product and Marketing teams, to help strengthen our customer proposition. Help develop and scale best practices that contribute to the continued growth of the Academics & Government business.   Qualifications Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role. Experience within recruitment, talent, learning, SaaS, technology, media or another relevant B2B environment. Fluency in Dutch and English. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in French. A strong track record in new business development and consultative selling, with the ability to create opportunities rather than solely manage an existing pipeline. Experience selling SaaS, talent, learning or technology-based solutions. Strong curiosity about AI and emerging technology, with the ability to translate technology into practical customer and business value. Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve personal productivity, customer engagement or commercial processes. Ability to understand complex customer challenges and connect solutions to clear and measurable business outcomes. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both operational and senior stakeholders. Strong territory, pipeline and forecasting discipline, using data and insights to prioritize opportunities and make informed decisions. Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and orchestrate complex sales opportunities from discovery through closure. Someone who values face-to-face collaboration and is motivated to spend meaningful time working alongside colleagues in our Amsterdam office within a hybrid working model. HR Data & Technology Consultant

worldofwork·Netherlands

Functie-eisen Wie zoeken we? Geweldig! We leren je graag kennen. Solliciteer via het formulier met je CV en korte motivatie. Wij vertellen je graag meer en stellen je voor aan enkele van onze teamleden.
